Preface: Is Crestone/Baca the “Vatican City of the New World Order?” An Expose of the New World Religion

Is Crestone/Baca the “Vatican City of the New World Order” as Tom DeWeese of the American Policy Institute proclaimed in a 1996 speech? Is Crestone/Baca the “Refuge For World Truths” as the Manitou Foundation asserted in its glossy magazine, “Crestone”?

Based on my 30+-year experience living here and this 13+-year research project, I can confirm that the Crestone/Baca New Age “eco-spirituality” community is a pagan, occult, green, “sustainable” prototype of a United Nations Agenda 21 (now UN Agenda 2030)/SMART/C40 (cognitive) city!

In addition, I postulate that Crestone/Baca has functioned and still functions as a secret military-intelligence mind control operation of enormous scope and breadth. In effect, this tiny (about 2,000 people) community functions as a modern-day, open-air extension of the CIA’s top-secret MKULTRA mind control experiments initiated in the early 1950s. This conclusion is supported, for example, by the fact that the facilities of the Spiritual Life Institute of America (Carmelite Catholic), the first spiritual group Hanne Strong’s Manitou Foundation invited to the Baca Grande subdivision in the 1980s, are now occupied by the Buddhist-oriented but scientifically-based Center for Contemplative Research, which shares EEG (and other) brainwave patterns of meditators with brain researchers around the world and whose website states that “professional contemplatives” provide the best brain data. In the concluding chapter of this series, Part XIII. Excommunicated From Crestone/Baca, CO (NWO MKULTRA Cult City)! Covert Ops, Mind Control, Nonconsensual Experimentation & Targeted Individual Program/Cognitive Warfare), I postulate that “non-invasive” electronic surveillance, monitoring and manipulation of the thoughts and emotions of unwitting spiritual seekers and meditators in Crestone/Baca via remote neural monitoring and other means has been ongoing for decades. I believe these same military-grade Cognitive Warfare (CW) and Electronic Warfare (EW)/”neuro-electromagnetic telecommunications” technologies are used as weapons to covertly track, surveille, target, and torture “Targeted Individuals” (TIs) both locally and globally. This officially-denied “crime against humanity” is often referred to as “organized stalking-electronic harassment” (OS-EH).

Are “Targeted Individuals” the “one-world religions’ offering ancient human sacrifices to their god, Lucifer,” as ex-Special Forces operative, William Dean Ross, suggests in epigraph quote 5 below? Ross summarizes humanity’s present plight: “The New World Religion is pushing for the ‘hive mentality’ with the (webmaster: electronically/technologically) achieved collective consciousness, harmonic convergence of oneness of mind. There will be no room for any personal opinion or individual thought process. Persons that choose a separate route will be eliminated.”

Combining these threads, we may surmise that “targeted individuals” have been and are the lab rats for the development and implementation of “total individual control” transhumanist enslavement and human energy harvesting within UN SMART-C40 cities via: a) the DoD’s Global Information Grid (GIG) Cognitive-Electronic-Drone-Netcentric Warfare system, b) Internet of Things (IoT), Internet of Bodies (IoB), and the Internet of Bio-Nano Things (IoBNT), c) AI precision health care, and d) (Bill Gates’ Total Enslavement Patent) 060606 – Cryptocurrency System Using Body Activity Data (& videos).

The World Order wants to create a new society out of the ashes of chaos; a collectivist Fourth World complete with a collectivist religion, collectivist finance and unchecked world national socialism (fascism). The World Order will offer Gaia, mother earth, to the masses as the big brother image to worship in the Fourth World.

Maurice Strong has already has set up a 140,000-acre project in Crestone, Colorado to develop this earth religion system. Projects are funded by the Rockefeller Fund among other foundations. The (1992 Rio) Earth Summit will link environment with industry. The Lords of the UNCED Conference will be the masters of who gets what and when if we don’t do something about it quickly. What kind of madness are these World Order Caesars afflicted with? They hope to run the lives of people for generations to come. III. Synopsis

If this investigative series reads like a detective story, it’s because it is a detective story. When I began this research project in September, 2011, having just completed a 30-year career as a university geography professor, I did not know where the research would lead me. I did not know the answer to the question that prompted the research: “Is Crestone/Baca the ‘Vatican City of the New World Order’?” I had purchased land in Crestone/Baca in the San Luis Valley of southern Colorado in 1994, built a home here in 2001, lived here part-time between 2001 and 2011, and moved here full-time in 2011. The title question of this series is derived from a statement made in 1996 by Tom DeWeese of the American Policy Center in a speech entitled, “The Most Dangerous Man in the World.” DeWeese stated: “the Baca, Strong believes, is the Vatican City of the New World Order.” Here, DeWeese was referring to Canadian billionaire, corporate mogul, and United Nations potentate, Maurice Strong, who he identified as the principal driving force behind the global environmental movement. Strong has been Secretary General and principal organizer of three of UN-sponsored global environmental conferences; the 1972 Conference on the Human Environment in Stockholm, Sweden, the 1992 UN Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED or “Rio Earth Summit”) in Rio de Janeiro, and the 2012 UN Conference on Sustainable Development (Rio+ 20), also in Brazil (See Part I).

