This whole program is based in eugenics. The plan of the 4th Industrial Revolution is that we will no longer be natural human beings. We will be dependent on technological upgrades like the Moderna shot- their MRNA platform they call the “software of life.” The Moderna website stated that this is an operating system. This world they are building full of nano-tech requires that, but they haven’t told us that. So there is this cyborg element. They believe that control over reproduction and control over the family are essential elements of this. They want to build a digitally-simulated planet. And they need people to code that. … What this is really about is reducing a rich mental, physical and spiritual life into something that can be put on a data dashboard. And that is for the dual purpose of: 1) controlling society for this new program of envisioning the world as a giant militaristic video game and where people are made redundant by robots and people are dying and these things are happening to keep people busy so they can’t actually get together and fight back, and 2) to make money while they are doing it.
2) The global digital prison is being run by satellites by the Operation Paperclip Nazis and through the telecom entities, and that’s the 5G and 6G networks and nobody wants to think that your jail is being run by your cable company, your internet provider. But that’s the fact.
3)If we look at Israel’s Unit 8200’s (Israel’s NSA) Impact website (8200 Impact), we see they are using all the features, weapons, and softwares developed in the Army supposed to be used against terrorists and these things are now going to be used (webmaster: are being used) against us, the people. This Unit 8200 website is an entrepreneurs website, not an Army website, this is a website to connect to donors and partners.

4) Interviewer: Israel’s Talpiot program, and Unit 8200 (Israel’s NSA) are driving this. The Salesforce Tower in San Francisco is universally hated there as a symbol of cultural warfare. Marc Benioff, Jewish CEO of Salesforce, is the founding co-chair of the Center for the Fourth industrial Revolution in San Francisco, which happens to be located in the Presidio where DARPA developed the internet and Facebook. Salesforce is partnered with the Soft Bank Vision Fundwhich is directly related to the UN 2030 vision of the World Economic Forum.
Alison: Ultimately, I think that these people who are running these sociopathic programs… it seems to be not just about money and power, but rather it’s about empire building and empire building in terms of creating a metaverse and essentially harnessing all of the energy and the life force of this planet in a very disrespectful way to ultimately use us as a launching pad to get off planet and to conquer space and the universe, to get off of the earth. There is very little respect in these systems shown to the earth itself or the beings of the earth.

5) “Imagine if the CIA and the US Defense interests remade the world for hedge funds and they put the non-profits in charge and we all lived in their mixed reality video game. Because this is where we are… Everyone in government is in on this. All the folks in power are in on it. At Davos, in January, the World Economic Forum had a panel; “Re-Skilling Revolution Skills for a Billion People.” So this is re-skilling people to build this global prison planet.
We’re building an open air, global digital prison run from space. And it’s a game. It’s a brutal, devious game… It’s global-wide fascism. It’s a transhumanist, deep state, police state military structure. A militarized space and architecture and infrastructure. It’s an imperial project. The US doesn’t have a government anymore. (Our government now is Google, Goldman Sachs, and JP Morgan (all owned and run by Jews)). We’re commodities for their consumption, really. Both Democrats and Republicans are behind this.
This will be a police state, a panopticon, overseen by ubiquitous computing, AI, facial recognition, predictive analytics, drones and police robot dogs. And the hedge funds will be placing their bets. The early phases of this involved Social Impact Finance/Bonds which were brought here from the UK. The next phase will be Pay For Success. Basically it’s an outcomes-based government contract tied to data analytics.
This is theological techno-fascism…. The Vatican, the Jesuits, Georgetown University, there is a very strong Catholic element. They are heavily involved in doing the social services. There will be faith-based housing communities. I think the goal ultimately is to blockchain religion. This is coming. The third party to check all this and review the contracts according to the data is slated to be Peter Thiel’s Palantir. Palantir of predictive policing and the Department of Homeland Security. And Palantir has the data on people who are getting mental health treatment. It’s very unethical.
… They want the children. They want to break the family. They want the nanny state. Google and Goldman Sachs are your government now. They want to bring up the next generation so they fit in a Google box. Here are your binary choices. This or that. They’ll use this Pay for Success architecture to guarantee compliance just like rats in a maze. This is coming fast. It shocks me how everyone seems willing to go along.
IBM has their 50-year plan. Proctor and Gamble has their 50-year plan. There is a coordination from Davos, the World Economic Forum. A lot of this is coming out of Israel. It has all these biotech startup companies. . So they are seeing the world as a game. QR codes are an element of this, to normalize this behavior of interacting with your environment as mediated by your digital environment.
We are now all disposable. We are all Gaza now in that we are in the way of this mechanized construct that is very brutal.

In the following remarkable interviews, Alison provides a wealth of excellent information which I believe is directly related to the “targeted individual (TI) program” aka “organized stalking-electronic torture”… and indeed, explains the larger context in which “the program” operates. In many ways, everyone is now a TI in that we are all considered hackable animals and human capital in a privatized, open-air, digital prison run from space by corporations, the military, and state intelligence agencies. We humans are now commodities for the consumption of those who control this military-fascist system. McDowell explains that the Fourth Industrial Revolution is a data-driven, virtualized (cyber-digital, i.e., fake) world (aka “the metaverse”) involving cellular colonization, bio-engineering, nano-robotics, digital twins (avatars), radical gaming, “human capital markets,” and ESG (Environment, Social, Government) capital impact investing. The Fourth Industrial Revolution brings the internet into our bodies and comprises a war between artificial intelligence (AI) against humans and all life in which AI and its human programmers deploy bio-informatics against us. Interviewer: Our guest this program dissects the anti-human narratives that are being presented to us today. Let’s focus in on what is the Great Reset and the Fourth Industrial Revolution and who are the major perpetuators of this narrative.
Alison: My entry point as a researcher and activist in this field is based on my activism as a parent. Philadelphia, where I live, is the center of the opioid crisis. So I also learned a lot about health care finance. A lot of the work I do is part of a collaborative effort.
I imagine what is coming as the construction of the metaverse as a series of virtual, gamified worlds. We see this in the media and in prominent publications now. If you understand the way in which a global capitalist economy works with these global national corporations, there is always an imperative for growth, for continued economic expansion. And as we bump up against limits to gaining profits from the physical, material world, there is still a pressure to grow those profits. The response is the creation of virtual world building and then virtual world building within digital spaces. This has more growth potential. The physics of transactions of items in the virtual world is incredibly much faster than that of the material world. You can trade a digital item in an instant. Blockchain makes this metaverse possible. The blockchain ledger, a permanent ledger system, is designed to track digital assets in cyberspace. It’s not strictly digital currencies. So they are now building out virtual cities, virtual items, even virtual animals.
Our material world shrinks through pandemic preparedness and then our digital twin begins to step in to take over. These avatars become economic actors in acquiring digital possessions/items.
The major corporations have 20-, 30-, 50-year plans. This figures into advancing the role of robotics and remote robotics in the workplace.
Interviewer: I agree with you that we need to question these things labelled as “sustainable solutions.” The terminology is so easily hi-jacked these days.
Alison: What has happened since the last economic crash in 2007-08 is the extreme concentration of wealth. So we have these financial behemoths, like the billionaires and the BlackRocks, Black Stones, Bill Gates, Pierre Olmydiar, etc. And they have to put their money somewhere. In the last decade, they have keyed up something called ESG (Environment, Social, Government) investing. The story that is being told through the media is that global capital has now realized the error of its ways in terms of creating all this environmental pollution and degradation, structural adjustments, globalization, etc., so they will now invest in the solutions to all the problems they have created. These new markets are tied to something they call social impacts, environmental impacts, or Green Bonds, so-called solutions as proven by data analytics. They are working remotely (via computer), not on the ground locally, so they only trust the data. They are investing in portfolios, so they put a sensor on everything and put it on block chain. So then essentially the entire natural world becomes part of a living computer that is part of their accounting system ledger. So they continue to make money, ostensibly faking that they are fixing the problems they created in the first place. But in doing so, they virtualize the world to get more money out of it. It’s in no way sustainable even though they label it as such. So it’s really about managing language and expectations.
(Webmaster comment: It seems possible, even likely, that so-called “targeted individuals” who are secretly and nonconsensually tracked and monitored with sensors, have secret portfolios that are the object of investment by wealthy individuals and companies, and have already been covertly placed on blockchain. They (we) are then nonconsensually controlled by virtual world technologies, including holograms, the Barham psycho-drama technique (street theater), remote neural monitoring (RNM), and electromagnetic attacks, etc.)
So this is why all the ESG goals align with the 17 sustainable development goals (SDG) of the United Nations. Two thirds of those management goals have to do with managing poor people. Only a relative small number of goals are about managing air quality, water quality, soil, wildlife populations, etc. Mostly it’s about managing poor people.
(Webmaster comment: Are TIs managed in this manner by investment companies or billionaires? Is Alison aware of this?)
The World Economic Forum (WEF) is working hand-in-hand with the United Nations in this, and this represents global capital. Klaus Schwab has led the WEF since the 1970s. They are creating this drama and he’s kind of the designated villainous character. In some ways he’s playing a role. Ultimately, there’s a much bigger apparatus with many other characters behind it. When people ask who the “they” are,” at least in terms of investment, I point to something called the IMPACT MANAGEMENT PROJECT. This includes some 2000 of the world’s largest asset holders that are looking to channel their capital through impact investment. This means that everything they are investing in is subject to data surveillance and a sensor network. Whether it’s a child or someone in addiction, a cookstove in Africa, a tree, or a rainforest, everything is tied into the sensor network under the guise of sustainability. This is all legitimatized through something called sustainability. If you have a public pension, they are probably in on it, i.e., investing in it. Teachers and health care unions have pensions invested in things that will eventually deprive humans of their jobs, because robots will do things more efficiently. We are virtualizing our world because our investments require it, which is kind of crazy.
(Webmaster comment: Again, we may speculate that in this manner, corporations or individuals have “invested” in Targeted Individuals and that our tracking, tracing, surveillance, incessant abuses, etc. are related to this economic structure and digital prison planet.).
Interviewer: What are some of these 17 sustainability goals?
Alison: Again, my early experiences in this centered on childhood education. Children’s education is being turned into a data point. Ultimately, where this is going is that children and people will be required to live in virtual and mixed reality and that will be the “most efficient” training module. So they can start to manipulate your emotions and your mindset in ways you are not aware of using military technologies like MKULTRA (mind control) and the ways in which very sophisticated psychological behavioral programming can be embedded in this code. And these interactions will be tracked on blockchain. So there’s something called xAPI, which is that you can, through haptic, remote, hand- and eye-motion controllers, demonstrate a skill in virtual reality space, as if you are in a game, and then get a credit in your learning locker indicating that you attained a competency. So the high school student apprentices will be in our headsets and have to demonstrate compliance in that.
(Webmaster comment: Again, this all may be directly related to the (virtual?) experiences of TIs?)
There are now 5 million children in Ethiopia who are being put on the blockchain by Cardano, Charles Hopkinson, and that’s the largest global deployment of this technology. And that will be a link to one of these sustainable development goals. This is in conjunction with Hanson Robotics, Inc., Ben Hertzl’s company, that made Sophia, the humanoid robot. The guts and brain of this robot were funded by Jeffrey Epstein early on.
Re: Education; Sustainable Development Goal #4: Most people wouldn’t (be able to) conclude that the war machine is capturing children in virtual reality (VR) headsets and putting them on the blockchain for betting. But that’s what’s happening unless we say that’s not a humane thing to do to people.
Re: SD Goal #3- healthcare: This involves the Internet of Bodies, wearable technologies, chronic illness, preventative healthcare and wellness. Increasingly, sensor technologies will be embedded in things like wearable tattoos, to get your biometrics with smart shoes, smart shirts, all kinds of wearable technologies, so that people keep their proper distance from each other. Fitbits are tied in with your benefits so that you can continue to demonstrate your wellness behaviors so that can continue to get your benefits. (These are used to check whether) you’ve eaten the proper foods, exercised, gotten out into nature as much as you are supposed to, etc. But often, for the people who are most vulnerable, there’s no way to accomplish all this. Actually, a lot of what is causing people’s long-term chronic illness is environmental toxicity, especially in urban environments, with electromagnetics (EMF) exposure from 5G and 6G.
Ultimately, this system is not just about making money. It’s actually about getting data sets to train generalized AI. Their goal is the singularity. Hanson Robotics, Inc., led by Ben Hertzl, is feeding the data off of the people into the robots. If they can capture data through wearable technologies, screen-based devices, neural prosthetics, to consume us in this sort of parasitic way, that’s the data they need to feed into the system.
Then there are other goals like hunger (SDG Goal #2) and gender (SDG Goal #5), i.e., preferencing for women, but not if you are doing it on blockchain, SMART cities, SMART justice, peace, all of these are related to Goal #11. It’s all essentially a game.
Arizona State University is central to all of this. Michael Crow is the President of ASU. They are remaking the world with an augmented layer of information. What they are not telling people is that this is all coming out of NIANTIC and that’s pretty much the CIA. Michael Crow was the founding board member of INQTEL, the CIA’s venture capital firm. He’s been in on it since the beginning. They are remaking the world with an augmented layer of information. Niantic, Inc., the inventor of Pokemon Go, is pretty much the CIA. If you can live in a video game, that’s pretty much the CIA.
Arizona State University (ASU) partners with GSV Ventures and they have an annual conference, often in San Diego, a hotbed of nano-technology. Michael Crow says that all the incoming students at ASU are now cyborgs. They are human plus (human+). They aren’t humans any more. They are something else.
ASU partners with Silicon Valley. It’s all about educational technology. It’s about predictive profiling for investment in human capital markets. The second thing is to collect the data sets for the AI training.
In 2018, ASU and Global Silicon Valley had a session about income-sharing agreements. That will be their answer to student loan debt. You’ll have an investor in your training. They’ll only invest in you if you agree to help them build the metaverse. You’ll always be learning because you’ll never be able to keep up with the AI. Once they invest in you, they can garnish your wages when you find work according to a contract for a certain amount of time. That’s supposed to be attractive to people who can’t otherwise afford the training. So once they invest in you, they lock everyone in with the Welfare to Work program, which will push people into these agreements. And then they are going to securitize that debt to make it tradable on global markets just like the mortgages were in 2007/08. And the guy who’s setting that up through the platform called Edly, Christopher McCarty, is the same guy that created collateralized obligations that crashed the global economy with the mortgage market crash in 2007. So the same guy who did the toxic mortgages is now going to bundle your income-sharing agreement debt. And all of this is in the Wall Street Journal. And no one really talks about it. He will do for student loan debt what he did for housing.
We are now going to the nano level. We will do everything with devices. The robots and drones will give precision infusions into the soil- and you just sit at the computer and program it all. The next thing is bio-reactors and foundries where they program living organisms like machines. They are starting with yeast and smaller things. Coding them on the computer and then growing synthetic organisms on demand based on a computer program. MIT has a thing called cyborg botany, where they fill these things with bio-sensors and nano-wires. By filling plants with nano-wires and nano-sensors. So you’ll be spied on by the shrubbery.
Interviewer: What about the digital IDs and biometrics.
Alison: A lot of the blockchain identity technologies were first tested out on refugee populations in 2016 and 2017, like the Syrian refugees and in certain places in India. There, they related biometrics to digital identity systems. The idea was that the cashless economy would go into blockchain identities. There were lots of different pilot programs going on with blockchain experiments, such as putting food stamps on blockchain, looking at people’s straw man concept, etc. Your digital identity becomes the same as your digital twin (Avatar). A lot of this is tied to workforce development and badges. They would be using transcripts from junior colleges to get people who are getting an Associates degree on blockchain. I didn’t think about pandemics and the bio-security state at that time. In Philadelphia, our city job program is tied to IBMand the MacCarthur Foundation.
I did realize there was a company called where they called Idemnia that was rolling out digital driver’s licenses. There were many pilot projects around blockchain education, blockchain around electronic government. The state of Illinois had done a working group around blockchain. They had a thought experiment about putting food stamps on block chain, putting birth certificates on blockchain, your straw-man (digital identity/digital twin) becomes the blockchain equivalent in terms of your human capital value. That was all out there before the worldwide web consortium had been credentialing identities. A lot of this is tied to workforce badges. This was tied to IBM, Smart Cities, and the MacCarthur Foundation. These are the actors that will roll out these work-force badge-based credentials. I realized that someday the day will come when they will ask us to put kids on blockchain.
Now I’ve realized it’s not workforce development badges, it’s health compliance badges that are coming. Our city government is involved in impact investing, behavioral nudging, SMART city surveillance, and partnerships. I wrote a blogpost saying I think the biometric identity passes are coming. In Texas or Florida (and other states, including Colorado), they already get you with their digital drivers license- which put you on blockchain.
They even have robots now, like Sophia the robot has a side-kick, Grace, the robot nurse.
The goal now is to develop tele-health and to invest in AI data sets. The first blockchain was in Tanzania. That was Johnson & Johnson and Mastercard. Tokenized points to comply with healthcare requirements. They want a biosensor on every part of your operating body, because that’s the level of data they require. If they can create a shock moment in the health care industry, resulting in mass lay-offs, now more people are now forced to choose between their careers and their lives.
They will have a new set of medical workers based on tele-health. They have sets of doctors on a stick, a rolling around iPad. They will frame that as more hygienic. It’s all about the data. It’s an anti-life program. It takes away all the essence of what it’s like to be a living being on the earth… humans as well as nonhumans.
How quickly will this all happen? Hard to say. They talk a good game. They have these big plans. But they have many failures. And it is trial and error largely. A lot of cities have been introducing SMART street lights. There are ways in LED lighting, photons that actually activate different particles and create the cellular processes they want to have happen. The SMART street lights are framed as energy efficient. The SMART city infrastructure is rolling in in many ways. Public transportation apps as a way to track bus routes. With The Edge computing system, police would have additional surveillance apparatus. But they always promote the nice part and back-peddle the surveillance part. We are seeing more holograms on buildings being framed as art work. The QR codes have rolled in in the last year and a half very rapidly. This stuff is everywhere- and when I go to talk in different places, I try to identify specific things that are happening there in terms of nanotech, lighting systems, etc. Upstate New York is very deeply embedded with a lot of the early cybernetics with IBM, GM as well.
Interviewer: What about graphene and early carbon tubes and all that?
Alison: … This idea of working and creating at a nano-scale… In the 1960s, a physicist named Richard Feynman was saying we need to get down to working at the bottom and creating at the nano-scale level because at that scale all the material world as we know it falls apart and crazy new rules of physics apply and magic is possible. So he said: “let’s get down there and start working and building stuff.” An MIT professor has been working on carbon nano-technology since the early 1960s. So the story about graphene manifesting for the first time in 2004 is really a story. They’ve been working on this for at least 40 years in advance of it going public.
Their goal is to program matter at the molecular level. To create a computer-assisted design interface. To construct things on a molecule-by-molecule basis. But they couldn’t find a machine to do it at that sub-microscopic scale. They called it the “fat fingers problem.” Then they started using sound and light frequencies to get nano-sized particles to self-assemble. To get individual pieces to turn into these machines inside the bodies that would carry out certain functions. At MIT, they claimed they could insert memories in peoples’ minds by getting materials to cross the blood-brain barrier.
Graphene is central to this, as a 2-dimensional material. It’s sort of like this universal putty, this universal material that is harder than diamonds. This is the new plastic. It can be layered with other things. It can be twisted. It’s strong as diamonds. And James Tour at Rice University. The trick with graphene is to be able to fabricate it the way they want… James Tour at Rice University in Texas is actually using lasers to turn anything that’s carbon into graphene. This graphene is very electronically conductive. So you can laser carbon into graphene and then graphene is so amazingly valuable by the ton that you could use a laser to turn dog poop into graphene and that would be incredibly valuable. It’s almost like printing money.
La Quinta Columna documented the presence of graphene in the various Covid “vaccine” injections. It’s also used in many immunological products, in tennis rackets, in feminine products, everything. They really want to graphenate the whole world. They are using the membranes of the 2-dimensional graphene in water treatment to program water, to create water structures, to influence and/or create life processes… Programming water that is incorporated into living tissue.
Because graphene does cause cell death at certain levels, AI systems are tracking various adverse outcomes relating to dosing (of graphene). Perhaps they are trying to track what the dosing is for various types of human demographics.
Their goal is get past the blood-brain barrier. A lot of what we are seeing now in terms of recreating the world as a machine system dates back to cybernetics and the Macy Conferences in the immediate post-World War II era… The idea being that we could model animal and human life as machines and develop these robotic systems. They’ve had 60+ years to figure this out. A lot of this is modeled on artificial brains and neural nets to try to figure out how the mind and consciousness work and then to reverse engineer it.
(Webmaster: I believe “targeted individuals” have been the guinea pigs for these studies as well as other secret black projects.)

