II. Webmaster Introduction:

Based on the research I present in this extended series (“Is Crestone/Baca the “Vatican City of the New World Order?” An Expose of the New World Religion”) as well as my personal experience living in Crestone/Baca, I am convinced that “Operation Crestone/Baca” has fulfilled the following functions for DoD and CIA and allied intelligence agencies roughly between the years 1980 and the present:

1. Illegal human research operations, involving testing of mind control and NeuroScience/Tech, neuro-weapons, nonlethal weapons, etc.  This is in violation of the Nuremberg code, to which the US is signatory, that requires that human subjects must consent to being tested.
2. Remote Neural Monitoring and manipulation of, and experimentation on meditators and other nonconsensual human test subjects.
3. Development and creation of the syncretic, New Age, New World Religion (actually Satanism) and other mythologies.

In other words, Crestone/Baca has been an illegal human research laboratory for over 40 years.

My personal experience with religious groups in Crestone/Baca spans the timespan between 1981 and 2026, or 45 years.   I was actively associated with the Spiritual Life Institute (Carmelite Catholics) between about 1981  and 1996 (15 years), with various Tibetan Buddhist teachers between about 1996 and 2011 (15 years), and with the Crestone Baptist church between about 2011 and 2026 (15 years).   I began my research into “Operation Crestone/Baca” via this extended series of articles (“Is Crestone/Baca the “Vatican City of the New World Order?” An Expose of the New World Religion”) on my 911nwo.com website in 2011 immediately after retiring from a 30-year academic career as a physical geography professor at three universities.  This series currently includes 16 major parts (chapters) and including this post, there are 322 appendices.

In 2012, I wrote: “Part VI: Mind Control: History and Applications” for this series.   My intensive research and extensive experience in Crestone/Baca since the 1980s leads me to conclude that Crestone/Baca is a secret military mind control operation and that many of the meditators, contemplatives, and civilians in our town, including myself, have been unwittingly used as government test subjects.  Thus, things are not at all what they appear to be:   My research and experience suggests that Crestone/Baca, billed as a “New Age Community” and “The Refuge for World Truths” by the Manitou Foundation, is actually a secret military mind control research operation.

This conclusion is fortified by the fact that the Center For Contemplative Research, which acquired the vacated facilities of the Spiritual Life Institute of America (Carmelite Catholics), conducts neurological research locally, sharing EEG (electroencephalogram/brain wave patterns) with psychologists and neuroscientists worldwide.  In other words, “human research” that has been done in secret for decades is now being done openly.

In addition, I have observed and investigated the plundering of resources (water and gas) in this area and presented these findings in another website: sanluisvalleywaterwatch.com.  Plunder is also an apt descriptor for the way citizens are utilized here.

In 2013, I realized that I was a “targeted individual” (TI).  Evidently, I was secretly blacklisted/mislabeled as a “potential terrorist threat” and secretly added, without notification or recourse, to the FBI/DHS Terrorism Screening Data Base and  had my civil liberties secretly stripped away.   In practice, I have become a “target,” that is, “target practice” for:

a) illegal government and corporate “nonlethal”-neuroweapons-directed energy weapons testing,

b) illegal police, military, special forces, etc., “training exercises” (aka “peace operations”).

c) incessant, illegal, organized stalking-electronic harassment (OS-EH) campaigns from fellow civilians (aka “surveillance role players,” “counter-terrorism specialists, etc.), including Neighborhood Watch groups, Infragard and Citizen Corps vigilantes, and retired military and police personnel.