Maurice Strong and the 1992 Rio Earth Summit are still very relevant to Crestone/Baca and the San Luis Valley today. As documented in Part X of this series, the 1992 Rio Earth Summit was accompanied by a tremendous wave of New Age (pagan) religionism and celebrity fanfare that was overseen by Strong’s Danish wife, Hanne. Some observers asserted that the explosion of New Age, pagan, and Gaia worship religions at the Rio summit served to “sell”/”legitimize” /provide “moral support,” etc., for the U.N.’s proposed radical overhaul of international economic and political rules under the pretext of “saving the earth.” This strategy has had some success: Agenda 21 (United Nations’ Agenda for the Twenty-First Century), authored by Strong himself, was adopted as soft law by 179 nations, including the U.S., immediately following the Rio Earth Summit.

Under Agenda 21, the political/economic map of the world was to be incrementally and covertly redrawn, with the UN becoming the prototype world government. You might call this plan: “the soft takeover of the world.” Among other things, implementation of Agenda 21 requires that humans are removed from rural areas and concentrated in “human settlements” so that eventually, half of America (and other nations as well) is designated off-limits to human activity. Of course, such a forced migration of Americans would result in a massive redistribution of wealth and would likely be accompanied by considerable violence and death.

Today, the Crestone/Baca community includes about 1500 people and 30+ tax-exempt religions and cults and 20+ other educational non-profit organizations. Our community seems to be the direct inheritor of Strong’s UN/New Age/pagan Gaia earth worship/religious syncretism/sustainable development/Agenda 21 utopian vision. Our Saguache County is a good candidate for implementation of Agenda 21 policies because: 1) the San Luis Valley holds one of the largest and most valuable freshwater aquifers in North America, potentially worth trillions, 2) 76% of Saguache County is public land, and 3) the population (about 6,200 people) and population density here (about 1.9 people per square mile) are extremely low. Perhaps it is no coincidence that we also have an exceptionally high ratio of foreigners to “native” born Americans here.

What is particularly interesting about Crestone/Baca is that our current identity as “sustainable” community cum interfaith/New Age Mecca was imposed upon our tiny town by a handful of extremely powerful “aliens.” The Aspen Institute and the Lindesfarne Foundation had a presence here in the late 1970’s and 1980’s. Elite globalists, including David Rockefeller, Edmund de Rothschild, Maurice Strong, Henry Kissinger, British Prime Minister James Callahan, and many more visited this place as well.

Many of the above-mentioned luminary globalists, including Maurice Strong, David Rockefeller, and Edmond de Rothschild met in Denver, Colorado in 1987 at the Fourth World Wilderness Congress, where it was predicted that the coming “Fourth World Wilderness” would soon replace the tri-partite First, Second, and Third World system. According to Christian businessman, George W. Hunt, who attended the Congress, the coming Fourth World Wilderness was to be characterized by what shamans referred to as “lostness of the mind” (www.thebigbadbank.com).

Here is how Hunt described humanity’s future, as mapped out in 1987 by these powerful individuals:

Hunt notes that peoples of the world will be controlled by a combination of “drugs, pain, and fear.” This sounds much like the primary system of mind control developed and refined by British, Canadian, American, Russian, and German psychiatrists decades ago, as shown in Parts VI, VI-B, VII, VIII, and IX of this series (below*). British psychiatrists who developed this mind control system refer to it as PDH, or pain, drugs, and hypnosis. Indeed, the techniques for controlling the masses through social engineering and mind control were already being developed when Huxley wrote his prophetic book, Brave New World (1932).

A New Age phrase we often hear in Crestone/Baca is that here we see the “macrocosm” in the “microcosm.” So in order to understand what is happening here, we obviously need to look at the bigger picture. Let’s do that briefly here: While Rothschild, Rockefeller, and Strong were convening the Fourth World Wilderness Congress in Denver in 1987, Strong was in the process of making a bid, through his American Water Development Inc. (AWDI), to export the multi-trillion dollar groundwater resource of the San Luis Valley to the Denver metropolitan area. Two years later, the Berlin Wall fell, dissolving the Soviet Union and much of the “Second World.” The 1992 Rio Earth Summit followed shortly thereafter amidst an explosion of New Age religious hoopla. In 1994, the Trinity Foundation, located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, came to Crestone/Baca with plans to construct a 396-foot pink granite pyramid, ostensibly to attract aliens from the Arcturian star system to save mankind from looming environmental destruction (see Part XII: Summary, Hypotheses (142 – 333), and Conclusions: What On Earth Is Going On In Crestone/Baca? (Part B)). Meanwhile, Crestone/Baca and the San Luis Valley aquifer are located in the “Mysterious Valley” (O’Brien, 1996, 1999, 2007), where UFO sightings, cattle mutilations, and all kinds of paranormal and military activity are commonplace. You can’t make this stuff up!