Alison: I would say this goes back to what we were talking about at the beginning… this economic shift (aka “Great Reset”). An essential piece of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is synthetic biology. You have thousands of bio-tech companies that have come online in the last 5 to 7 years. The only way these companies will be profitable is if you have an always-increasing number of chronically sick people who will use these products or if you can create markets to compel healthy people to bio-hack themselves with these synthetic biology systems.
There are no protections from these people. The (governmental regulatory) agencies have all been captured. This is the economy we have chosen to build. Is this actually in the interests of natural life on this planet and of people and children? This will change the nature of human beings. Very few people are having this ethical conversation right now.
Interviewer: Do you have any ideas about how we can take back nature?
Alison: . It’s challenging and there is not a good handbook for this. We can look at the history of slavery on our continent and elsewhere- because that is what is coming- and enslavement not only of the body, but also the mind and spirit. We can take a look at what happened to the native people of the Caribbean, the South, Turtle Island itself. Many were killed and lost, but they weren’t entirely disappeared.
It’s very hard to have a conversation around the (Covid) pandemic. People are really committed to whatever position they have taken. But can we agree that there is an imperative to maintain natural life on this planet as opposed to all of us being pulled into a planetary computer run by Microsoft and state intelligence agencies? This thing that is coming under this faux progressive concept of sustainability is not what we are being told.
Once you frame it like that, most people would agree with you. Let’s step into these other conversations. It’s sacred work, a spiritual calling. There are no easy answers. How do we live with integrity and support one another as we go forward? We have to respect where everybody is in the system. This is not something we can outrun. We can come from a place of peaceful resistance. This goes back to systems of domination that are very old.
Interviewer: What is this thing you are doing with the dandelions?
I work at a garden near my Philadelphia home. Lately, I’ve used dandelions as a great symbol for resistance…. They’re deep rooted and nutritional. I picture the impact investing on Wall Street as the Minotaur. ARPA.net. Dandelions are on all six continents and so they represent everyone. People have been sending me lots of boxes of dandelions. We are not militant. We are trying to heal this wound now manifesting as a public health thing. There will be a conference on blockchain in Austin, TX this October. So we will show up and do teach-ins and put out a frequency of love and music. Austin has been putting homeless people on blockchain for their medical records since before Covid. Michael Bloomberg SMART city actions in Austin. Our opposition can be based on a frequency of love, and song and music… and symbolized by the dandelion. We need to remind people about nature.
I don’t think they have all this nailed down. There are a lot of moving parts. So we don’t need to quit our efforts.
II. Alison McDowell: Human Capital Markets, Cellular Colonization, and the Virtualization of Reality (Utopia is a Scam podcast, 2021)