Cumulatively, these incessant operations comprise “no-touch torture,” “trauma-based mind control,” and soft-kill ops designed to surreptitiously destroy the target and/or to break down the “targets’” psyche and re-program them into “Manchurian Candidates”/mind-controlled assassins, sex slaves, or bio-slaves per the CIA’s infamous MKULTRA program that was initiated in 1953 and continues today.  Ex-CIA/DoD neuroscientist, Dr. Robert Duncan, refers to the “TI program” as Project Soul Catcher and describes a host of exotic, military-grade weapons systems used against unsuspecting citizens (TIs) in his book: “Operation Soul Catcher: Secrets of Cyber and Cybernetic Warfare” (2010).  One of these weapons systems is S.A.T.A.N. (Silent Assassination Through Adaptive (Neural) Networks).

The 2014, I initiated my gangstalkingmindcontrolcults.com website in order to educate myself and other TIs about this nefarious program.  This website now includes over 2,600 posts.  Hence, my conclusions in this area are extremely well fortified by an abundance of academic evidence and documentation as well as my personal experience and that of other TIs.

I believe that in addition to “Operation Crestone/Baca,” citizens should bear in mind that the US military, intelligence, government, corporate establishment also maintains other “illegal human research laboratories throughout the US and globe,” (Thornburgh v CIA (2006) & DOE (2009): Targeted Individuals = Human subjects for illegal ‘nonlethal weapons research’ (mind control, torture, neurotechnologies, bioengineering, slavery, transhumanism) & law enforcement, counterterrorism units’ ‘training exercises’).

What a delicious irony for our satanically-energized controllers (banksters, cultists, Zionazis, DoD-CIA, US Air Force spychiatrists, et. al.)!  Pilgrims who are drawn to the “New Age Mecca” of Crestone/Baca to develop themselves spiritually may find themselves instead transformed into government-controlled assassins, super-soldiers, spies, informants, puppets, dupes, and slaves.  One can imagine the “field-day” US Air Force spychiatrists may have been enjoying as they secretly, silently (electronically and remotely) “produce an experience set and delete an experience set” from the brains of unsuspecting meditators, gurus, priests, and parishioners in our “spiritual community.”  (U.S. Air Force’s New World Vistas (1994) related to “Targeted Individual Program”/Organized Stalking-Electronic Harassment).

Furthermore, to try to explain Elisabeth Thornburgh’s cryptic notes “Horizon projects, “test case” “when through,” I can speculate as follows: “Test cases” who have been secretly placed on the Terrorist Screening Data Base to become “targeted individuals” include individuals who have been secretly utilized as human research test subjects, and whose secret “handlers” have decided that their “involuntary servitude” and indeed, their lives, are no longer useful, indeed, may constitute a liability, so they are to be terminated via the TI program.   If this speculation is correct, then terms such as “terrorist” and “immanent threat” are routinely applied to involuntary human test subjects who are considered to be liabilities to the government and/or the criminal elites that control governments.

Neuronal activity in the brain creates a shifting electrical pattern that has a shifting magnetic flux. This magnetic flux puts out a constant 30-50 Hz, 5 milliwatt electromagnetic (EMF) wave. Contained in the electromagnetic emission from the brain are spikes and patterns called “evoked potentials.” Every thought, reaction, motor command, and visual image in the brain has a corresponding “evoked potential” or set of “evoked potentials.” The EMF emission from the brain can be decoded into the current thoughts, images, and sounds in the subject’s brain.

NSA SIGINT (Signals Intelligence) uses EMF-transmitted Brain Stimulation as a communications system to transmit information (as well as nervous system messages) to intelligence agents and also to transmit to the brains of covert operations subjects (on a non-perceptible level.) EMF Brain Stimulation works by sending a completely coded and pulsed electromagnetic signal to trigger evoked potentials (events) in the brain, thereby forming sound and visual images in the brain’s neural circuits. EMF Brain Stimulation can also change a person’s brain states and affect motor control.

Two-way Electronic Brain Link (EBL) is done by remotely monitoring neural audiovisual information while transmitting sound to the auditory cortex (bypassing the ears) and transmitting faint images to the visual cortex (bypassing the optic nerve and eyes). The images appear as floating 2D screens in the brain.