I tackled this research project, of course, because I felt that all this might not bode well for humanity and for the people the San Luis Valley, in particular. As an academic who has authored numerous professional papers published in national and international scientific journals, I learned long ago that the best researchers follow their data wherever it leads them, regardless of whether their findings are “politically correct.” I cannot overstress this point: Honest researchers do their best to follow the facts and the truth in an objective dispassionate manner and they report their findings accordingly. Thus, in addition to researching the odious history and political usages of mind control and cults (Parts VI, VIB, VII, VIII, and IX), I also examined the New Age Religion (Part X and Part X-b) and religious syncretism, in general.

Why was the syncretic New Age religion pushed so hard at the Rio Earth Summit? Why is this philosophy/religion at the core of the United Nations today? What is the impact of this religious syncretism and the close juxtaposition of radically different religions on the Crestone/Baca community?

Throughout this investigative series, I rely upon (and liberally quote) the work of others with more expertise than I in a variety of fields. I also benefit from the insights of my neighbors. For example, regarding Crestone/Baca’s possible larger purpose, one neighbor told me; “a New World Order needs a New World Religion.” Another visitor to Crestone, a probable change agent/spy, informed me that Crestone/Baca was a “continuity of government site.” Another neighbor, with whom I thought I was on friendly terms, recently told me: “Now Crestone is going to take you down.” These and other comments from locals, related in Part XII, suggest broader questions, such as: What is the intended New World Religion? What is the intended New World Order? Who and what are behind these projects? In Parts XI and XII, then, locals’ comments are featured along with statements of authorities in a variety of fields. And these comments/statements become the basis for making hypotheses and drawing conclusions as to the nature of Crestone/Baca’s “greater purpose.”

In 2013, at which time I was about two years into this research and writing project, I realized I was being targeted via “organized stalking-electronic harassment.” My targeting-no touch torture became so intense and my life so disrupted that I have been unable to complete this project until today (January 22, 2024). Indeed, I felt compelled to shift the focus of my research away from the “Vatican City of the New World Order” project to the nature of the targeting program itself in order to survive it and help other “Targeted Individuals” (TIs) survive it as well.

I began researching “organized stalking-electronic harassment (OS-EH)” project in typical academic fashion by building a library of pertinent references and reviewing the abundant literature on this secret (black or Special Access Program) program (See: References On Gang Stalking, Mind Control and Cults). In 2014, I began trying to expose these war crimes on radio and podcast interviews. In 2016, I launched a new website, my fifth, gangstalkingmindcontrolcults.com, which now includes some 2,350 posts! This website documents in great detail that this covert, civilian targeting-torture program deploys military grade “non-lethal weapons” (including mind control) against ordinary citizens, is carried out by all sectors of society, is extremely well-funded by government, and is justified on the pretexts of “national security” and the “war on terror.”

Nonetheless, even while “the program” has been personally devastating to me and to my life and I was compelled to shift my research focus, I continued compiling relevant appendices for this extended series of articles over the past decade. Today, some 240 Appendices to this extended series provide extensive background documentation and information regarding a whole series of related areas. Indeed, many, many of these appendices provide detailed information regarding the phenomenon of “organized stalking-electronic harassment” (OS-EH) aka neuro-electromagnetic telecommunications and Cognitive Warfare (CW).

One key to understanding Crestone/Baca’s (secret) “greater purpose(s)” is the enigmatic figure of Maurice Strong himself. The Canadian-born Strong wears many seemingly incompatible hats. Though he was never elected to public office, he has nonetheless exerted tremendous international influence, both as an administrator and as advisor to a succession of UN Secretary Generals. His various “hats” include billionaire “robber baron” capitalist and CEO of numerous oil, gas and water corporations, communist ideologue, internationalist environmentalist and “savior of the planet,” author of United Nations Agenda 21 and the Earth Charter, member of the “Committee of 300” that rules the world (Coleman, 2006), British intelligence agent, and, believe it or not, high school drop-out. Author/researcher Elaine Dewar (1985) notes that while working for the Canadian government in the 1970’s, Strong controlled a private-government intelligence/spy network that extended across Africa and oversaw the distribution of government aid, and probably weapons, to numerous African countries then ravaged by revolutions. Is he one of the so-called “Ascended Masters”/”Supermen” that rules the world and secretly guides the fate of the world as per Stoddard (1936) and Olsen (2007)? (See Part XII, Appendix 2. Maurice Strong- Godfather of Crestone/Baca (From Elaine Dewar’s “Cloak of Green: The Links Between Key Environmental Groups, Government and Big Business” (1995)), and Appendix 5: Maurice Strong: Godfather of Crestone/Baca: 14 Journalists’ Perspectives). It would seem likely.