Interviewer: Welcome to the “Utopia is a Scam” podcast. My guest is Alison McDowell, a mother and brilliant researcher.
We are not living in normal times. Wealth and power are being enormously concentrated. Today, society seems to be on the brink of being transformed into something unrecognizable. The powers-that-be speak of the Fourth Industrial Revolution where they expect our bodies and minds to be integrated with an immersive digital reality replete with biometric sensors, blockchain identity, and AI lurking around every corner. The most powerful high tech corporations in the world in cahoots with militarized hedge funds and the like are building this system. Human Capital Finance and Impact Investment pair emerging financial technologies driven by AI and predictive data analytics with the age-old malignant principles behind colonization, eugenics, and exploitative poverty management systems. It is an expansion of many of the atrocities committed throughout history. And we need to understand this perspective if we are to understand what’s going on.
Alison McDowell: That’s well said! This involves turning all elements of life into data and data analytics and concerns every aspect of life…. food, health care, behavioral health and addiction. All elements involving social needs and shelter that are tied in with the state matrix are being privatized. Metrics are used to create markets for software in various institutions, like schools, and children are profiled as data.
A lot of this involves the idea of engineering people and engineering and managing behavior through digital mechanisms as we’ve gotten more and more sophisticated with surveillance. The movie The Big Short tells us what is coming. It shows how very powerful hedge funds consist of legalized gambling and making new instruments to gamble on. These markets are driven by the hedge funds so it is about creating new legalized means of gambling.
They rate the quality of the debt of an item (like a house or bundled mortgage traunches in 2007-08) and then trade it on the global market. The next thing that will be packaged as debt like this will be the ways in which people will be profiled as burdens on society…. They factor in all kinds of data including genomic information. Then they will place bets on you- even in utero- as to how much this person will cost society. And then this will be reframed as debt. (Because the super-rich individuals and corporations like Amazon typically find loopholes so they don’t pay taxes), the government doesn’t have the money to cover the needs of these people, especially those who are going to be replaced by automation and robotics. So they calculate how much each person will cost the government to support and that number will be reframed as debt. Then they will be able to invest in different classes of people as debt products.
So they will use these innovative financial tools, for example, “Pay for Success,” to create investment markets in human capital. Then they invest in people as a debt product and they will be put on a pathway of self-improvement using various social services and they will bet on you. Some will bet you will meet your goals that are laid out for you or not. It’s almost like a game.
This will be a police state, a panopticon, overseen by ubiquitous computing and AI and facial recognition and predictive analytics and drones and police robot dogs. And the hedge funds will be placing their bets. The early phases of this involved Social Impact Finance/Bonds which were brought here from the UK. The next phase will be Pay For Success; basically it’s an outcomes-based government contract tied to data analytics.
Interviewer: There are already food delivery services that have these gamified aspects using apps for your phones…. It’s a side job for most of these bike messengers and it’s fun for them.
Alison: Eventually its food credits. (Laughs).
Interviewer: Yes, an app can be easily applied to a digital identity.
Alison: The idea of augmented reality is another piece of the gaming environment of turning life into a game. The early rollout of this was Pokemon Go, designed by Niantic, a branch of INQTEL- the investment branch of the CIA. So we need to understand that this is augmented reality that comes from within the state surveillance apparatus- this gives a different nature to the game. (And) of capturing things on your phone. This new world that’s coming is layered with a digital overlay of information. If you have the right phone app, or AR (augmented reality) glasses- you can see these other layers of information in these engineered environments.
(Webmaster comment: Targeted individuals (TIs) will certainly relate to this information as this type of system helps explain much of the stalking behavior of our so-called “perpetrators” aka “goons on the ground” and “flying monkeys” and “gangbangers,” many of whom seem to be using a phone app much like Pokemon Go, wherein they get credits or tokens for “capturing”/identifying/photographing TIs “in the wild.”)
So they are seeing the world as a game. QR codes are an element of this, to normalize this behavior of interacting with your environment as mediated by your digital environment.
We are now all disposal. We are all Gaza now in that we are in the way of this mechanized construct that is very brutal.
Kevin Werbach at the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania specializes in blockchain and gaming.
My Dad worked for Proctor and Gamble and they invented the Internet of Things. So we have Internet of Things sensor technologies. We need to understand that Pay for Success financing is based on measurable behavioral change, especially around things like wellness. They will start to engineer individuals in terms of what their food choices, especially if they are on some sort of public assistance that lives in a digital wallet. And that’s what’s coming.
A lot of Werbach’s gaming theory is used in hedge funds investments. Sometimes people don’t even know there is a game in play. He says you want to be the one making the rules. The Wharton people will be the deciders and can make the rules of the game up- that’s the position of power.
(Webmaster comment: This is the very definition of 5th Generation Warfare!)
Once they can force us to have these digital biometric IDs linked to these digital health passports coming with the Commons Project and the Commons Pass, they will have robust data analytics collecting machines (ex. your phone) for interoperable data analytics that they will sell to us as privacy. But for people on public assistance who are being set up as impact commodities, MIT has a software program called ENIGMA, that can do that. The world will be colonized by virtual sensors.
On these impact pathways, changing your behavior has a lot to do with the video game industry. The system may seem like it is falling apart. But it is not falling apart, it has broken through to the next phase: virtualization in the digital space. It will be different kinds of commodities. They need us to live as avatars, digital twins, in this virtual space with things consumed and paid for in digital currencies. It might take a generation to get all this fully coded into place until we are totally virtualized. But the government of Japan’s Agency of Science and Technology has a paper that says that by 2050, we will be removed from having a physical mind and body in time and space.
Soft Bank Vision Fund is directly related to the UN 2030 plan. Soft Bank in Japan is running the Saudi Sovereign Wealth Fund money. This is about conditioning people to live in virtual living spaces that we are in and also engineering people’s bodies through synthetic biology… population level bio-engineering through nano-tech, your food, vaccines, etc. The National Nanotechnology Institute shows nano-tech in everything- including agriculture. At the level of nano-tech, the laws of physics don’t apply. 99.95% of the world doesn’t know what’s coming. And “they” feel like they have the right to do all this. I feel like I’m living in a world run by mad scientists and nobody is holding them accountable.
Interviewer: It almost feels like AI is sentient and is building itself into our realm. (There are) people like Marc Andreeson Horowitz, investing in blockchain (Ripple), in gaming, in military technology, in Road Blocks, an immersive participatory reality game very popular with young kids. There’s an infrastructure here being laid out between all these things.
Alison McDowell: IBM has their 50-year plan. Proctor and Gamble has their 50-year plan. There is a coordination from Davos, the World Economic Forum. A lot of this is coming out of Israel. It has all these biotech startup companies.
Interviewer: It’s like Israel’s Talpiot program, and Unit 8200 (Israel’s NSA), are driving this. They aren’t asking “what about my grandkids?” Andreeson Horowitz, of Andiril, has built this lattice network, an AI infrastructure network, the IoT, sensors, and their number one customer is the US Customs and Border Protection. San Francisco is like ground zero for this technology.
Alison: Most people haven’t conceptualized it like that. We’re building an open air, global digital prison run from space. And it’s a game. It’s a brutal, devious game… It’s global-wide fascism. It’s a transhumanist, deep state, police state military structure. A militarized space and architecture and infrastructure. It’s an imperial project. The US doesn’t have a government anymore. We’re commodities for their consumption, really. Both Democrats and Republicans are behind this. Santa Clara and San Jose, California are like test beds for this.
Goldman Sachs is backing a lot of this. For the past 8 years they have been trying out all these aspects of the program. This is theological techno-fascism…. The Vatican, the Jesuits, Georgetown University, there is a very strong Catholic element. They are heavily involved in doing the social services. There will be faith-based housing communities. I think the goal ultimately is to blockchain religion. This is coming. The third party to check all this and review the contracts according to the data is slated to be Peter Thiel’s Palantir. Palantir of predictive policing and Department of Homeland Security. And Palantir has the data on people who are getting mental health treatment. It’s very unethical.
Both Microsoft and Marc Benioff, CEO of Salesforce, is the founding co-chair of the Center for the Fourth industrial Revolution in San Francisco. Which happens to be located in the Presidio where DARPA developed the internet and Facebook. Salesforce is partnered with the Soft Bank Vision Fund which is directly related to the UN 2030 vision of the WEF.
Alison: … This 4th Industrial Revolution is a virtualization, and the nature of value and labor is changing in a virtualized world. Scientism, statism, enlightened managerial control and surveillance. This level of hyper control and surveillance stems from the European, Marxist mindset, a ”people-above-nature” worldview. I think the answer does not come out of that. Our split is between natural beings- children of the earth, beings of an electrical bag of water and chemicals. The other way of being in the world is that of man-above-nature, man dominating nature, and playing God. I feel like we need to learn from the indigenous people of the world, from indigenous knowledges of the world, which is against a bio-engineered, techno-fascist world takeover.
Interviewer: Why are we building this artificial program when we have each other and the earth? You’ve said this is the profane against the sacred.
Alison: … Yes. They want the children. They want to break the family. They want the nanny state. Google and Goldman Sachs are your government now. They want to bring up the next generation so they fit in a Google box. Here are your binary choices. This or that. They’ll use this Pay for Success architecture to guarantee compliance just like rats in a maze. This is coming fast. It shocks me how everyone seems willing to go along.
There’s a program with Carnegie Melon, a digital vaccine, a gamified vaccine around behavioral loops. There’s the IDF’s (Israeli Defense Forces) Unit 8200 that does visual analytics with satellites. They could use autistic kids to do the work because they are very focused. To what extent are vaccine injuries being programmed into the population to help a digital prison world?
The whole nature of war is changing. What is war if your cells are now programmable machines with nano-robotics? The idea of hacking the internet when it’s actually in your body… Who do you belong to? Are you injected by your portfolio investor? We don’t know how this will play out. The idea of SMART Cities and Internet of Things (IoT), and this SMART world down to our cells, we’ll all have to live this cyber-military life.
Interviewer: The cellular colonization aspect of this is extremely important to understand.
McDowell: It’s humans vs. Artificial Intelligence. It feels like AI is waging war on natural humans using bio-informatics. There’s a very strong inclination for people not to know all this.
III. Tikkun Olam: Social Finance in Israel with Alison McDowel Part 2 (3:57) (www.ahava528.com)

Israeli Interviewer (www.ahava528.com): Our guest, Alison McDowell, shares precious information that is really, really important for people to understand. This will be extraordinary, really special information. The presentation is called “Tikkun Olam: Social Finance in Israel.” Alison will show us a world we are not aware of. Even those who are deeply aware of what is going on with conspiracies and so on will be surprised with the information that Alison will share with us.
Alison: I’m a Mom and an independent researcher based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I started out as an education activist. My academic background is in Art History, Historic Preservation, and Cultural Landscapes. I make these maps that show relationships. My website is wrenchinthegears.com and I also have a Youtube channel.
Philadelphia is a poor, black city and we are home to the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton Business School(Webmaster: both are Tavistock Institute-related institutions). Wharton School of Economics has developed innovative financial products and we (the city) are a sort of a target because we are a poor city that’s surrounded by very affluent communities that have ties to these venture capital firms and biotech firms and other corporate entities for which our schools and health systems are resources in this new bio-capitalist program I’m going to talk about. Stake-holder capitalism was developed here. These programs have global implications. Right now we are clearly in a world that runs on the Cloud. Israel is the start-up nation. Like Israel, Philadelphia is very much like that- it is a small region but has global influence.
From my research on education programs here, I realized that it’s really about data mining children for profit to use predictive analytics in ways to form dynamic financial debt products and hedge funds. It’s framed in very progressive language, like stake-holder capitalism, social impact investing, and social entrepreneurship. These programs are actually creating global markets in managed poverty and state-surveillance.
People don’t understand the bigger picture. So we don’t have informed consent. If they understood, they would resist this.
Interviewer: They are changing the economic model even while most people are being side-tracked with other issues. They are going to change our lives, and we don’t know what’s coming.
If we look at Israel’s Unit 8200’s (Israel’s NSA) Impact website (8200 Impact), wow!, we see they are using all the features, weapons, and softwares developed in the Army that are supposed to be used against terrorists and these things are now going to be used against us, the people. This Unit 8200 website is an entrepreneurs website, not an Army website, this is a website to connect to donors and partners. It’s mind blowing. People now serving in Unit 8200 might not even know this.
Alison: I come from a historical perspective because understanding the historical patterns allows us to understand what is happening now. If we trace this back, much of the wealth and power of the US is related to finance related to enslaved people and on broken treaties related to agreements around land. So our nation attained its wealth and power based on finance around enslaved people…and taking their land. So… land and bodies. And a lot of this was done under the umbrella of a papal bull called “The Doctrine of Discovery” that goes back 400 years. So that papal bull was related to the era of maritime trading and (the philosophy was) if you find some group that is not Christian, you can regard them as assets, or resources, and just take them and their property on behalf of God. And that coincided with the rise of double-entry book keeping at least in Europe. So this maritime trade included the trade of human bodies.
So the accounting system has always been associated with finance. Now what’s coming with the transformation involving the internet, we now have the Internet of Things, the Internet of Bodies, the internet of agreements, essentially coding the world in sensor networks. And what you were saying about Unit 8200, their specialty is Signals Intelligence (SIGINT); It’s about electrical engineering and electrical signals, and making sense of them and making predictions about them. And blockchain, which is a decentralized, cryptographic accounting ledger, not just of currency but of any item that can be represented as a digital asset on these ledgers, that’s what’s coming next. My lens (opinion) is that all this is about profiting off of the life force of others and the way we create new tools to enable that. It’s important to understand that it is going to be these digital identity systems that are attached to blockchain. It’s much more complex than BitCoin or crytocurrency.
I want to start this with the concept of Tikkun Olam, the Jewish word/concept of “repairing/fixing/reinventing the world”. The framing of this is doing work in service to others. This concept has been used by these social impact investors to use this branding to bring in this larger system of technological management of society. For the past several decades, Israel has had great success with start-ups. With mandatory military service in Israel, people, the best and brightest, can be screened to be trained by the government based on their abilities, and these people are then sent out into the world to create new corporations that benefit themselves and the state of Israel. So that’s why Israel is such a powerhouse. Israel has many connections to many other countries, so these start-ups are all over the world. Like in many states in the US, for example, there are many of these connections. It’s very networked globally. Now the Start-Up Nation of Israel has all these networked companies that are transitioning to the Impact National Social Finance Israel:
This concept of “repairing the world” or “reinventing/fixing the world” (Hebrew: Tikkun Olam) has been picked up by these social impact financiers. It’s based on the idea that for the past several decades, Israel has had a lot of successful start-ups and that Israeli young people can be screened to be trained by the government and then supported by the government to make new corporations that benefit themselves and the state of Israel. Now these markets all over the world are very networked. So now you have all this tech, but you need new markets to develop to use it.
Interviewer: I’d like to differentiate Jewish forces from Zionist forces. These are not Jewish forces, they are Zionist forces. They are using the Jewish disguise and hiding behind it. They are using the Jewish term Tikkun Olam, as I understand it, to serve evil; how to enslave people, not how to free people. We are talking about big Zionist financial forces, not the Jewish people. The majority of the Jewish people don’t have a clue about this. The Erev Rav, which I’d say is the Trojan Horse inside of Israel, is the big money Zionist forces behind this. Now this is definitely on the stage.
(Webmaster comment: I have never heard of Erev Rav, but this is a very predictable argument/prevarication from a Jew. The interviewer is highly competent and intelligent but I don’t believe him on this point, which he re-states several times later in the interview. As British author and journalist, Douglas Reed, points out in “The Controversy of Zion,” “Judaism is a political program disguised as religion,” and “Judaism is the worship of Moloch.” In fact, as Reed points out, from a historical perspective, communism and Zionism are both aspects of Judaism, like two sides of the same coin. Alison’s extremely detailed diagrams or maps tend to prove my point and disprove this man’s predictable protestations.
As for Alison, she is brilliant but is not yet “Jew-wise.” In John 8:44; Matthew 23:33, and Revelation 2:9 and 3:9, Jesus Christ states the reality then and now quite succinctly.. these are Satan’s kids, a distinct generation (race) of serpents. In fact, Alison’s presentations tend to prove these realities in many profound ways… Indeed, this presentation in particular provides some of the best evidence I’ve seen to date that documents that “Jews are behind the whole thing,” as one (Jewish) TI confided to me regarding the Targeted Individual Program in 2015.)
Alison: I’ve come to learn by mapping all these relationships, that ultimately as we move toward a world managed by AI, a world based on great inequality, based on finance and debt management, based on military domination across many countries, it is a global network of power and wealth. That wealth is a global network seated in China, in New York City and Boston, in Tel Aviv, London, the Vatican, the UN, it’s running through the Swiss banking system, and centers of power all over the world. People don’t understand the larger framing. I think that if people understand this, they will rise up against this forced, coerced, technological colonization.
Today, I’m talking about how a lot of this is coming from elite universities all over the world. In 2003, the Harvard Business Review said that social impact investing, a new form of investing that focuses on managing people as a commodity, will be the new venture capital.
(Webmaster comment: Is the targeted individual program somehow related to social impact investing? Are TIs being invested in and bet on as commodities by some of these new hedge fund managers? Is this new form of impact investing being covertly coupled with the so-called “War on Terror,” government, and private military and intelligence agencies comprising the National Security Racketeering Network as a for-profit venture? This seems very likely. Finally, are the 4th Industrial Revolution, 4th, 5th, and 5th Generation Warfare, and 5G and 6G telecommunications basically synonymous in that they involve the same technologies and social structures?)
What is being rolled out from the World Economic Forum’s Fourth Industrial Revolution is coming in tandem with the United Nations’ 17 Green Development and Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) which is really about channeling global capital and wealth and power. So they need a new model. The billionaires behind this would rather not share this new world system with lots of people, preferring to share it with robots and some functionaries and people to feed their data systems. Once our work starts to be handed over to algorithms and robots, even service and knowledge work, and the ones that are left are going to get paid “race to the bottom” wages with no security, all of humanity will suffer. So the billionaires need to figure out how to make as much money as possible and how to maintain their control.
So, in connection to educational technologies, I have been researching this idea of digital government and e-government. Since the advent of Cloud-based computing, it’s growing. Now as the World Wide Web Consortium has developed these decentralized identities, they can use your relationship to your government- any government. There are 10 leading digital nations that are moving toward so-called transparent and accountable digital government. Once they can tie you into the government as a digital entity, as a digital twin, the goal is that they will outsource the social services that they would provide you as a citizen as investment opportunities for these global financial interests.And these corporations could be from anywhere.
We have a pilot program in Connecticut that was providing social welfare services to women who had a substance use problem and were flagged for child neglect. So they created an investment deal where entities could invest in a solution for these women who met these criteria for services. The women were put under surveillance and were asked to pee in a cup several times a week and they were consulted on. But the fundamental problem for these women was they were mostly single parents who were making less than $10,000/year in Connecticut. Which is not sustainable. It is impossible to live on these wages. And the solutions were never going to actually fix their material problems, to improve their physical situation. But if the metrics of their performance of peeing in a cup or doing the program improved as data on a dash board, these investors got paid. So it turns out that among the investors were BMP Paribas Bank, a French bank, and QBE Insurance, an Australian insurance company.
So essentially, in this case, these women’s misery was becoming an investment program for global capital. And that is already happening. So when we are talking about creating these securitized markets in privatized welfare, and I’m sad to say this, but the state is in a position, especially with the economic devastation that is happening, of pushing people into reliance on the state as dependencies on the state, then they will use the logic of this sick system and they will use these circumstances to recast you as a debt product, as investment opportunities for global investors and hedge funds. Your government and the services you are entitled to, will become an investment market, and they will be tracking your behavior in SMART environments and that will influence the market operations.
There are these webs of relationships. There are many connections between the University of Pennsylvania and Israel. Penn is always sending people over to Israel to learn how to be next tech start-up. The Democratic governor of Rhode Island, Gina Raimondo, has been courting Israel tech companies to cultivate business so they will invest in Rhode Island, saying we have biotech and we have an innovation hub. After Covid, Israel’s Ministry of Health is working with companies like Diagnostic Robotics. So Israeli agencies are advising Rhode Island on their Re-open program and their e-government programs.
The model for these e-governments is Estonia. Estonia is the model blockchain ledger-based government that these e-governments are modeling after. Israel is advising on this, because Israel is one of the 10 digital governments(including Estonia, Israel, New Zealand, Republic of Korea, United Kingdom, Canada, Uruguay, Mexico, Portugal and Denmark). It is a role model. A lot of this is coming out of Stern Business School’s Government Innovation Laband a project called Research Network On Opening Government of New York University. They claim to be using open data and that that’s good for normal people… But realistically, everyday people can’t really benefit from open data. It is the corporations that profit from the data sets so they can use the data to build their apps to create platforms that they can sell and make money for themselves.
Another example, in Philadelphia, our open data government legislation was advanced by a police department man, who was an expert in GIS (Geographic Information Systems) mapping software. While he was working for the police department, he got the city (Philadelphia) to adopt this open government data platform. Then he spun off his own company, ACTIVEA, and used that data to use AI predictive policing analytics software in a program called Hunch Lab, that he then sold back to the city and other cities who were targeting black citizens for policing. You need to understand that government data is a valuable resource, especially when it becomes available to private interests.
(Webmaster comment: On a much larger scale, during the early months of President Trump’s (47) second presidency,Elon Musk has been given access to an enormous amount, indeed, trillions of dollars worth of government data on the American public that he will no doubt leverage into profit taking for his many companies. I.e., DOGE was apparently rip-off and scam by Musk against the people of America.)

