ETK Introduction: In the transcript and youtube below, Dr. Lawrence Dunegan describes a speech that Dr. Richard Day, former Chairman of Pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh (1959-1964), delivered to about 80 pediatricians in 1969. Dr. Day, an atheist, Rockefeller associate, high-level “insider,” and “social Darwinist,” described the destructive “social engineering program” America would have to undergo in the second half of the twentieth century in order to fulfill elite plans to establish an integrated “new world system.” Dr. Dunegan, a pediatrician himself, had taken notes at the 1969 speech and recounted his recollections of the speech in a 1989 interview with Randy Engels of the United States Coalition for Life, a small Catholic pro-life group.

Most of Dr. Day’s “predicted” (forced) changes, including increasingly pervasive media, weather, and mind control, an increasingly important role for the United Nations as prototype world government, falsification of scientific data, an increase in (state-sponsored) terrorism, increased use of personal computers, and increased chipping, implanting, surveillance, and tracking of civilians via radio frequencies, have indeed come about. I regard his testimony as “soft evidence,” which, taken in addition to the enormous amounts of information already assembled on my websites and elsewhere, helps us to identify the “New World Order” conspirators and conspiracy.
