I. Former FBI agent exposes the TRUTH of FBI’S corruption and illegal spying on Americans | Redacted
Kyle Seraphin is a former FBI whistleblower who details how the corrupt FBI is using illegal FISA searches to spy on unwitting Americans. In this interview Kyle details why so many former FBI agents are now coming forward to blow this whistle on this corruption and how the bureau uses dirty tactics to destroy these agent’s lives. How is this happening in America? How is this criminal organization allowed to continue operating with tax payer dollars? Comments below.
III. FBI Crimes: Alex Jones Show — 3/25/25
Former FBI agent-turned whistleblower Kyle Seraphin joined Infowars’ Sunday Night Live to detail how the Bureau claimed Alex Jones was a national security threat so the Deep State could try to find dirt on and ultimately imprison him.
Seraphin told Infowars host Chase Geiser the FBI classified Infowars with a Type 3 threat assessment, which he said is often used by intelligence analysts to monitor groups or individuals.
Looking at files Infowars obtained via a FOIA request, the whistleblower said, “You guys were opened up as White Racially-Motivated Extremists. That’s actually an old term. They don’t use that term anymore. When I went and revealed to America writ large that they were investigating Catholics, they used the brother of that particular acronym. White Racially Motivated Extremists is now known as Racially Motivated Violent Extremists. They’ve added the word violent in there because they’ve escalated the type of discussion that’s going on.”
Seraphin praised Infowars’ reporting and suggested the FBI should have classified the company as a Sensitive Investigative Matter (SIM) instead of the type 3 threat assessment, White Racially-Motivated Extremists.
“You cannot make a reasonable and a good faith argument that Infowars is not operating as a media outlet. So, the fact that they didn’t consider you guys a SIM is problematic for me.” he explained. “All of this stuff is concerning, only because we don’t need to be following around people whether they’re journalists you like or journalists you don’t like. You know, Don Lemon doesn’t need to have anybody following him around.”
Geiser asked his guest if he believes the case against Infowars was started so the FBI could try to find Jones and other Infowars employees involved in some type of illegal activities to launch a “parallel construction” where a criminal investigation is opened.
“Parallel construction” is a process which effectively erases details pertaining to how an investigation began – especially when mired by instances of unwarranted spying – by having agents “recreate” scenarios to omit certain acts.
“That’s a very reasonable possibility,” Seraphin answered, noting the FBI agent who launched the case is allegedly a known leftist.
He also pointed out the years-long surveillance on Infowars could have been a way to give agents busy work where they repeatedly deliver reports to their higher-ups.

In 2006 my 82 y/o father in a wheelchair going from TX to WA state for his brother’s funeral was denied boarding a plane because he was on a “military watch list.” I went holistic. “Of course he is on your military list. He served 36 years in the USAF in 3 wars, WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. He was a fighter pilot and was in charge of thousands of men. Of course he would be on a military list. I want to speak to your supervisor.” My dad was completely disabled and stage 5 Alzheimer’s because of Agent Orange after Vietnam. Now how can he be viewed a terrorist? After causing a scene and entertains a huge crowd my father was allowed to travel to his brother’s funeral. It they did go through all his stuff and confiscated his heart monitor box for his pacemaker. They went through all of his 32 medications. My wife got a full pat down recently for wearing a pullover sweatshirt with a hood and only a bra underneath so she was unable to take it off, apparently another new TSA rule that wasn’t in play only four days prior. There was nothing on the xray to indicate this was needed. They wanted to take her behing a screen, she didn’t trust them and told them to do it in front of everyone. They seemed angry and disappointed that she wasn’t embarassed and wouldn’t be bullied. Very creepy.

This story is true. I was a traveling salesman and would take the same fly from LAX to Oakland every Monday. They started pulling me out of line and did a full body search before I was allowed to board. I started getting angry after about six weeks of being searched. Finally I just refused to be searched and that caused a major escalation where I was escorted out of the airport. I have not flown since. I have no criminal record.

I have a sister-in-law & back in the late eighties/early nineties, she tried to get a job (office work) with the FBI. She had all the qualifications, a bachelor’s degree & 10 years of working in a major big company & a FBI field agent inside trying to get her hired!! After 3-4 years of trying, she never, ever got hired & I wonder why??

Just know… what he witnessed was at a low level… imagine how much further they go as you get to higher levels. Entirely possible, if not likely, evidence is planted then you have lower level staff “observe the evidence” where you coordinate “in parrallel” to prosecute. Very scary stuff.

I have a friend in another state who was on the internet and said in jest that yeah, his wife was there on Jan 6. Days later the FBI showed up at their house and tried to interrogate them. He was kidding when he told his friend that his wife was there. In fact, his wife is in her 70’s and in very ill health. It was impossible for her to have travelled to DC. The FBI showed up again for another try and were told where they could go. They gave up and haven’t come back again.

He basically summed it up when he said that the bureaucracy needs to feed itself by “creating” more work at the expense of the freedoms of the American citizenry. I find it interesting that most local law enforcement departments have all been downsized by democrat run city councils with little effort yet they cannot downsize federal agencies in the same way. Given all the information he has provided and the track record of their performance, they are pretty much useless and causing more problems than they are solving. Congress will do nothing to them because the agencies have the means and the participants to blackmail all of them into submission.

Thank you so much. For a long time I wonder who is behind our family, when we are not home , some one came and stole from our home and threaded our 7 years old twins. We are old couple in our 60’s and 70’s. We aren’t in any political group and not a spy for any country. Until recently, I found out, our home was wired from top to bottom . Our cars and phones were traced. Our computers were modified. I guess that is convenient for them to come to our home or some other peoples home to steal!

There is also a part of the TSDB it’s handling codes 3,4 and 5 it’s kinda a ‘secret list’ where us as US citizens with no ties to terrorism are placed and targeted on a daily basis.