Pandemic Webinar, Rhode Island-Israel E-Government (Big Data E Government-Israel + RI Welfare Impact Pilots w/ Harvard Tech Support
This map shows the relationships around the pandemic webinar. This map shows the state of Rhode Island and its governor, Gina Raimondo, a Harvard graduate with background in Oxford and Yale, whose background is in venture capital and impact investing and pension funds. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and an Aspen Institute Rodel Fellow. So she is part of the global capitalist class. As Dept. of Treasury secretary of the US, she has been managing pension funds. She is working with Harvard’s Kennedy Investment Center around Pay For Performance/Pay for Success education social impact programs that surrounds data analytics to justify the returns on investment. So the kids have to be on computer screens or doing online platforms to capture the data. This is connected to many US government agencies.
These folks that are running on impact investors, these markets are running on poverty and misery. They don’t have any incentive to get rid of poverty. So it’s like what the US did to the indigenous people. If we become dependents on the state, they can use our economic dependence to control our education, health choices, etc. It’s about managing people within the control system. It’s very much like what happened to the indigenous people of this continent. They can control us if we are deemed dependent on the state. All these markets are subject to technological control systems.

There’s money to be made in managing people in crisis. People who are food insecure, housing insecure, all have digital devices, cell phones, which are essentially surveillance devices. There is an incentive for them to flag you, to put you into a stream managed by and for very rich people, in these data markets. This is a machine that is reaching out to embrace every aspect of our lives. And that is how the markets are going to go.

We need to know that Gina Raimondo, who was managing the US Treasury funds before becoming governor of Rhode Island, is connected with Mark Zuckerberg, who is looking to remake the schools, in educational data mining and all these other systems to make e-government. The other piece is about “re-skilling” people. The 4th Industrial Revolution is set to run on AI, automation, robotics, synthetic biology, quantum computing, Internet of Things… and it’s remaking the world, moving it from carbon-based to silicon-based. Making everything into a digital version of itself. And this all has to be created, i.e., computer coded.

The education sector of society has always been used to train kids to do the work needed for the industrial sector of society. The next phase of capitalism is the building of this “global digital prison”- this is a fundamentally military enterprise. Cyber-security, rocketry, computing. Kids will be trained so they can be outsourced to do the work of this system and put all the records on blockchain. They have structured this so they will make money on training the kids to do this work… not so the kids will have a good productive life, but to globally outsource this work so they can compete in doing the coding to bring in this new system… they will make money on the new system and on the process of getting there. There will preserve life-long learning records on blockchain. Kids are being trained to do the computer coding for this system. It’s like a race to the bottom in wages.

What’s coming is this idea that you will never stop “learning,” because you always have to be learning a new skill or a new badge to try to get the next job, because they will always be moving the bar. You will sign a contract for an income sharing agreement and agree to a future taking out of your wages if you meet the terms of the contract. This money goes to the corporations that forced you to be trained/retrained. This idea was coming out of Purdue University. To securitize this educational debt, they create giant new equity markets for the hedge funds. They will garnish your wages in perpetuity to repay for your training.
The man who created the EDLY software platform, Christopher McCarty, to securitize the debt for financial markets, was actually the grandfather of CDOs, Collatoralized Debt Obligations. It was CDOs that crashed the housing market in 2007/08. So we will now be managed like digital livestock both from our education, training, as well as health standpoints.
Interviewer: How does this fit into the overall plan of the elite to genocide most of humanity?
Alison: The way I understand it, there are three main sources of data collection to run these markets. 1) education and training, 2) supportive housing and food access, adding sensors to all of that to track your behavior, and 3) health care.
(Webmaster comment: I believe a major additional sector would be “national security”/“war on terrorism,” which would deploy the same systems against so-called “terrorists,” i.e., “targeted individuals. There are many names for this program, including “Cognitive Warfare” which comprises a 6th warfare domain that includes the other 5 domains of land, sea, air, space and cyberspace.)
But this whole program is based in eugenics. The plan of the 4th Industrial Revolution is that we will no longer be natural human beings. We will be dependent on technological upgrades like the Moderna shot- their MRNA platform they call the “software of life.” The Moderna website stated that this is an operating system. This world they are building full of nano-tech requires that, but they haven’t told us that. So there is this cyborg element. They believe that control over reproduction and control over the family are essential elements of this. They want to build a digitally-simulated planet. And they need people to code that. They want to make money making people do that work.
These impact markets, one of the big cost offsets for that, is chronic illness. The pharmaceutical companies and environmental pollution make chronic illness. And/or people’s economic circumstances do this as well.
Population health and social determinants of health are woven into the impact markets. That is a central feature. We don’t really have a state health care system in the US. I’m guessing that once we get it, it will be tied in with what’s called value-based payment and wearable technologies so we will be paying off our health outcome by performing good health behaviors for the impact market and this is linked to the electronic health records.
Their goal is to digitally control as much of the world as possible. This isn’t new. The history of technocracy or industrialization of society goes back to the late 19th or early 20th century with social engineering. Industrially engineering society. Now the financial markets are creating profit centers of this engineering system. The impact element of this is that all of this is coming from SIGNALS intelligence and predictive data analytics. For the profit centers to take their profit, they need to turn you into data, then they need to make a prediction about how you will behave in a labor market context, a healthcare context, or a nutrition context. Then they will try to nudge your behavior and make you fulfill what they think you should do. And that is the impact. They measure before and after.
What this is really about is reducing a rich mental, physical and spiritual life into something that can be put on a data dashboard. And that is for the dual purpose of: 1) controlling society for this new program of envisioning the world as a giant militaristic video game and where people are made redundant by robots and people are dying and these things are happening to keep people busy so they can’t actually get together and fight back, and 2) to make money while they are doing it.
Interviewer: Would it be right to say that they kind of ran out of ways to make money so they are creating a new market and form of digital enslavement to suck the life force and profit out of the system?
Alison: Yes, that’s exactly it. And I recommend everyone watch the movie, The Big Short, made about the housing market crash of 2007-08. It’s very educational about how these hedge fund markets work. Because we have created a world that runs on debt and gambling. This is all essentially legalized gambling. And there’s so much debt, it’s like a giant ponzi scheme. Actually, the last global crash acted to destabilize people and kind of que up these poverty markets. It really exacerbated the wealth disparities between the super rich and everyone else. And guess what? Bingo. Now we have a new global market game to make money off of poverty.
The movie, The Big Short, helps us understand that in order to gamble, you need to have securitized debt. And the real profit is not in the deals themselves, it’s in what the hedge funds will do. If they don’t have a deal, they don’t have a game. And they need this game. So even if the deals don’t make any sense, they need them to function. So the big money is on the securitization of the debt and what the hedge funds will do. The hedge funds provide the structure of the game. If the game doesn’t exist, they don’t have anywhere to put their wealth.

Since the last crash, wealth has become more and more concentrated and they have to keep their capital flowing. And the only construct of debt that is bigger than the housing market is people.
If you imagine how the toxic bundled mortgages were traded prior to the 2007-08 market crash (as shown in The Big Short), the next iteration is bundled portfolios of human futures.
Hedge funds run on constant movements because you are always placing bets. So if the system stops you can’t keep placing the bets. So you need dynamic flows of information. Most of these hedge funds run on AI and gamification and making these predictions. So they need a constant flow of data. They don’t want people in their portfolios that are so broken they can’t be fixed. I need to prove that I impacted you. They are looking for people with significant problems that they predict will respond well to some sort of cheap solution, at least as data. They want to tune you up and make it look like you are improved based on a dash board. And none of this real. The hedge funds are operating on a different layer of reality. It’s just these games and rules that they are playing. And they are making it up as they go along.
This is global.. They are all looking at Estonia (“the digital Republic”) and blockchain is an essential piece of that. (You can be an e-resident of Estonia even if you don’t physically reside there.). This slide shows the 10 digital nations:
Everyone is now an investable commodities, and the people investing in you may be SoftBank out of Japan or Alibabaout of China. Anyone can invest in you. And they can sell you off to other companies. Now imagine that with children, the elderly, refugees, prisoners. They will all be mined for profit.

