While heartedly agree that Israel was involved, but it was more than just Israel, elements of many US agencies and the Military were involved. Now, Milchan might have been the mastermind, but many other people were involved

The notification for this came up just as I was beginning to watch Michael Manns Heat on Netflix when Arnon Milchan came up in the credits. That was weird.

Really looking forward to this. Ya it’s always been obvious to me and was made obvious in the film that Swordfish was a very pro neo con and pro Israel film, must have been filmed before 9/11 because I didn’t see much Islam phobia. Also it was more entertaining than it should have been, as a typical action movie of the time. I remember as a child even being pretty grossed out by true lies. As I call it the only movie that Tom Arnold actually improved. It was a good role for him. I was shocked to learn it was a James Cameron film and he had to pick Jamie Lee Curtis because of how beautiful she is. Okay, humiliation ritual for sure. Also it was an adaptation of a French film, it’s not worthy of an analysis though except in the context of its Islamophobia. But ya I watched a video about the creation of true lies, the funniest part is that the Arab (I think) actor was getting a bit of credit in the comments but nobody could remember his name. Totally disgusting film showing James Cameron’s descent from Terminator and Alien iirc to True Lies and eventually, Avatar. What a joke.