Certainly, Strong has exerted, and still exerts, a major influence on Crestone/Baca. He came here in the late 1970’s to be a director of the Arizona Land and Cattle Association, a business conglomerate that owned the 12-square mile Luis Maria Baca Land Grant No. 4. Through a series of “insider” deals, Strong “acquired” the Baca Ranch. He then formed American Water Development, Inc. (AWDI) and made a bid to export the groundwater from beneath the San Luis Valley to the Denver metropolitan area. The San Luis Valley aquifer, poised at the headwaters of the Rio Grande River, is potentially worth trillions of dollars. Strong’s water play was defeated by local ranchers and environmentalists. But before leaving the area, he donated $1.2 million of the profits from the sale of the Ranch to establish the Manitou Foundation, which would be run by his Danish wife, Hanne, who stayed in Crestone/Baca (Bingham, 1986; my website; sanluisvalleywaterwatch.com).

Webster’s Dictionary defines Manitou as “a supernatural force that according to an Algonquian conception pervades the natural world.” Manitou Foundation soon began granting parcels of land at the base of our spectacular Sangre de Cristo Mountains to a multitude of spiritual groups; including Tibetan Buddhists, Zen Buddhists, Hindus, Japanese Shumei practitioners, Carmelite Catholics, etc. Thus, our tiny berg was transformed into the “Refuge For World Truths.” Today, Crestone/Baca draws spiritual seekers, environmentalists, and idealists from all around the world. Millennial (apocalyptic), utopian, and magical thinking is common in our small community. Many locals are convinced by our local mythology that we live in a “protected area” that will survive impending apocalypses.

Concomitant with the establishment of the “Refuge For World Truths,” Manitou Foundation set up a “Habitat Conservation Program” and began designating “Conservation Easements” which altered local land use designations. Are we seeing a familiar pattern repeat itself here? Just as the UN Rio Earth Summit combined environmental politics with New Age religion, do the myriad traditional, esoteric, and New Age/Gaia-earth worship religions in Crestone/Baca function as “cover”/”moral justification” for the implementation of Agenda 21-driven environmental/land use/”sustainability” initiatives in Saguache County, Colorado? If so, what does all this presage for Crestone/Baca, Saguache County, Colorado, and America? Read on, dear reader.

In the past decade, some spiritual groups affiliated with the Manitou Foundation have made repeated attempts to close off trails (notably Cottonwood and Spanish Creek trails) that provide public access to public land in the spectacular Sangre de Cristo Wilderness Area (See: Appendix 1: Crestone/Baca “Group Dynamics” (2006-2008) and Appendix 3: Crestone/Baca Water, Land, & Air Battles (Locals v. Secret Team of UN Agenda 21 Agents and Operatives?) 2008-2013).

Other locals and I have observed that our local politics are largely/entirely controlled by a “cabal” and that many of its members have been/are associated with the Manitou Foundation and the Manitou-affiliated Crestone Spiritual Alliance. This cabal consistently seeks to exert control over our few representative bodies; the Saguache County Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors of our Baca Property Association (POA) and the Board of Directors of our Water and Sanitation District. Interference by outsiders is commonplace in our community.

During the “Lexam campaign” of 2008, a group of activists, including myself, attempted to limit or reduce the potential environmental damages of a Canadian gas exploration company’s (Lexam Explorations, Inc.) proposed drilling of three 13,000’ gas test wells on the newly designated Baca National Wildlife Refuge (see my website; sanluisvalleywaterwatch.com). Our efforts were continually stymied by the “cabal” and by a host of “newcomers” (change agents/spies?) who suddenly appeared on the scene, got politically involved in the issue, then left just as suddenly. Some of us observed at that time that psychological warfare techniques, including the Rand Corporation’s “Delphi Technique,” were used to manipulate local citizens in our community. Is Crestone/Baca a U.N. Agenda 21 test community?

To better understand the forces that could be impinging on our community, I have cast a wide net across disciplines and learned some “alternative” history. I have also looked beyond mainstream historical and media sources and metaphorically ventured down the “rabbit hole. In so doing, I’ve come to grips with topics such as cults, secret government UFO/mind control programs, secret societies, and occult “mystery religions,” all of which are associated with the world’s “secret government/hidden hand”/power structure. Breakthroughs and discoveries I’ve made in the process of this research have changed the way I look at the world. I had never previously encountered terms and concepts such as “synarchy” (rule by secret societies), “theurgy” (summoning of discarnate entities, aka demons), and “gangstalking” (government-sponsored citizen spying/harassment of “targeted individuals” augmented by use of directed energy weapons/”non-lethal weapons”). However, in this series, I document that these are central to the operation of the world system. In this series, I document that Scientology, Jonestown, Colonia Dignidad, and Findhorn New Age cults, among others, were/are products of American and British intelligence programs. Leaders of these and myriad other cults control their unsuspecting victims/members via mind control technologies. The cults themselves are used as false front “covers” to fulfill covert political functions and to hide such illegal activities such as forced slave labor and laundering of illicit profits from drugs, arms, prostitution, sex slavery, etc. (See Part VIII and Part IX: NWO ‘Slavemasters’ & Our ‘Absolute Slavery’ Via Intel Ops, Mind Control, Scientology, Cults, Torture, 9/11, & “Voices of God”: 2 Timelines (962 – 2012 AD)).