Once you understand geofencing, they can use satellite systems to create real time borders wherever they want. If you have your digital device, they may say if you go past 5 miles from your home, we wipe all the information from your phone.
Obviously, we depend on our devices. The devices we use (computers, cell phones, etc.) are watching and learning us with machine vision, behavioral analytics, Affectiva/emotion-sensing software, key-stroke software, they can make predictions, and this can translate into our physical environment.
Hewlett Packard has been central to remaking the non-profit sector to be data driven, so to serve this program that is rolling out. They are involved data analytics around human resources, they would have equations that would calculate your flight risk, etc. They profile their own employees. They work with Yet Analytics, a spinoff from Johns Hopkins alumni, these AI brains predicting…. Hewlett Packard also manages borders in Israel. Having Hewlett Packard devices in the homes of poor families is probably not a good idea. This is a very dangerous road we are going down. These transnational companies have no allegiance to their people. Like IBM is not going to look after your well being.
This proves to me that we need to have global solidarity to fight globalism. There are no borders for capital, just for people. The new borders are run from space. The founding head of NASA, Verner Von Braun, Operation Paperclip, so if the global digital jail is going to be run by the Nazis, we have to reckon with that. There’s a history with profound consequences and we need to know that.
Interviewer: Qualcomm works with HP and Qualcom is an Israeli company. It manufactures 5G chips.
Alison: I didn’t know that. This is Cornell Technion (photo below) on Roosevelt Island on the East River in New York. They created a campus for innovative data development. This initiative was spear-headed by Michael Bloomberg when he was Mayor of New York City. His hands are in all of this in Bloomberg Philanthropies and What Works Government. Qualcom is one of the main funders of this campus. And Google provided technical assistance. Cornell Tech won a competition. Part of this is something called the Small Data Lab. They were looking at the idea of using data dust to make predictions and shape behaviors with digital nudges.

Pierre Olmidyar from Ebay is another big player in this, as well as Bill Gates, David Seagel and the Seagel Family Endowment (all of this is hedge funds). JP Pollack is one of the architects of the Common Path, he’s based out of Cornell Tech, and he has developed Wellcoin, the world’s first health currency.
We will have to earn our access to live, not in a normal fiat currency, but in tokens on blockchain that would unlock, like a vending machine. All of this is like putting us in a behaviorist Skinner Box and then making us conform… Many of these things may be lovely, but this is a very coercive and treacherous program.
This (below) is Deborah Estrin who runs the small data lab on the Cornell Tech island.
This is about creating value from the data dust that you generate and creating digital nudges. She was formerly at UCLA and she was the chair of the DARPA-funded committee effort that came out of the National Research Council. These think tanks get together and do these white papers. In 2001, she wrote an article- “Embedded Everywhere- an Agenda For Networks of Embedded Computers.” So this was the early stages of theInternet of Things coming online. This was funded by DARPA, the mad scientists of the US military. And this goes way back to 2001 and before

So, in 2001, they (DARPA and NRC scientists, administrators, and operatives) were already imagining a world where sensors are embedded in our environment and that our activities will be recorded and affected by the computing system in all spheres of life. And that we will have smart dust and swallowable health monitors and automated buildings. Nobody bothered to ask people if they wanted to live in a world that is run on SMART dust by the military?
This is sold to us as fun and convenient. This is not sold to us as military surveillance. We aren’t told that in 10 years this will be your jail and from now on we will own you through this. And that we’ve made a global economy where many of our kids work in this. But these people aren’t given the full picture. These are not bad people. People are just given jobs to do and apps to create. They don’t understand how this piece fits into a larger puzzle.
Tulsa, Oklahoma is a test bed for a lot of this. Tulsa is essentially run by George Kaiser and the Schustermans, both of whom have very strong Zionist ties. And Tulsa is being remade over as a cyber warfare security program. They are using the black community to test these things. It’s a test bed for all of this. How do we dial this back when so many people’s livelihoods are embedded in these sensor-based projects?
This is the Commons Project, that Estrin and Pollack are involved with. They have over 60 board members all over the world.
This program is funded by the Rockefeller Foundation. It is global. We need to understand that Rockefellers have been involved in eugenics programs for a long time under the framework of the common good.
Re: the Covid check, vaccine status on your phone. So this is not just about getting on an airplane, it’s about going to school, going to work, and this health app is about health data analytics in real time. These phones are actually collecting a lot of biometric data on you as we speak. This is what they are up to. There are apps in there that you didn’t ask for and that you can’t take off. All of this needs to be understood in the context of sensor networks of state surveillance. I highly recommend Yasha Levine’s book, “Surveillance Valley: The Secret Military History of The Internet.”
Especially once we talk about Cloud computing. Who runs the Cloud? It’s a limited number of people. It’s not a very diverse group of people. This is a military construct. Michael Bloomberg is central to all of this and he’s doing work in Israel right now with his What Works Government. He teamed with Microsoft early on to create this Domain Awareness System. This is unified camera networks throughout New York do this remote predictive policing. A lot of technologies Microsoft has developed, when you are gaming, you are creating value for their company. They can track how you move in a predictive policing system that is increasingly linked to autonomous drones and robots. It’s motion capture, skeletal capture.
Bloomberg, along with NYU, have this best government program, they are controlling many mayors in the Midwest of the US. It’s being done through the Perez Center for Peace and Innovation.
Interviewer: Perez died a couple years ago… But Shimon Perez, former Prime Minister of Israel, has been involved with this New World Order crap for decades. He’s been close with the Vatican, the Queen, with people in New York. There are many other characters.
Alison: This is based on capitalism expanding. It has to keep growing. We have a world of finite resouces. Capital is moving into the virtual world. Microworld moving into the gaming world, buying LinkedIn. By turning us into digital representations and Avatars and then mining us for data and profit in virtual space. No place is off limits. The people of Israel will be investable commodities and the people investing in you may be SoftBank out of Japan. Anyone can invest in you. People will be mined for profit.
One of the central individuals to this larger program is Sir Ronald Cohen.
Ronald Cohen was born in Egypt, but his family fled in the 1950s, and he grew up in England. He got his MBA at Harvard. He was at Oxford. So he is well connected and part of the elite network. He is known as the father of British venture capital and he was tapped to scale these impact markets. The concept of an outcomes-based government contract goes back at least to the mid 1990s in the US. This team of Stephen Rothschild, former executive at General Mills and Art Rollnick, who was the head economist at the Minneapolis Federal Reserve. They framed out for Minnesota this idea of performance-based contracts. But the technology couldn’t support it. By the early 2000s the Cloud computing was coming up to speed. Cohen was tapped to use big society capital and the lottery fund (these big pools of unclaimed banking account assets) to create pilot programs for social impact bonds. The first impact bond happened in England in Peterborough Prison and the idea there was a cost offset of re-incarceration.
Cohen’s wife is Sharon Harel. Her father was Yosi Harel, the pilot of the Exodus ship. He is highly networked.
Interviewer: The world today is ruled by the Pharoahs from Egypt who are now based in UK and Switzerland. It’s not a coincidence that Cohen was born in Egypt. He was raised up to do this.

