Jack Christiana gives a presentation that the Illegal Targeting Program actually meets the United States Code (§2331) for Domestic Terrorism and the Huntington Beach City Council is liable due to the crime of “accessory-after-the-fact” as their police officer Victor Ojeda lied to illegally detain Christiana and the police chief Robert Handy committed perjury to cover up in Jack’s civil lawsuit against the police chief and the City.

Definitions
As used in this chapter–

(5) the term “domestic terrorism” means activities that–

(A) involve acts dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the United States or of any State.

(B) appear to be intended–
(ii) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; and

(C) occur primarily within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States

The city called John Christiana to inform him he will be allowed to use Power Point.

They asked John to immediately email the power point presentation.

Then after receiving and seeing they will be called out for Domestic Terrorism, they called John back and said he missed the 2:00 pm cutoff (even though it was 3:30 when they asked John to email the power point and John immediately did that.
Then also at the very last minute, they changed the time allowed to present from 3 minutes to 2 minutes.