From various sources, I gleened that New Age authors and “channellers,” Eileen Caddy (“God Spoke to Me”) and Helen Schucman (“A Course In Miracles”), amongst others, who claimed to have channeled voices from God and/or Jesus, were victims of high-tech electronic (“voice to skull” or V2K) mind control via synthetic, artificial telepathy. Caddy, the spiritual guru of the Findhorn New Age community in Scotland, was married to two British military/intelligence officers who appear to have been her “handlers.” Christian author/researcher, Constance Cumbey (1983, 1985, Part VI: Mind Control: History and Applications), observed that Findhorn was the “Vatican City of the New Age Movement” and that its purpose was to “anchor the New Age “Plan” on earth.” In A Planned Deception; The Staging of a New Age “Messiah” (1985), Cumbey states:

“There is absolutely no way one can competently research the New Age Movement and not discover that its major purpose is bringing in a New World Order headed by the Antichrist.”

Cumbey (1983) provides these insights about the New Age Movement:

“The universal proclamation of the (New Age) Movement is that man is God and “Man created God in his own image…” The Movement worships pagan deities from Pan to Buddha and Shiva. They even worship Lucifer himself… A vast organizational network today, the New Age Movement, received its modern start in 1875 with the founding of the Theosophical Society by Helena Petrovna Blavatsky. A basic teaching of this organization was that all world religions had “common truths” that transcend potential differences. Strongly propounding the theory of evolution, they also believed in the existence of “masters” who were either spirit beings or fortunate men more highly “evolved” than the common herd. This was a doctrine which was to have a substantial impact on the development of Hitler’s Nazism several decades later….”

Proudly drawing their inspiration from “spirits” or “elementals,” the leaders of the Theosophical Society believed they were under the direct supervision of “adepts” and “initiates” belonging to a branch of “The Great White Brotherhood”….

The year 1962 was another landmark year, for that was when the Scottish community of Findhorn- the Vatican City of the New Age Movement– was founded. The life work of Peter and Eileen Caddy and their friend Dorothy McLean, the role of Findhorn was to help anchor “The Plan” on earth. Again, their work was performed by following meticulously the Bailey writings and “guidance” Eileen was receiving from spirit beings and what she calls the “voice of God.”

Findhorn received an important new member in 1970- David Spangler. Although many young people showed up daily at Findhorn, none received quite the royal welcome as did Spangler. Eileen Caddy had received “guidance” that David had the “Christ energies.”….. Spangler went into frequent transmission from demonic beings, including Mitreya, Rakoczi (aka St. Germain and Christian Rosenkrutz), and many others. Esoteric lore, from Tibetan Buddhism through UFOlogy, was actively pursued by the Findhorn initiates and would be initiates…

… Apart from the New Age-oriented theologians who have deliberately infused our churches and seminaries with New Age concepts- the vast majority of those in the New Age Movement are there innocently. The lonely, the confused and bewildered, the young and naïve- these are the prime targets for New Age organizers…..Until proven otherwise, we should consider each of them to be a victim rather than a villain.

….. The New Age Movement has the characteristics of a well-thought out military operation patterned after Hitler’s organization of his “Third Reich.” The Nazis featured a pagan style battalion known as the SS. Similarly, there is a United States Military/private hybrid equivalent to this: The First Earth Battalion headed by Lt. Colonel Jim Channon.”

Cumbey concludes that the New Age Movement: 1) was/is a British intelligence operation that employs psychotronic mind control techniques, hologram technology, and other products of modern research, and 2) is identical to Hitler’s Nazism in its goals and modus operandi.

Former Air Force officer, Christian pastor, and author, Texe Marrs (1988, 1999, 2011, 2011) has also written several books on New Age religions and cults. But his conclusion is that all New Age religions and cults are based on Kabbalistic Judaism and were created and are run by Jews. In one of his 2014 “Power of Prophecy” programs, Marrs stated:

“I have researched these issues for many years and have been called the greatest New Age expert in the world. I certify to you that Judaism is the ultimate New Age Religion. It is the umbrella that covers all the other cults and religions. But New Age practitioners or believers usually do not understand that they have been fed a bunch of Judaic nonsense.”

Judaism is more than a religion…. It is a parasite on the world. Judaism will have its sway, as it is intermixed in all the nations and religions. It owns the capitalistic system. Lord Rothschild owns the banks and the oil resources. In 2003, Prime Minister of Malaysia, Mahathir Mohamad stated: “Today Jews rule this world by proxy. They get others to fight and die for them.”