Interviewer: Everything is flipped here, backwards. What they are calling Tikkun Olam (fixing the world) is breaking the world down- and trying to get control over all creation. It’s taking over the world. Everything they are saying… it’s exactly the opposite. This is part of their witchcraft, hypnosis. People need to stop believing in these words and these lies.
Alison: Yes, we almost need a glossary. They have a very different meaning in mind for words. Yes, it is almost like casting a spell. These people are very sophisticated. The Center for the Future of War at Arizona State University is funded by Eric Schmidt, Alphabet-Google money. They have four areas including drones, autonomous weapons. One of them is weaponized language. So they know very well how to use language and visuals to advance their interests.
Interviewer: I remember you said in one of your presentation that they make the rules of the game. And they don’t have to make sense. We have a totally different perception of the world. We’ve been tricked, fooled by them.
Unit 8200 personnel (Israel’s NSA) are trained in signals intelligence. This is a very big growth area. The alumni of 8200 created 8200 Impact- an incubator program to use these programs to solve social problems. So signals intelligence and cyber security has been linked with social services… using predictive profiling run through AI systems. These predictions may or may not be accurate. A lot of the training data for these programs is highly racialized.
Cohen had something called APAX Partners… his venture capital firm. This was very much integral for providing financial support for Israel becoming “start-up nation” and then “impact nation.” This provided the seed money for these financial process. Finance is an industrial process. Like engineering a new financial product. You do pilots and you refine them. This is Big Society Capital with seed money from Barkley’s, HSBC, Lloyd’s, Royal Bank of Scotland, and the Big Lottery Fund are all creating these programs. All these impact markets are aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. These are not the green, eco-friendly things people think they are. The goal is to manage the poor, humans and nature via this militarized technological system. They want to put smart dust on everything- to put a sensor on every tree. It’s all beings they want to control! The rules are through the Impact Management Project, including 2000 of the world’s largest asset holders. We are all somewhat implicated. Our pension funds flow their money through these projects. They will tell us they are doing good in the world. Displaced people are test cases for these technologies. It’s being framed as good will. This came under David Cameron, who was creating this government impact lab. he was closely connected with McKinzie. They are actually creating an extraction, a mining program. They are not improving people’s lives. Behavioral economics is a big part of this.
Nick O’Donaho, who was the global head of research for J.P. Morgan Chase and he was the head of Goldman Sachs.
All these big pools of money like the pension funds will run through these programs as ESG investment. They’ll say were are doing well by doing good. We are “repairing the world.”
These folks are connected to this transhumanist program. They want to re-make education for 2035. They have a map to predict how these new markets will work. Their intentions are quite clear: they are remaking human beings to be part of a futures market for pension funds. In addition to the 2008 economic crash creating a lot of poverty and debt, another aspect they need to get this done is governmental austerity. If our governments were functioning properly we would not need public-private-partnerships. But the governments have been gutted. Amazon hasn’t paid taxes in the US for years. Those with the most wealth have found ways not to pay their taxes, and this austerity opens the door to these impact markets and hedge funds markets.
These big corporations have 20-, 30-, 50-year plans and back-up plans. … At this point Google, Goldman Sachs, and JP Morgan Chase are our government. We no longer have control of our government because the policies that that are being woven into our lives through these impact markets are being decided in Davos at the World Economic Forum. Nobody voted in Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, and Klaus Schwab. (Hmmm. All of them are Jews). Nobody voted in WEF. They are beyond electoral politics.
People are asking: What is the New World Order? Is is socialism, fascism, communism? It is a hybrid totalitarian control system. The reality is that it is these international global corporations, most importantly in finance and technology, that have embedded themselves into the government.
Nations with social safety nets are most at risk for being taken over by these impact markets. This is happening in the UK and the nordic countries because they do have a safety net. These policies are very fluid across oceans in the Cloud world. These changes are almost immediate. These programs are not in the interest of any of humanity. The global digital prison is being run by satellites by the Operation Paperclip Nazis and through the telecom entities, and that’s the 5G and 6G networks and nobody wants to think that your jail is being run by your cable company, your internet provider. But that’s the fact.
Digital health, electronic health care records, and using preventative health care to manage us within this biosecurity apparatus has been a long time coming. The Benefit Corporations are central to this. The 4th Sector. The B Labfunded by the Rockefellers.
Governor Newsom in California is one of the most vigilant lock-down advocates. California has always been very embedded both in the tech and social impact systems because they have a very large population to manage. And they also have a very large military, entertainment, and video gaming R&D that happens in California.
The other connection here. There was a Jewish Impact Investing Summit in the US. But it was also very much referencing investments in Israel as well. There’s a lot of fund raising that is cross border between the US and Israel. They were talking about reflecting on the impact investing conference that the Vatican Bank had held with Notre Dame’s Business School. Sir Ronald Cohen was part of that and gave the opening remarks at the summit. It was based out of Fordham University. The president of the Fordham University (a Jesuit University) at the time was actually Jewish. This was an interesting overlap. This brought together the Israeli Tikkun Olam Social Finance aspect with the Vatican Bank. The Pope has just signed on for inclusive capitalism with you know, using AI to solve poverty.
One of the speakers at this summit was Jonathan Greenblatt, the national director of the ADL (Anti-Defamation League). He is a Wharton Business School alum. He helped set up Pay for Success finance under the Obama administration in the Office of Social Innovation and Civic Participation. So there are individuals associated with progressive policy spaces who are setting this up who are very much integral with so-called philanthropy, social care services, and investments in these Jewish social services and the state of Israel. There is a lot of overlap in how those investments are made.
Interviewer: What are the solutions if any exist? It’s not an easy topic because it’s so complicated. Everything is flipped. While the term Tikkun Olam means “fixing the world,” what they are actually doing is breaking it down. Everything they are saying, the meaning is exactly the opposite. This is part of their witchcraft, part of their hypnosis. Everything is backwards. It’s not an easy topic. This is very complicated but maybe the solutions could be very simple.
Alison: This diagram above is from the Kaufman ReadyNation Working Group from 2012, where they are actually talking about using social impact bonds for early childhood (pre-K) and workforce development to be turned into assets that can be bought by investors and traded and turned into these asset-backed securities. So this is the smoking gun. These same people said in 2012 that this was the plan. They gathered again for a summit in New York City in the fall of 2018. ReadyNation hosted this event. They rang the NASDAQ bell and said we are ushering in this age of investing in pre-K toddlers and workforce development and Covid is triggering it.
You can securitize people. This is the Pav Alexa crowd. They are talking about making fortunes that are made up of people and human capital, “saying you can be a “Peopleonaire”. It’s all running through central banking in the US. All of the Federal Reserve branches over the past 10 years have been creating human capital bonds finance around re-skilling people for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. And this entity EDLY, this is what I was talking about relating to securing the debt, the income sharing agreements related to that re-skilling.
How do they justify this crazy game? It’s fiction. We need to understand this may not be really real. But it’s the rules of it. They are saying we have a big social problem; nobody is paying taxes anymore so we (government) don’t have enough money. People are in prison, have mental health problems, need health services, etc. They say this is a very expensive problem. So they say we have a solution that will reduce this big problem. (Actually, this solution is only data on a dash board and it may not really be a solution but it looks good on a dashboard.). How do we make money solving this big problem? This is what they need to make the game start. To make the game happen. They say we have all these chronic social problems. We can help solve it and we just want a little back, just a slice of our investment, of what we saved you. That is what Ronald Cohen is selling the world. These are the social impact bonds currently being set up through Social Finance Israel and that’s Ronald Cohen’s program in Israel.
There is one about diabetes prevention. This is in the context of wearable tech. “Walk for the Dole” programs, or you check in with your QR code at the park to make sure you get your heart rate up. There’s one for elder care and loneliness. They are actually selling services where they are putting Ipads in nursing homes. So people from the Philippines talk to them on their Ipads and surveille them in their homes. That will capture the data for the impact deals.
They want the math minds and coding people. In the US there is a program around college retention, reducing the drop out rate. They target vulnerable communities for this because that’s where they get the impact. The Edmund de Rothschild Program targets the computer science major to make sure they don’t drop out early. They need computer coders.
At Georgia Tech, which has a lot of military contracts, there was a paper on the Internet of BioNanoThings. They want to have this internet of biosensors within us that resonate through 5G and 6G EM radiation. They are saying that it’s too inconvenient to talk into our phone or through Siri, they just want to have nanotech within us that will telepathically activate machines around us. This is happening through a military construct and synthetic biology. The world they are building precludes anyone who doesn’t want to do this from having that choice.
These social impact bonds are based on social contracts. They want outcomes-based metrics. They sign the governments and the investors. It is a public private partnership. It feels like fascism rolled out as hedge funds.
There are three parts, the governments, the non-profits.and the investors. Regarding Tikkun Olam, many faith communities are the ones doing the social services, that includes Catholic Social Services, Lutheran Social Services, the Jewish Faith Social Services community. Most people of true faith would not stand for what is coming.
Interviewer: I think you are familiar with the idea of communitarianism. This was promoted by Amatai Etzioni, another Zionist. He has taken characteristics of the Jewish tradition, like Tikkun Olam, and put them into communitarianism. Again, this is communism run by the hedge funds. It pretends to be so good, that we will fix the world with this new system.
Alison: I think most people want to do right. They are not out to harm others. But they don’t know what the right thing is. Especially under this biosecurity apparatus that is coming. People have been told that to be a good person is go along. And the people who don’t go along are the problem. That’s part of this weaponized narrative. My lens that this is about slavery, it’s based on a long tradition of repression and domination. And our government has never honored its promises to all its people. And now it’s all of us. So we need global solidarity. We need local community and sustainability. So we need to protect the children of the world for now and the future.
This blockchain ledger with Etherium Smart contracts where things are activated in digital with sensor-based technology is to actually to code faith. To code the dictates of different faith practices on blockchain. So if you part of a portfolio of a faith community and are dependent on housing or food, you will be digitally compelled to follow the dictates of that particular faith. So what if you get put in the LDS portfolio and that isn’t your faith? But you’ll have to follow those rules. So I believe this could be theological technological fascism. So I’m trying to get the word out to all people of faith, people who believe in the sacredness of life and the cosmos, to say this is unacceptable.
It’s just turning people into big data for all these contracts. Whether it’s your voting, if you’re in prison, your housing, your employment, your pre-K, your hospital… all these feed these data into these analytic systems. What is coming is coming are biosensors that will resonate with the networked systems. This is coming with the graphene and the nanotech that will be integrated into your biological function. Maybe it starts on your phone and your common pass. The areas are health, so electronic health records are very important. The Affordable Health Care Act of Obama came with electronic health records. They want interoperable data.
The architect of electronic health records and the ACA was Zeke Emmanuel. And his brother Rahm Emmanuel (Jewish former Chief of Staff to President Obama and IDF (Israeli Defense Forces) intelligence officer and dual Israeli/American citizen is in Chicago with commodities futures trading. And their brother is Aryal Emmanuel.
This figure is about food access, but it could be anything. Your choice of health care provider, your choice of housing, etc. The state of Illinois set up a blockchain task force. All this is part of the e-government system I’m talking about. You get a wallet of benefits. Israel has a digital rights engine. Michael Bloomberg (Jewish billionaire) has been all about this for a very long time. He was ambassador to the World Health Organization as well as the climate change (con). And he wants these nudges; for example, you choose apples over hamburger and get a reward.
This is the impact market. And when we talk about impacts, all of this is managed and calculated and factored into these social impact bonds programs. Retinal scans are very big and are being piloted on Syrian refugees. And they are developing nudge bands that will scan your food tied to your DNA. So genomics and bioinformatics are critical. We have to understand that within the early eugenics program that was running through the Fabian Society and through the London School of Economics that is sprouting all this stuff. This was actually developed out of Imperial College in London in the UK. The ones that came up with the terrible early computer projections of Covid deaths that scared everyone and didn’t materialize.
The NHS (National Health Service) in the UK is doing this with DNA nudge bands tied to your food to Covid testing. We know the UK and Israel have their tech hub sharing center in Tel Aviv. Unless we refuse these programs, they will certainly expand.
These social impact bonds in of themselves don’t have a lot of money. Imagine them as like mortgages. But like mortgages, they can be bundled into derivative products and as liquid assets they can then be gambled on by the hedge funds. Within smart environments, this layer of embedded sensor networks, and gamification, can make it easier or harder to accomplish the goals they set for us. These hedge funds as run with AI can potentially rig the game for individuals and/or whole populations.
And these are the people doing it. This is insane. In the US, the equations (algorithms) for these markets were developed in the Harlem Children’s Zone. These programs are colonial and they are incredibly racial. This individual, Paul Tudor Jones, runs one of the largest hedge funds. He got his start in cotton futures trading, commodity futures trading. He funds the Robin Hood Foundation that poured money into Harlem Childrens’ Zone that provided social welfare wrap-around services. That entity was run by Jeffry Canada and Stanley, Druck and Miller. Stanley, Druck and Miller managed one of George Soros’s funds and together they shorted the British pound for over a billion dollars in one day. Here is Jones with Bill Gates. These are the kind of people who are running things.
All the New York hedge funds want to be at Tudor’s Robin Hood Foundation gala. This the go-to event for all New York hedge funds. Because these are the powerful people who are setting the rules of this crazy game. This is David Siegel. The Siegel Family Endowment was one of the founders of Cornell Tech. He runs Two Sigma. He used to work for Paul Tudor Jones’ Tudor Investments. He runs a hedge fund that is data driven, absorbs large amounts of data to predict prices of securities, that’s bonds in people, and it’s run on AI. So game theory and gamification are incredibly important to understand as they interface with hedge funds bets and SMART cities and people.
And Kevin Werbach, professor at Wharton School of Economics, his specialty is gamification and blockchain, because game theory is central to hedge fund functioning. So they want to know who’s good, who’s bad, who’s fixable. What the risks are. They want people who will give the big returns. They want someone who is fixable on paper at least with the cheapest amount of investment. If you are someone who is not very broken or who is very broken and not fixable, they don’t want you in their portfolio.
The interoperable data is central to all this. It’s run through this National Interoperability Collaborative. The interoperable data will be tied to the digital identity that will live on your phone. This is being piloted on refugees and on the unhoused people. So Michael Bloomberg is putting unhoused (i.e., homeless) people on blockchain for their health care records. But it goes way back in Philadelphia. Citizens as federated data objects was advanced by IBM over 10 years ago.
These investment products are being sold to us as good things. And they are tied to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). And health is UN SDG #3… A lot of this is being run through “humanitarian aid.” Once you create health care as an investment market it has to be digital. In 2018, a Tanzanian woman and her unborn baby were given digital codes on a digital ledger so that investors can make money on them. They were then tracked on blockchain. She could trade in her good behavior tokens for items. So this is digital slavery. That unborn child cannot give consent to be put on blockchain. This is a very sneaky thing.
We’ve talked about Shawna Dubach and her book, Surveillance Capitalism. Owning our own data will not solve our problem. In fact, it will exacerbate it. MIT has developed a software called ENIGMA, which will still allow If we agree to be digital commodities in this world that means we agree to this digital panopticon. The only people who will be kept safe from this will be the super rich who live on their own islands without 5G.
Interviewer: This is really complex. This is not life. This is a twisted invention of bankers and slave owners and royal families. These people are psychopaths and we are empathic people.
Alison: We are all in this machine now. And to get out of it, we have to look at it. All of the Covid, the Great Reset, is running with the Green New Deal. We were sold by our progressive politicians like AOC on the Green New Deal. If she doesn’t know that Goldman Sachs has a whole Green Bond Division and are planning on putting smart dust on everything in the world so Goldman Sachs can keep track of it, then she has no business running this Green New Deal effort. They sell it with rainbows. It’s bewitchment. But look at those babies in headsets. How can a normal rational person think that this is not a terror?
And it’s coming out of Philadelphia, my city. University of Pennsylvania is now doing human CRISPR trials.
These (above graphic) are these impact markets: Pre-natal health impact, early childhood education impact, nutrition impact, supportive housing impact, early literacy impact, character training impact, workforce training impact, preventative health impact, behavioral health impact, addiction treatment impact, economic value skill acquisition, repeat until gray or grave, re-skilling forever and forever. This is all pre-Covid. This is all about managing these babies as data.
As we move more and more social workers into schools, they are just another kind of agent of the state, like police. This has been a very big push that has been very sneaky. These agents can pressure families into making decisions about mental health, physical health about children in concert with social services. It’s very terrifying.
Alison: Augmented cities. Imagine if the CIA and the US Defense interests remade the world for hedge funds and they put the non-profits in charge and we were all lived in their mixed reality video game. Because this is where we are.
Niantic, which was behind Pokemon Go, was funded by INQTEL, the venture capital arm of the CIA. That’s what Pokemon Go was about; it was about setting up this video game with robot dogs and drones and geofencing, so that even in a room you could be geofenced from other people. This is connected to Israeli intelligence. Clearly the US intelligence community is part of this as well.

Interviewer: You mentioned skills, one was coding, one was pharma, what was the other?
Alison: That was in New Jersey, with these career impact bonds coming from the Chamber of Commerce, the three skill sets they projected were: 1) big pharma, which is about making cyborgs, 2) coding boot camps to code the digital jail, and 3) smart energy. It’s almost like the hunger games in that different regions are supposed to fulfill different functions for industry.
If you allow corporations to engineer their workforce, the logic of that machine is that you’ll always have disposable people so they can pay race to the bottom wages.
Interviewer: You mentioned the twin reality that is coming. At some point, this twin reality will replace the physical reality. People will live under this system, which is really bad.
Alison: Some people who have been trained in the video gaming world to spend a lot of time in these virtual spaces. Many of us are driven into digital spaces. 6G technology is already being lobbied. There are many institutes pursuing this. I think the military is already running simulations. They are gathering data for digital twinning and health care simulations…
Philadelphia is home to Fredrick Taylor, and Taylorism comes out of here. The idea of Taylorism is to engineer people in order to maximize production. They’ve already created digital twins of engines and machines to see where the problems are. To make quick iterations to run it as simulations in a digital space. In reality, they want to do that to us. In the logic of capitalism, in order to continue to expand and extract profits, they need to create these virtual worlds, and within those virtual worlds, behavior and consumption of digital items will be the new digital currency. That’s why we need to move to a digital currency system rather than cash or gold. Because if they are going to push the growth of the capitalist class into a virtual gamified world, only digital currency can accomplish this.
In the US, a lot of the human-machine research was coming from the Air Force. A company in France has a goal to create digital twins for health care simulations. They want a digital twin for every person in Europe. They are working on this simulation. Probably 6G is needed for this to enable robot-to-robot communication and the digital twins. Microsoft is building a planetary computer and they are doing virtual earth simulations. So just like they want to simulate us, they want to simulate nature too. They want to control everything.
Interviewer: You remember the movie, The Matrix, when Neo opens his eyes for the first time in the physical reality from the virtual reality and he sees so many people, just like him, being used as energy devices, or batteries, for the machine. Is that a good analogy for what is happening?
Alison: The idea of using us as batteries for their system… For a while they need us to code the system. They will need our labor to build this system. So I try to tell people, “please, let’s not do this.” Once we train we train the robots, they will only need a skeleton crew to serve them.
The goal is to contain us in our homes, and then perhaps in data pods, and then perhaps confined to cots in the camps. Then they will offer us a virtual reality through these head sets, saying OK you don’t have freedom anymore but you can imagine you are anywhere in this virtual reality through this NeuraLink or this virtual reality headset. It’s the hijacking of our physical bodies. So they may want to kind of moth ball our physical bodies to harness our mental processes. Because it’s about measurable behavior change. .
And ultimately, what they are really after, while they are controlling our bodies, what they really want is our minds and our spirits. It seems to me that these electrical engineers, these transhumanists, want to electrically engineer consciousness and put it in the Cloud. Michael Bloomberg’s undergraduate degree is in electrical engineering. And he made his fortune in predictive analytics on signals intelligence. It’s electricity, it’s power and they want to control us in that way. So I think the humans-as-battery idea shown in the movie The Matrix makes sense. I think there is a market element to it, which is what I tend to focus on.
I do think that from the point of view of spirit that this is a mining process. The mining is not simply of our behavior in the physical realm, but ultimately through virtual reality, they will be mining us electrically even in digital realms. I’m learning all this. I don’t claim expertise in all this.
Interviewer: What you do is follow the money, which is extremely valuable.
I wanted to talk about your slide that talks about broken people. Covid 19 has made a lot of broken people. Lives are trashed in a very cruel way. How are all these broken people, broken families going to make profit for these bastards. Most of us don’t see reality as it is. How are these broken people and broken families being used as raw materials to extract profit from? What’s going on here?
Alison: I will say that mental health is a huge impact market because the cost offset, they will say, will be unemployment… like people are depressed so they can’t go to work. There’s an economic cost. So that’s how they justify the offset for the solutions. So their solutions will have to be things that will capture data, like text therapy, or virtual reality therapy, or online conferences.
For example, a woman in the US who was the founder of the Crisis Text Line; so you’re texting if you have self-harm thoughts. She actually used for AI machine learning all of those exchanges to develop corporate software for call center customer service management- for profit. She created a company called LORIS.AI. This software platform that she created for profit used the training data from the suicide text devices to create data sets that would help leverage that knowledge to help people better manage call center interactions. Someone looked it up and found that Loris is a name for a poisonous lemur. So there are some very dark forces at work.
On the mental health, Bank of America has been very big into doing Pay for Success finance around Post Traumatic Stress Disorder for veterans in virtual reality. So cognitive behavioral therapy, therapeutics that can be done digitally. The equation for that was developed by a guy in the UK named Richard Laird on The Center For Labor Economics out of the London School of Economics. He has a whole set of equations (algorithms) about well being. They talk about measuring well being in the world, that we need economies not just based on profit, but on well being. What they don’t say is that well being is essentially digitally surveilling your emotional states through devices.
In public school environments, there is an equation for social-emotional learning for behavior that was developed through the Teachers College at Columbia University, that says we can get an 11% return on investment (ROI) on good behavior curriculum. So you’ll have kids coming back to school after Covid under tremendous stress, they will have a lot of needs. But their needs will only be met by impact markets. All this is market shaping. ACES scoring, trauma scoring adverse trauma childhood experiences. So those (children) who are most harmed, epigenetic trauma, so people who are intergenerational trauma, the black and native communities. will be targets for these impact markets if they are perceived to be fixable and not disposable.
The other piece is re-skilling. We talked about EDLY and the securitization of these income sharing agreements. Now I know we are in a hyper partisan moment in the US, and while there are differences of opinion….
… Everyone in government is in on this. All the folks in power are in on it. At Davos, in January, they had a panel; “Re-Skilling Revolution Skills for a Billion People.” So this is re-skilling people to build this global prison planet. And Ivanka Trump was on that panel and she is the co-chair of this Workforce Policy Advisory Board that is going to set up online credentials, pathways, and the blockchain education program. So Donald Trump is just as much in on this as anyone else.
Hugely, the neoliberal class, the technocrats, the Mark Benioff and Sales Force, who just set up business in Israel as well in the last few years, he is running up the data dash board social suite, he is going to work on the digital identity and blockchain. Where this connects to the digital twinning, you are going to force people to jump through all sorts of hoops to demonstrate all sorts of skills for jobs they will never get because the robots will get those jobs. By the time they are trained for that job they will have to train for the next job and the next job.
But the impact will be based on stacking credentials. That is the re-skill program. That is what is tied in with the Markle Foundation and the Rework America and Skillful.
It’s a virtual reality. These babies in the headsets down here. They have something called xAPI.
They’ll have you play the game of learning a skill. And investors will be betting on that. Not that you will ever use that skill. But you’ll get the credential and that’s how markets are going to go.