Two-way Electronic Brain Link (EBL) has become the ultimate communications system for CIA/NSA personnel. Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM, remotely monitoring bioelectric information in the human brain) has become the ultimate surveillance system. It is used by a limited number of agents in the US Intelligence community.)

BrainNet is a groundbreaking technology that allows direct brain-to-brain communication. Imagine sending thoughts to someone else without speaking or typing. BrainNet uses a combination of electroencephalography (EEG) to record brain signals and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) to deliver these signals to another brain. IV. Do you still have doubts about these technologies and their very real potential for human destruction?  The following statements were made by the late Dr. Robert Duncan, ex-CIA and DoD neuroscientist who helped develop these insidious technologies and lived to regret it:

Dr. Delgado bragged about how you could control all human behavior at 450 MHz. The technology has advanced very far. But I’m not a believer in the microchip theory. How do you read brain-waves from a distance. If you study MRI (magnetic resonance imaging). We are bathed in earth’s radiation. You can also use an Earth Gauss MRI. And there is (ESR) electronic spin resonance. It’s very complex.

What is the source of the energy? Gwen towers, satellites, and many others. There is no single source of the energy. They are testing the scalability of this weapons system. There was a famous military contractor, who did a famous psychic warfare activity… And he said “secrets began to slip.” Some secrets slip….. Under the exact right circumstances, you might be able to hear what they are thinking and smell what they are smelling. This is cloning.

A localized search for that particular target needs to be done. It would appear that initially, the person’s brain print, a particular energy signature, just like a thumbprint, needs to be collected before the long process of training the brain to listen to another brain or a computer. So a sensor system is required to record that person’s data. Over time, once the target’s energy signature is identified, then distance is irrelevant. Brain patterns correspond to particular thoughts. Imagine you have two neural networks and they are trying to learn each other. It learns with you. It’s also why these experiments are lifelong, generally, not always. They are trying to grasp all kinds of data… Can we make them kill each other too?  Can we make them torture their cats? Create false correlation? This is called Offensive Information Warfare technology. It’s just like trying hack and crash a computer.

…. You are trying to crash that human being’s brain. You map all the motivations we have. They try to alter the target’s emotions. They are called emotional signature clusters. In terms of mind reading and brain reading, this takes it’s time. It takes a computer to do the transformation from one brain to another, that every word you say, and they have a set vocabulary and start testing the words out. Most people have a vocabulary of about 1000 to 5000 words. Once your vocabulary is mapped out, then they can put it in automated mode, what are called chatterboxes, to keep the person talking in perpetuation to a machine thinking it’s a real human being. They do this to scale, automate a lot of the degradation and torture process, the breaking down of the will. And you need this to keep the lock on of the signal. If you break the signal, music can do this temporarily, but your brain always goes back to its natural patterns. So they got you.

We’ve re-wired the brain, so you actually have more inputs. But there’s a cost: you are taking away from your other senses. TIs will never be the same human beings again. Torture changes them forever. Their brains are fried. Under our government, there’s no such thing as torture (a lie). Through the trickery, they can make people harm themselves.

Once you understand how large of a sample set (of targeted individuals), how much human suffering they’ve allowed to put into developing this, the number of dollars, there’s no way they are going to give this up. I, _________ (your name), a living man standing as a free and sovereign being endowed by my Creator with inalienable rights, do hereby declare my absolute and final independence from any and all neuro-technological systems, biometric surveillance, frameworks of cognitive intrusions, and so-called neuro-law regimes, whether domestic or foreign, public or private.

I reject any contract, statute, ordinance, executive order, corporate policy, international agreement, treaty, foreign regulation, or technological platform that attempts to override, subvert, bypass, digitize, encode, monitor, record, modify, interfere with, or otherwise trespass upon the sacred domain of the human mind.

I assert that neuro-liberty is an inherent and unwaiverable right of every living man or woman. My thoughts are private property. My cognitive processes are sovereign.