The Jewish religion is not the religion of the Old Testament. A Jewish man told me: “We (Jews) have a different concept of the Messiah than you. He’s not God…. We (the Jewish people) are going to become the Messiah.” Yes, the Jews expect to be lead by a man-God… but they’ll all be Gods. In researching for my books on the New Age Movement, I discovered that Jews were at the forefront of every cult and New Age religion. New Agers also believe that man can reach a state of Godhood and be his own God. The New Age religion is Judaism.

All the New Age cults and religions are run by Jews. Show me a New Age cult group of any size at all and I’ll show you that Jews founded it, sponsored it, and/or teach it, etc. Judaism is the New Age Movement….. The “holy” Kabbalah is the root of all New Age false religions. The language used in these New Age religions is found in the Kabbalah. Many times, Jews change their names and adopt Hindu names. When Jews preach there is a God, they believe it’s them.”

We seem to have a contradiction here. Whereas Cumbey equates the New Age religions with Nazism, Marrs maintains they are identical to Judaism. How can this be? In 7th grade math class, we learned that if A = B and A = C, then B = C. Thus, perforce, Nazism is identical in its goals and modus operandi to Judaism. Both movements share the myth of a master race, asserting their own racial supremacy, and both espouse the goal of eliminating inferior “races” so that they, the master race, can have it all. These and a host of other movements, secret societies, including Freemasonry, the Illuminati, Rosicrucianism, Theosophy, etc. are all based on the occult Jewish Kabbalah, which is an ancient system of black magic and sorcery. Storey (2006) resolves the apparent contradiction:

“… the (Bavarian) Illuminati (advanced) a conspiracy to subvert Freemasonry and to focus it on the task of secretly agitating for the world dominion of the Kabbalah (the Babylonian derivative of the ‘Ancient Mysteries’) by all means. … The Nazi International’s heirs and the Zionists “agree.” Their ideology is identical, as the behavior of the Likud Government in Israel testifies. Many leading Holocaust operatives were conspicuously Jewish…”

Coming to grips with these “unofficial” realities (but realities nonetheless), I now realize that: 1) religions and cults often serve as covers for (covert) political agendas, and 2) our leaders are often involved in occult activities. One of the important discoveries herein, then, is that occult spirituality and political/intelligence operations are often intertwined. Examples abound: In Part III of this series, I document that 16th century mathematician, geographer, philosopher, and astronomer, John Dee, who was adviser to Queen Elizabeth and mentor to Sir Francis Bacon, was also an astrologer, occultist, Kabbalist, sorcerer, and….. spy. His secret moniker was “007.” Dee became the prototype, not only for innumerable James Bond spy thriller characters but also for the characters of Merlin, Gandalf, Dumbledore and a host of other fictional wizards as well.

In like manner, occultist, channeller, and founder of the Theosophical Society, Madame Helena P. Blavatsky, a Jewess, was also a fraud and a spy for the Russian government! Blavatsky and Alice Bailey’s channellings of “Ascended Master” “Djwal Khul,” aka “The Tibetan,” resulted in numerous books that serve as the modern bibles for the New Age Movement that articulate the “Plan.” As noted, this Plan is to usher in a New (occult) World Order led by the Antichrist and to simultaneously destroy all existing religions, especially Christianity. This confusing interplay between occult spirituality and politics is perhaps best explained in a succinct statement by Reed (1956):

“Judaism is a political program disguised as religion.”

Part XII of this series includes comments made to me by locals as well as comments from a 2013 movie about Crestone/Baca called “The Flame: Finding Gold in Crestone, Colorado.” Augmented with statements by numerous other researchers, these comments are the basis upon which I suggest some 327 hypotheses as well as general conclusions. Locals’ comments provide these important insights:

1) Several locals, including Maurice Strong, are quoted as saying that “we” don’t want people to live here.
2) In the movie, The Flame, Hanne Strong stipulated that the residents here must do “the work” or else “hit the road.”

Of course, these comments beg the questions: 1) Who is the “we” that wants to limit the Crestone/Baca to a certain size or to certain personnel? 2) Why do “they” want to limit Crestone/Baca to a certain size or personnel? And 3) What is the “work” that residents here are supposed to be doing?

In this series, especially Part IV and Appendix 6, we demonstrate that the “we” that controls America, in general, and Crestone/Baca, in particular, consists of Talmudic/Kabbalistic Jews. The nature of the “work” to be accomplished here may be inferred by Stoddard (1936), who quotes de Luchet (1789):

“Today, in these numerous sects, cabalistic and illuminati, much the same methods as with the Ismailis (assassins) are used, and the same doctrine taught. It is always a gradual re-orientation, first an attempt to adapt these doctrines of the Magi, Manes, and the philosophers to Christianity, destroying the very essence of Christian beliefs, leading to pantheism, dualism, and materialism, often ending in pantheistic mysticism. Through mystical meditation and yoga they achieve magnetic but controlled union with their sinister masters, from whom they receive the universal teachings necessary for their master’s “Great Work,” unification- and world control -religious, political, and intellectual.