I wanted to share that clip because I think that’s where we’re at. That’s what we are talking about. It may take a while until we get to credit default swaps on toddlers, but that’s where this is going.
This slide talks about the impact management project, 2000 of the world’s largest asset holders, including Omidyar Networks, that’s Pierre Omidyar, founder of Ebay, and also BlackRock is in this mix. And they are involved in this idea of tokens, that you can set digital assets and rights and assets as tokens, including this wealth coin. In Australia they are already talking about tokenizing assets in digital wallets that would constrain your ability to use those assets in different ways. So programming token money. In Australia, they are already pitching this in the media in programs like “Walking for the Dole.” If you are going to get some benefit then we expect some sort of healthy behavior.
If you understand the world as an augmented reality video game that is layered in with contracts, contractual agreements, in which people who are in crisis mode or who are preyed upon by these larger systems of data collection, when you fulfill your obligation on this pathway, that’s when the non-profits get paid and the investors get paid.
Shows a short cartoon video clip about a situation where the man of the house was involved in the judicial system. The wife and child get sucked in merely because someone in the household was involved in the judicial system. Pathways are tied to specific outcomes for people who are targeted by the system. Agents come in and manage the lives of individuals in the family, assigning “pathways” for them to complete. These are the SMART contracts. It is a highly controlled system.

So they want to put people on as many pathways as possible, all framed as healthy behavior. That is how the criminal justice system in the US will turn the world into a prison. We are turning the social workers into the guards. And the social workers will also be watched.
Israel has social welfare, right? This is from the National Digital Israel plan and they talk about a Rights Enginefocusing on senior citizens and making sure they get all of their rights. That is sort of like their public benefit. This is a red flag for me because Philadelphia has this poverty initiative that says that everyone should maximize their benefits.
I’m not against people getting their services. There is something called the Benefit Data Trust that is backed by all the impact investors including Mark and Chan Zuckerberg and Facebook. They are trying to do senior citizens with AI and maximize the benefits. This is supposed to sound good. In reality, my concern is that this system is setting up a conditional element. As an e-citizen you have benefits. But if you are not complying with the pathways and don’t demonstrate that you are being impacted appropriately, then those rights can be conditional.

If we start interfacing with SMART worlds that are run on blockchain, Smart contracts, are we still sovereign beings or are we accountable to our investors? We should be having this conversation.
The investors in Social Finance Israel, Crunch Space gives information about companies. Many of the investors in Social Finance Israel are biotech companies. Vital Capital, a biotech company, run by these two people, Ruth Arnon, a very renowned scientist with the Wiseman Institute of Science, was a lead investor as was her husband who is connected with the aerospace industry. We need to understand that aerospace includes geoengineering and satellite control and that these are huge parts of this larger digital control-cybernetic system.

Israel McCalb has made a ton of money in all sorts of pharma, neuroscience and different biotech companies. So Checkpoint Software Technologies, biosecurity software companies, people in Unit 8200, the finance pieces are often in Israel but also operate through New York and other locations in America.
Interviewer: While everyone is busy and distracted with Covid and other issues as a show on the stage, behind the scenes, many Israeli companies, politicians, investors, scientists, and many others are actually very busy in creating this new digital government or reality in order to be the vessel to have us all, when the Covid is finished, we can be pulled into this digital government or reality. They will fit us into this digital reality. What’s going on now is like a camoflage for the true reality that is being prepared for us by all these businessmen and others. Am I right?
Alison: Yes. It’s a spectacle. We need to be looking at this larger structure. Do we agree to this larger structure? Do we have the right to refuse the Fourth Industrial Revolution?
We’ve been tagging and tracking wildlife for a long time. Now it’s our (humans) turn. Solutions journalism is also an impact market. Pretty much every newsroom and academic space are involved in this. They want to evolve us into something that’s digital.
This is the digital twinning slide with the software. At the center it says Dessault Systems (a French aviation company located in Rhode Island). Here we have digital twinning, health care, the planetary computer with Microsoft, Ivanka Trump and Mark Benioff, through the Markle Foundation, which is very much about cyber security.
Who’s who here (in this map)? Of course, Sir Ronald Cohen because this is his baby. The Dessault Mirage jet fighter, which is Israeli. Ariel Weiss with Yad Hanaviv, many big banks in Israel. Shiva Pharmaceuticals is very big. Martin Karp is from the US. He was from the Jewish Federation of Greater Houston. Texas is actually a huge center of this. Austin is a center for blockchain and healthcare. Florida is big for the military and the simulations and aerospace.
And of course the Israeli Defense Force. Aerospace, decision systems, impact investing systems, different apps and technologies related to the 4th Industrial Revolution and UN Agenda 21 programs.
Jaime Perez, we need to see whose money is involved. Switzerland is deeply involved in this. Credit Suisse, an overlap around printing that is morphing into digital currency and banking.
They are framing this as tech for good. The corporate system of Deloitte, the KPMG, the stock exchange, the lawyers, they are making a lot of money on these deals. And Proctor and Gamble; they created the Internet of Things, partnering with MIT, for supply chain tracking. And now we (humans) are part of the supply chain.
The Innovation Authority is going to make money on these impacts. Patango is one of the early investing funds in Israel.
We need a glossary because our understanding of words is almost opposite from “theirs”. It’s almost like they’re casting a spell. These people are very sophisticated. The Center for the Future of War at Arizona State University funded by Eric Schmidt and with Alphabet and Google money…. They have four focus areas, including drones and autonomous weapons. One of them is “weaponized narratives.” They know very well how to use language and visuals to advance their interests.
Interviewer: In one of your presentations, you said that they make the rules of the game, they don’t have to make sense. We don’t have to understand the rules, but they do. They have a totally different perception from what we have. We’ve been fooled, hypnotized, tricked.
Alison: We mentioned earlier about Israel Defense Forces’ elite Unit 8200 spun out Unit 8200 Impact. There is a pool of talented people and experts trained within the signals intelligence community who then they create tech incubators all over the world. I knew that Israel was perhaps the largest center of tech activity. Now the use of this technology is to manage Unit 8200 alumni created Unit 8200 Impact to use these signals intelligence and cyber security technologies to solve social programs. This is a globally dispersed network. So to link cybersecurity and signals intelligence with social services, coming through entities like IBM, they take digitized data and run them through AI systems to make predictions that may or may not be accurate. The social justice community has noted that a lot of their training data is actually highly racialized. So they amplify racial injustices. The data are not neutral. Especially when you use AI to screen for Child Protective Services (CPS).
I found out about this when I was reading this bio of Kira Rodinsky (38 years old). She was the Chief Technology Officer for the company Diagnostic Robotics. They were partnering with the state of Rhode Island. She’s out of Technion University, with bachelors and Ph.D. degrees in computer science. And she’s a visiting professor there. She was an advisory board member to HSBC Holdings, an investor in Big Society Capital (Sir Ronald Cohen). The idea that your DNA is your currency moving forward is in an add for HSBC. She’s on many boards involved with DNA profiling. Again, this is a eugenics project. She co-founded a company called Sales Predict. She was a researcher for Microsoftand is former chief research scientist for Ebay. She’s on the board of Israeli Security’s Authority. She’s on the board of the Health Care Services. Remember, this is a eugenics project, the idea of bio-engineering humans to a cyborg world. This is all about predictive analytics and health markets.
Bill Gates is kind of a front for many people. He shields them. One is Pierre Omydiar, founder of Ebay, who has spun off something called Omydiar Networks, and who is doing a lot around Ed Tech, inclusion, digital social solutions with projects in Africa and India. He and Gates are into putting everyone onto advancing digital identity systems that are linked to digital cash. They use digital nudge apps. One is Goal Mama they were using on home visit programs.
Kira Rodinsky was software engineer for the IDF, she was in Israel’s Unit 8200, and was doing work in Unit 8200 Impact. We need to understand what it means when we start attaching DNA profiling, global investment markets, and proper behavior management and a digital world that is run on signals intelligence that is essentially militarized.
This is not a world I want to live in, bathed in EMF radiation and being in this giant panopticon.
Roberto Viola was talking about the Internet of Humans. Then Covid hit and people are talking about an Internet of Bodies. To me, this seems like turning our bodies into a prison.
We have tremendous concentration of wealth in a few hands. And a huge lower class who don’t have much money.
Judith Rodin led the Rockefeller Foundation to formalize the rules of this new game. They need the metrics. B Labwas there to set the metrics. And the Rockefeller Foundation funded them.
They are remaking human beings to be part of a futures market for pension funds. Government austerity is part of this. If our government services were functional we wouldn’t need these impact investors or these programs.
Interviewer: Big corporations are promoting partnerships with government to take over the resources of the country. Then the corporations can sue the government for “takings” away from their profits.
I’ve made 300 to 400 of these maps. I’m trying to pull back a curtain. I would guess that many people who are pretty near the top of some of this don’t fully grasp the magnitude of what they’ve built.
As much as people pay attention to Bill Gates, his role, there may be a de-population component there. But his (main) role in this game is to get us onto the digital tracking system through the vaccine program. He’s clearly funding a lot of other ed-tech and bio-tech and other things. But he’s just Phase I.
The Phase II is living under the global bio-security state. And that is what Michael Bloomberg’s role is. Right now, Governor Cuomo is working to enforce vaccine mandates for the entire population of New York state. And Cuomo has asked Eric Schmidt to re-imagine New York in this new version with the vaccine mandates. We have to understand that Cuomo and the data analytics looking to deliver, under the legacy of Michael Bloomberg’s data-driven government, the state of New York to the hedge funds. It is a symbolic gesture if he is able to accomplish that. Bloomberg is connected to the World Health Organization, to the climate change. He has this City Leadership Initiative at Harvard. They have government innovation, and a host of programs to track people…. Partnership for healthy cities, etc. etc.
This is how it flows through social finance to Israel and corporations and institutions all over the world. These tentacles of predatory finance spread out all over the world.
Interviewer: Alison I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I don’t think anyone else in the world has put this together like you have.

