“Lifeline- Essential Insights And Healing Music For Illegally Targeted Citizens:” Free 4+ Hour Audiobook On Organized Stalking-Electronic Torture (Experts’ Testimonies Narrated W/ Music & Songs by Dr. Eric Karlstrom)

Introduction: The U.S. government and other governments have been captured by 5th column enemies and are waging hybrid/unconventional war against their own citizens. “High value targets” are typically activists, “dissidents,” whistleblowers, patriots, intellectuals, people of conscience and integrity, Constitutionalists, Christians, veterans, or anyone else that DHS-FBI Fusion Centers have secretly labelled “extremists,” “white supremacists,” and/or “potential terrorist threats” and extra-judicially placed in “the program.” The “program” deploys military-grade psychological and electronic warfare techniques and technologies against “targets” to secretly destroy/kill/incarcerate/”suicide”/discredit/incapacitate/institutionalize them.

We “targeted individuals” (TIs) find ourselves in a battle for our very survival. Indeed, many do not survive the initial “shock and awe” psychological and electronic warfare assaults deployed against them or comprehend that they are being viciously attacked by a military-grade weapons system. Thus, my research and experience as a TI leads me to believe that education and knowledge of “the program” are the best “countermeasures.” My hope is that the “Lifeline Project” will help save and/or extend the lives of many targeted individuals (TIs) now being extra-judicially targeted, tracked, tortured, and terrorized and will help expose and shut down this horrific black operation (Unacknowledged Special Access Program).

“The Lifeline Project” is a free, crash course designed to help TIs and everyone else understand and better survive this highly illegal and unconstitutional no-touch torture, civilian targeting-eugenics program. Topics include NSA-, FBI-, Department of Homeland Security-, and COPs-Citizen Corps-spying-targeting-domestic terrorism; CIA no-touch torture; the CIA Phoenix (civilian targeting-torture-murder) Program, CIA MKULTRA/DoD MONARCH mind control/remote transhumanism/creation of mass shooters; the Organized Stalking Manual; symptoms of mind control; the EU Human Brain Project/DARPA BRAIN Initiative; weaponized biophysics and neuroscience; “on recruits/perpetrators;” the electronic battlefield; “under the skin” uber-surveillance; the open-air torture gulag of the GLOBAL GESTAPO; and TI testimonies.

“Lifeline” is comprised of 74 sound tracks that feature insights from TI survivors and others with expertise on “the program.” “Experts” include Dr. Rauni Kilde (medical doctor/researcher/author/TI), James F. Marino (author), George W. Hunt (Colorado businessman/patriot, TI?), Preston James, Ph.D. (Veterans Today columnist), Suzanne Broussard, President Dwight D. Eisenhower, Brig. Gen. Smedley Butler, William Binney (ex-NSA whistleblower & TI), Mark M. Rich (author/TI), Douglas Valentine (author), Dr. X Keyscore (TI), Marshall Thomas (author), Cheryl Welsh (attorney/TI), Dr. Alfred McCoy (author/professor), Harlan Girard (TI), Kay Griggs (TI), Stephen O’Keefe (TI), Col. L. Fletcher Prouty (military officer/author), Joseph Trento (author), John Stockwell (ex-CIA officer), DJ Welsh, President Thomas Jefferson, Governor Patrick Henry, and me, Dr. Eric Karlstrom (Emeritus Geography Professor/TI). Of the TIs mentioned above, all were brutally tortured and at least two were brutally murdered by this program, along with countless others.

On most tracks, I narrate excerpts from these experts’ testimonies to the accompaniment of my own piano and guitar instrumentals. Interspersed with these “musical” and solo narrations are songs I adapted and recorded to hopefully add some levity and perspective to this very dark topic. In the end: 1) I believe this is a spiritual battle. Perpetrators/predators at all levels of the “program,” it would seem, have sold their souls and are determined to steal yours. TIs have involuntarily been captured, controlled, and trapped in a “hell” world comprised of ‘lies, spies, set-ups, and psyops’ as well as ‘torture and domestic terror.’ Our attackers, the real domestic terrorists, are trained to execute the “5 Ds” of psychological warfare of Britain’s GCHQ (General Communications Headquarters): “deceive, deny, disrupt, degrade, destroy.” I also believe TIs may function as sort of a ritual blood/human sacrifice for the satanic cult members for whom stalking becomes a lifestyle. However, we CAN beat these devils if we understand the program and hold on to our souls.

And 2): Just as in the global “Covid”/injection program, it appears that the agenda of the OS-EH (organized stalking-electronic harassment) program is the selective depopulation and enslavement of humanity. No doubt the same entities are behind both programs.

Finally, from a legal standpoint, all perpetrators are involved in at least the following crimes: felony, torture, treason, attempted murder and/or murder. There is no statue of limitations on these war crimes/crimes against humanity. In my opinion, this black program violates so many federal laws, international treaties, and laws of God that perpetrators at all levels of the program are guilty of capital crimes.