The result of Yoga, meditation and processes for awakening the kundalini, whether Western or Eastern, is the same in all groups working under unknown Masters; it means that gradually the Master takes possession of the adept’s mind and impresses his own will upon it, so that an advanced initiate, such as (Dr. Rudolf) Steiner, would work under the impetus of the hidden Master and for his ends alone. As the so-called Tibetan Master of Mrs. Alice Bailey, theosophist and occultist, explains, contact with the Master is recognized by peculiar vibrations (1) at the top of the spine; (2) in the forehead (pineal gland, where the adept’s kundalini unites with the Master’s forces from without, it is the seat of controlled knowledge) ; (3) at the top of the head (pituitary body).”

He continues: “In time the student comes to recognize the vibration and to associate it with some particular `Great One,’ for each Master has his own vibration which impresses itself upon his pupils in a specific manner.” The forces are “these magnetic currents of the universe, that vital fluid, those electric rays, the latent heat in all bodies.” Cold and calculating, “a Master is only interested in a man from the point of view of his usefulness in the group-soul and his capacity to help.” The individual is as nothing to him; he is only a part in his world revolutionary machine, to be thrown aside when no longer an asset in their game!

…. Under the mask of initiation (the disciple) becomes diabolically possessed.”

To understand the political implications of these occult practices, we again quote Stoddard (1936), who quotes de Poncins as follows:

“Looking back over history, it seems to be evident that the spread of secret societies, illuminism, theurgy, and spiritism has always been a sure precursor of revolutions and the fall of Crowns. From its commencement the reign of Nicolas II of Russia was one long succession of mystics, prophets, and Illumines-instruments of the “Hidden Hand “who, by their strange practices and sometimes scandalous lives, contributed not a little to bring discredit upon the Court of Russia, eventually led to its downfall, and through death and destruction initiated the Jew-led Soviet rule with its dream of World Revolution and World Domination- the dream of Grand Orient Illuminized Masonry.”

The Jew and high Mason, Cremieux, founder and president of L’Alliance-israelite-universelle, said in his manifesto, I860: “The net which Israel now casts over the terrestrial globe enlarges and extends. . . . Our power is immense; learn to turn that power to our cause. The day is not far distant when all the riches, all the treasures of the earth, will become the property of the children of Israel.”

As shown in Parts I, II, and III, a recent version of this ancient plan for political/religious takeover of the world was drawn up by Adam Weishaupt when he founded the Bavarian Illuminati on behalf of the Rothschild family and the Elders of Zion. This plan was again codified in Marx and Engel’s Communist Manifesto in the middle 19th century and in Sergei Nilus’ Protocols of the Elders of Zion, which reached public attention in the early 20th century. This same “Plan” is extolled in “The Great Invocation” recited by innumerable “New Age” cults such as Theosophists, the Golden Dawn, etc. It has long been the goal of older secret societies such as Rosicrucians, Freemasons, etc. All of these societies are based on the Jewish Kabbalah.

As Marrs notes (Part XII), the Jewish Kabbalah, which is a system of Babylonian/Egyptian black magic and sorcery that was adopted by Jewish heretics over 2,000 years ago, complements the “sacred” Jewish law codified in the Jewish Talmud. These two books, the Talmud and Kabballa, have replaced the Torah as the Jews’ holy scripture. As Harold Rosenthal, Jewish political aid to Senator Jacob Javitz, stated in a 1976 interview: “Most Jews don’t like to admit it but the God we worship is Lucifer.” Recently, this ancient plan for world conquest was summarized in “The Work of All Ages; The Ongoing Plot to Rule the world from Biblical Times to the Present” (Christian, 2010).

Again, politics and the occult are intertwined to accomplish this “Great Work.” And again, as people in Crestone/Baca often observe, here we see the “macrocosm in the microcosm.” Just as our national government is now run by a “transparent cabal,” comprised largely of “neoconservative” former Trotskyites that serves the political interests of Israel rather than the United States (Sneigoski, 2008), our local “transparent cabal” is also represents “foreign” interests rather than the interests of most local citizens. Interestingly, during the course of my academic career, I independently came to the same conclusion as Sneigoski and others (including Petras, 2007; Cook, 2008; Piper, 2004, 2007; Reed, 1956; Slezkine, 2004; Spingola, 2012): Just as the “Transparent Cabal” that rules our nation is comprised of (mostly Jewish) neoconservatives who hi-jacked American foreign and domestic policy, the “transparent cabal” that rules Crestone/Baca is also largely Jewish. It is also supported, abundantly and transparently, by a wide variety of other “fifth columnist”/”Trojan Horse” New Age and intelligence groups.

Are we today viewing the consummation of a Luciferian project that began millennia ago with a small tribe in the Middle East as per Christian (2010) and Reed (1956). Are we witnessing the fruition of a prediction made in 1860 by the alliance-israelite-universale and also in the Jewish Talmud?:

“L’Alliance-israelite-univerelle (The Universal Israelite Alliance)…. addresses itself to all religions….. It desires to penetrate into all religions as it has penetrated into all countries. How many nations have disappeared! How many religions will in turn vanish! Israel will not cease to exist…. The religion of Israel will not perish; it is the unity of God.”

