MKULTRA: MKULTRA is umbrella term (MK stands for the German Mind Control): involved hundreds of classified and declassified CIA and US military projects: Projects Chatter, Bluebird, Artichoke, MKSearch, MKOften, MKDelta, ORD (Office of Research and Development), Gateway Process,

MKULTRA: “Manhattan Project of the Mind”- cost billion dollars/year, Top Secret & Classified, began April 19, 1953- actually 1940’s- onward through 1990’s Decade of the Brain, 2013 Human Brain Project, Obama’s BRAIN Inititative.

Mind is control more powerful than nuclear weapons. Has potential to eradicate free will- change human species into race of bio-robot cybernetic slaves.

Latest Congressional hearings exposed just the tip of the tip of the tip of the iceberg. This was one of the darkest chapters in world history. Involves crimes against humanity, coup against humanity. Much (most) of material still classified. Need to release MKULTRA files unredacted- and declassify them.

Spin-offs and Evil fruits of MKULTRA:

1) Creation of multiple personality by psychiatrists, creation of Manchurian candidate assassins, patsies, sex slaves, couriers, superspies, supersoldiers. Creation of mind controlled bio-robot slaves through trauma, torture, and programming.

Milton Klein, MKULTRA psychiatrist, hypnotist (1957): “I can make a patsy in 3 months, it takes 6 months to make an assassin.”

2) MK Patsies and assassins used in state-sponsored covert intel ops: JFK, RFK, MLK assassinations, Manson murders, Oklahoma City bombing, etc.

And CIA psychiatrist, Dr. Louis Jolyon West, was psychiatrist handler, programmer used in cover-up of these state sponsored terror, TBMC events: assassinations of JFK, RFK, Manson murders, Oklahoma City bombing, and others. This was conveyed by hearing witness Tom O’Neil in his book “CHAOS: Charles Manson, the CIA, and the Secret History of the Sixties” and at the hearing itself. Ergo, these events were all covert, staged CIA operations.

3) MKULTRA produced the most profound advances in the art of torture in centuries. Sensory deprivation and self-harm, i.e., psychological torture. (Alfred McCoy). Kubark Enhanced Interrogation (Torture) manual 1963, updated 1985- used at Gitmo, Abu Grahib and countless safe houses (torture houses) and secret and public extraordinary rendition centers around the world. Two Air Force psychs paid $90 million to work with CIA at GITMO detention center- applying Learned Helplessness techniques pioneered by Dr. Martin Seligman in 1967.

4) Development of nonlethal weapons- electronic, EM frequencies, Voice to Skull (V2K), synthetic telepathy, RNM, Brain-Computer Interface, Brain-Brain Interface, mind reading, mind changing, remotely inducing emotions, thoughts, subliminal suggestions. Mind control is considered nonlethal weapon by the military.

5) Trauma-based mind control of the masses events- include JFK and RFK assassinations, 9/11, etc., Covid, global warming fraud, war on terror fraud, FBI’s COINTELPRO, NATO’s (CIA/MI6) Operation Gladio, Phoenix Program during Vietnam War, AND today’s Targeted Individual Program (Open Air Gitmo concentration camp)

6) Cooption and corruption of medical and academic establishments over many decades- Covid jab is example.

7) (By my reckoning): TI Program includes the following elements of the MKULTRA-related experiments and projects, among potentially many others:

a) 24/7 electronic tracking and tracing,
b) regular psychological and DE weapons attacks and interventions by a wide variety of perpetrators,

c) TI program combines essential elements of: MKULTRA subproject 85 (“de-patterning” and “psychic driving,” 1967, P.I., Dr. Ewen Cameron),
d) MKULTRA Subproject 119 (“remote activation of the human test subject by electronic means,” 1959, P.I. Dr. Saul B. Sells, Texas Christian University)
e) MKULTRA Subproject 94- Remote Control of Humans; Hypnosis, ESB, RHIC, and EDOM,

f) Dr. Martin Seligman’s learned helplessness experiments of 1967,
g) Dr. Stanley Milgram’s Obedience to Authority experiments at Yale University (1967),
h) electronic mind control (ESB, electrical stimulation of the Brain, V2K (Voice to Skull), RNM (Remote Neural Monitoring), BCI (Brain-to-Computer) Interface, BBI Brain-to-Brain Interface)/Hive Mind

8) Cognitive Warfare (aka Mind War, Neocortical War) is a new 6th warfare domain that includes other 5 domains.

9) Development of Internet of Bio-Nano-Things, Internet of Bodies, Surveillance under the Skin, 24/7 electronic tracking and tracing of everyone and everything that World Economic Forum brags about. Installation of operating systems in humans.

10) Major contributions to the fields of cybernetics and transhumanism- merger of man and machine.

11) Permits “Human Virtual Genocide” of Curtis Yarvin aka Mencius Moldbug. p. 151 of The Technocratic Dark State by Ian Davis.

12) Mind control technologies- HAARP, Gwen Towers, Nexrad, supercomputers, satellites, (cell phones) related to weather control, weather warfare and other NSA type SIGNALS intelligence spy activities.

13) Creations of race of cybernetic slaves, selective genocide of masses, life-extension and immortality for the elite (tech bros, Jew billionaires, etc.)

It is to be presumed that the 5 Eyes nations’ spy agencies (US, UK, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia) and now especially, Israel, have access to all these technologies and techniques.

Meaningful MKULTRA hearings:

Meaningful hearings would be public, last 1-5 years, be conducted by independent academic agencies, paid for by Congress, and include testimonies of at least 50 human test subjects (aka victims, TIs, survivors), 50 psychiatrists involved and 50 independent psychologists/psychiatrists, 50 military and intelligence people involved and 50 independent military and intel people, 10 funding agencies involved, 20 institutions involved, representatives of 10 military and 10 intelligence agencies involved.

Need international treaties to abolish the use of these exotic nonlethal weapons… DEW, such as Dennis K. 2001 law.

Meaningful response would include punishment of criminals and restitution for victims.