Yes. It seems that we are currently witnessing the consummation of this millennia-old plan. Circumstantial and direct evidence is nearly everywhere. Does it matter? Yes. The New Age/Jewish/Freemasonic/occult/Illuminati Plan calls for the destruction of nation states, the family, all religions (except Satanism), and private property, etc. It calls for the elimination of most of humanity and the enslavement of most of those who remain. If all this is God’s will, as many claim, then my puny efforts to preserve life as we know it will have no significant effect. However, if this “end times” “Second Coming Plan that the Masters Know and Serve” is advanced by Satanically-inspired megalomaniacs bent on world conquest, and this is not God’s plan for humanity, then my sense is that this Plan must be exposed and thwarted.

To this end, then, I dedicate this investigative series, as published on my www.911nwo.com website. In 2015, I xeroxed and distributed 10 copies of this extended series to local libraries and interested individuals. This initial draft included 1200 pages, single spaced and bound in two volumes. Obviously, significant editing would be required before this could become a book. Nonetheless, I hope this research effort fulfills its original function of providing a much needed data base that citizens can use to protect themselves, their families, and their country. It is noteworthy, that my attempts to xerox, distribute and mail copies of this series were met with fierce organized stalking and sabotage, to which I have now become accustomed.

Finally, to attempt to answer the title question: Is Crestone/Baca the “Refuge of World Truths” as the Manitou Foundation asserts in the glossy magazine Crestone?

Based on this investigation, I can now fairly confidently postulate that Crestone/Baca has functioned and still functions as a military-intelligence mind control operation of enormous scope and breadth. In effect, it has been an open-air extension of CIA MKULTRA mind control experiments and research initiated in the early 1950s. This conclusion is born out, for example, by the fact that the facilities of the Spiritual Life Institute of America (Carmelite Catholic), the first spiritual group to be invited to Crestone/Baca by the Manitou Foundation, are now operated by the Buddhist oriented but scientifically-based Center for Contemplative Research, whose website states that the best brain data is furnished by “professional contemplatives.” In the concluding chapter of this series (Part XIII. Excommunicated From Crestone/Baca, CO (NWO MKULTRA Cult City)! Covert Ops, Mind Control, Nonconsensual Experimentation & Targeted Individual Program/Cognitive Warfare), I postulate that there has been covert “non-invasive” electronic surveillance, monitoring and manipulation of the thoughts and emotions of unsuspecting spiritual seekers, and mediators in Crestone/Baca (via remote neural monitoring, etc.) for many decades.

Is Crestone/Baca the “Vatican City of the New World Order” as Tom DeWeese claims? Clearly, the Judeo/Masonic/occult world leadership intends that Jerusalem will be the “Vatican City” of the New World Order. However, it appears that in order to fulfill the scripted/prophesied sequence of events leading up the establishment of the much anticipated New World Order/One World Government, a New World Religion will need to replace the old world religions, just as a global government must replace existing governments, etc. I believe that the official (elite/intelligence) function of Crestone/Baca, then, is to help usher in this New World Religion by destroying the old religions via religious syncretism and that this mission in Crestone/Baca may be accompanied by a series of government mind control/cult experiments. As noted, I infer that “Operation Crestone/Baca” is the direct inheritor of and modern extension of CIA-mind control programs such as MKULTRA, MKDELTA, Stargate, Gateway Process, etc., as well perhaps of OPERATIONS BLUEBEAM and FALLING STAR, etc.

These covert CIA-sponsored mind control programs were/are all illegal and unconstitutional in the extreme. It is important to remember that the U.S. Constitution guarantees that the American citizens own these United States and that the CIA’s charter forbids it from operating on American soil. This investigative series, then, is dedicated to exposing these truths and thereby protecting our constitutionally-guaranteed republican form of government and the citizens of this country. I believe that our Constitutional guarantees render much of the ongoing overt and covert political activity in Saguache County and in Crestone/Baca illegal and unconstitutional.

In particular, the worldwide, government-sponsored,citizen-spying program known as gangstalking threatens to destroy our nation, just as it destroyed the communist government of East Germany and the various Soviet satellite countries. This kind of activity, which amounts to secret murder of dissidents, cannot be tolerated in a free country. Gangstalking expert (and 40-year victim), Julianne McKinney, believes that the global gangstalking program now being conducted mainly by members of one particular religion (webmaster: I suggest she is referring to Judaism) against non-Jews (goyim, including political dissidents and members of other religions, especially Christians), presages a massive global genocide event (Appendix 9).

Thus, I dedicate this 12-plus year research effort to the proposition that Crestone/Baca will someday become a “normal” American town in a beautiful environment, where, to paraphrase Thomas Jefferson, Americans can pursue life, liberty, and happiness, and continue to own property and determine our own future.