The NSF is funding nano-tech agriculture. Who is going to stand for the earth worms, the cicadas, etc. This next level of industrialization may very well end the earth if we don’t refuse it.
Some other people are now helping me to translate this message to people. They came up with a beautiful structure to explain it. In this new system of human capital finance, and biosecurity, bio-tech panopticon… the framework is: ,
Capture, Inject, Trace, Erase (CITE). The capture is both physical and mental. The injection is into the physical body and the spirit (with the Covid vaccine, etc.). The tracing is all of the digital twinning. And then the erasure of the human through the creation of transhumanistic cyborg entities. This has its history in the slave trade. The Zong Massacre is a good example, it was tied to early insurance. The enslaved people were insured for drowning but not starvation. The ship hit the doldrums and couldn’t get out. So the crew threw the slaves overboard in order to collect the insurance on the slaves.
… For them, they just see cells as a computer. How can we engineer it? How can we hack it? How can we make it into what we want it to be? They are trying to train up the youth to get behind iGEM (Internationally Genetically-Engineered Machine). They were pushing this so long with STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math). Now it’s going to be synthetic biology. This program has been going on since 2003. So there are whole cohorts of people who think that it’s OK to engineer humans and all of life as a machine.
This is a dark thing we are going up against. And I don’t think we have any other choice other than to refuse it.

It’s enslavement and it’s a settler-colonizer. Settler-colonialism is not just to come into a space and take over the resources and make the people do your bidding. It is actually to erase them, their beingness, their physical bodies, their culture, to make it gone. Artificial Intelligence is the next settler-colonizer. The takeover of all life on the planet by AI is the next erasure potentially of all life to engineering. And the justification is “manifest destiny”- then we have Elon Musk, with his Neuralink. That we have to join the hive mind. That we have no other choices. I think we have to reject this. Once we are all connected to the internet through these biological systems, you just don’t go back.
There’s too much beauty and complexity in the world and these people don’t actually have it all nailed down. But we have to not be lulled into complacency.
Interviewer: This is very compelling. A lot of questions around what do we do. Re: Capture, Inject, Trace, Erase (CITE), the capture part is the Orwellian inversion, you look at the UN sustainability goals and their entrance into regenerative agriculture, it sounds wonderful. There are so many good people who don’t understand this. When decent people actually understand this stuff it is really a trauma. You are giving us the play book. We often do end up consenting to these things on the front end. So much is at stack.
I feel the most important lesson here is that the more I participate in the system, I’m constantly giving over my energy, my prana, and my data. That is where we do have the answer. I suggest we embrace the path of finding your gifts and sharing that with your community… We can start developing a potlatch kind of economy.
Alison: I agree. I suggest the future is around mutual aid, the gift economy, we have to feed our souls as we do the work. That happens in relationship. There’s great satisfaction in giving and receiving. Finding opportunities to do these things. There’s no guidebook on how you go up against AI. Being connected to natural systems and a greater consciousness. Being willing to question. Open the conversation. The stand we take is for future generations. We build those connections together. Sometimes you have to take risks to reach out to others. With some tools, links, we can make connections.

Here is how the Pay For Success Impact Market works in the context of Economic-Cultural Colonialization:
McDowell: We need to look at the history enslavement and unfree labor.
Now the global political-economic model is that humans are largely redundant. In the world “they” (the elite predator-psychopath class) are imagining, human beings are largely redundant. They are going to figure out a way to either: 1) get rid of us or 2) manage us in a way that continues to get as much money out of us as they can until they throw us away. So we need to reconcile with that history and hopefully work toward a right-relationship model of healing these wounds..
These push back movements need to understand these are colonial projects, even with the mRNA, this is colonization down to the cellular level.
Interview: The dichotomy is the billionaire predator class vs. the rest of us. That should be the dividing line we focus on. But going back to that history. There are some other level-jumps in the management system similar to the one we are going through now. A big one I learned about from you was the globalization efforts in the 80s and 90s, where they replaced the work they could with cheap overseas labor which meant that a lot of the American labor wasn’t needed. That was why at the same time we got the War on Drugs and the Prison Industrial Complex. It was all to put these people in a managed situation.
Now we are getting automation and robots. And a much larger number of people will be replaced. So they are making the whole world a prison. Can you elaborate some more?
Alison:Yes. You’re exactly right. So that was about managing excess labor under the first phase of globalization. By targeting black and brown people through criminalizing poverty and the drug wars and then putting people into prisons then global finance could create markets that would profit from managing people within both for-profit prisons but also services that were provided into prisons… Including many of which were non-profits servicing people coming out of prisons. Even if you look into things like prison health care. Huge, huge industries. You need to examine the profit systems are set up around and within prisons. It’s enormous.
I am encouraging people to reconsider that in China right now they are actually tracking people on parole on blockchain. So they are tracking their compliance post-release in SMART environments with their blockchain identity. After a demonstration, I was arrested for a night and afterward they said, “we’ll just put you on a diversion program.” That would be one of these improvement pathways ultimately. Hold that for a moment.
In the education space, the entity that most wanted to get rid of schools as physical buildings and create the city-as-classroom… But this isn’t like a fun “city-as-classroom,” this is your classroom as a panopticon police state and you do Pokemon skill collection in your city. The people who wanted to set up that model which we seem fearfully close to getting to is the MacArthur Foundation, which is based in Chicago, and that money is early insurance money, one of the biggest insurance providers in the 40s.
The MacArthur Foundation wanted to create learning ecosystems, of which both San Diego and Philadelphia are both key pilot programs. And you earn these badges. And I thought, well the MacArthur Foundation is all over prison reform too. So how does that correspond? How does the learning ecosystem model correspond if we know that they don’t actually want to have the responsibility to functionally maintain the responsibility for education if they are doing prison reform.
And the idea is that you will never in this next phase of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, it will be very challenging to build the number of prisons to hold the excess labor. And they don’t actually want to heat those buildings or really even pay the guards. They want to have lean labor and have as much automation as possible. So ultimately what you can do is, and I wrote this January before Covid hit:
“Through 5G and satellite systems (you can) create the world as an open-air prison with real-time geofencing tied to the internet of bodies. You can manage people under state control and say that it is not incarceration. You can use incarceration as the cost offset, that enormous number that has been built up for the past 20 years, as the cost-offset for Pay For Success by keeping people “out of prison” and yet on pathways that will manage them and still keep them under state control and under e-surveillance of various types. And that can be just here’s your Obama phome and you better do your work-based placement, you better do your online therapy, you better eat the right food, you better check in at the doctor. We will manage all those opportunities for you as a returning citizen as a Pay For Success Impact Market. And if you don’t, there will be consequences.
The International Conference of Police Commissioners was in Philadelphia a couple years ago. Our open data portal… you’ll hear lots and lots about e-government and open data. The guy who pushed open government and open data portals for Philadelphia worked for the police department. He spun off a company that developed predictive policing software using our pre-data to sell back to our city and Detroit… It was called Activea. And Hunch Lab that was their predictive policing software.
One man in the back raised his hand said I want you to know that the future of policing is predictive analytics, drone surveillance, and AI policing. That’s an open air prison. And if you don’t stay on your pathway, they will know, and there will be consequences. And if all your ways of surviving live in a digital wallet on your phone, they can just cut that out in real time if you don’t fulfill your obligations to the hedge fund market.
That’s their bigger goal.

Part I. New York Nano: Maple Nation Transmutes Neurotech Empire
Alison McDowell: The Internet of Bodies (IOB), Internet of Bio-Nano Things (IOBNT) (of Covid) is to create ubiquitous sensing environments that integrate our bodies into electronic systems. And graphene nanomaterials are an important building block for that. I think the goal (of Covid) is not actually mass death. What they want is data analytics and the metaverse built. And they’ve built these social impacting schemes around all of this. I’d say the goal is create chronic illness. It’s like a parasite. They can weaken the host but they can’t kill the host. (So Covid is) A grand experiment across various geographies and groups with different genetic structures. The goal of the experiment is to launch the Internet of Bodies and integrating graphene, as dispersed in the atmosphere, into our biological systems. To do this, they need to find ways to make graphene more biocompatible.
I would say that the powers that be, the masters of the universe who imagine themselves as gods are looking to convert all life into electronic devices, including human beings. They’ll start with the plants (cyborg botany) and then gradually work their way up to more complex life systems. They are now turning plants into sensors so you can interact with the plant. So living things are actually now being turned into elements of the panopticon. The next phase is probably humanity. They are creating nanoelectronics that can self-assemble into the plants as an antennae (and graphene is part of that) when they are exposed to certain frequencies. A lot of the AI tracking probably has to do with tracking the dosing of graphene in the body to make it more biocompatible.
In the past, I’ve talked about how impact investing and pathways and putting people through their paces with biosensors feeds the data to feed the hive mind consciousness toward the singularity. This is about more than just turning us into humanized robots.
At about 36:00 – 40:00 minutes: This is all about harvesting our life force to unlock the key of life. They believe that this would allow them to become God and replace God. This idea of longevity is to replace our material cells with nanoelectronics to turn us into electrical systems that are outside of bodies. For 20 years, they have been working with MIT among others on mind uploads and looking at human life as just a data fabrication zone, or a substrate independent mind that exists outside a material body. What they most need to accomplish this is to develop:
1) and refine the tech and
2) an extensive library of neurons, of neural function and morphology, to match their tech and to get it to get work.
So if we understand the coding, the tracking, the graphene, the biosensors, the systematizing of life into this larger library system. That it is about building up the library, that the AI tracking tied to the (Covid) medical interventions are probably about setting up the infrastructure for these libraries.

I believe the end goal is “full spectrum dominance.” It’s a military term, but actually dominating life from the microbiome all the way up to the atmosphere and the satellites and the cosmos. To merge humans and computers; that this is all happening in a military construct; that it’s actually forced evolution in a military environment. That they are working to make consciousness mechanical, and to use our lives to actually power the computer that they are building. That potentially, this forced evolution into a consciousness that exists outside of our biological substrate, to turn us into SIMS, it could be a platform for extra-planetary travel. That your consciousness would be uploaded and then more portable in that format. And that cybernetics is central, that engineering your behavior to get that digital twin model with AI.
I talked about the perpetual pandemic and the World Bank being central to the program of getting the data harvest and keeping this social control system. That this narrative we are being fed is to keep everybody in fear and to isolate and divide people from each other as they get the data that they want. That the infrastructure has been going in regarding the sensor network for the spatial web which is 5 and 6G, with multiple other Gs planned. The bio-nanotech. Your biometric identity will link you to the software. That virology is the invisible enemy; it obscures the nanoweapons, the neurotech that we are talking about. That digital twinning is central to creating this separate consciousness, that this will be hung on digital health records and linked to cell atlases and other biocomputing and bioinformatic and genomic research. And that the impact investing is essentially a way of keeping people enslaved and dependent on the state and to track it all on a blockchain ledger system. And the end product here is the centaur (cyborg).*
What we are eventually looking at the development of a green energy system with piezoelectric energy harvested system that will be human life.
What we are engaged in now is a military engagement based on information systems.
The information I share in this and other talks is part of a collective effort. My collaborators include Celeste Solum, Elana Freeland, my friend Joseph, Steffers, Sofia Smallstorm, and Amazing Polly.
From 48:28 – 52:22: (Explaining slide above). This idea that there is a predator energy out there, as John Trudell calls it, that is seeking to conquer the universe. That it is about empire and domination. That this is an imperial machine of domination that really is looking to usurp God as the Creator at the top of this cosmic universe. There is someone at the top (webmaster comment: obviously Satan, see below*) and they are looking to get the key to life and become the top coder and push God out of the way. That the singularity, I think, is their attempt to unlock the key of life. Along the way, the creation of the singularity is to learn us inside and out, not just humans but all living beings on the planet. And that is the function of the planetary computer. So they want to compress and flatten our 3, 4, 5 dimension universe to 2 dimensions for this mind upload so they can control it more easily.
That this transition involves cybernetics, systems engineering, nanoelectronics, ubiquitous computing, EM frequencies, and the weaponization of the atmosphere and the environment as a whole. So it really is about systematizing life and reducing any natural serendipity or chaos of the living force into something that can be managed from a computer space. This human+ idea, transhumanism, that cyborgs (centaurs) are what it is aiming for. That graphene is a central part of this as the world’s first 2-dimensional material. That the digital twins that they will use with the biosensors will seek to usurp our birthright and break our real relationships and push us into the metaverse through this blockchain wallet portal. By pushing us into the metaverse through this blockchain portal Everything becomes aggregated for computer-machine learning and disaggregated in terms of our relationships to each other and the land. That this is all unfolding through the narrative of a faux “sustainability,” a faux “social justice.” The solutions that are going to be offered that are data driven and tied to digital surveillance and gamified pathways that allow hedge fund betting on futures markets is really about making us rats in the maze and controlling us through nudges and that is not what we want.
But in the end, that is not our destiny. That love will win, but that we have to stand as keepers of life and we have to say that we are not afraid. We just have to do the work.
It is unlikely that we will prevail against DARPA and Goldman Sachs if we stay in their game. So we have to find a way to function outside of their game.
The Empire is attempting to jam our signals. We need heart energy to disrupt that. I see this very much as an engagement of the sacred against the profane.
I think what’s coming is AI as this “settler-colonizer.” The settler-colonizer doesn’t only seek control of the “natives” who inhabited the space before them, it also seeks to remove them entirely. So this is a colonization project. Indigenous erasure is essential here.
What is coming is a bio-nanotech imperialism, a colonization of our very cells, even our very neural activities. The tools they will use are blockchain, the spatial web, the nanoelectronics and EM frequencies. . Most people, 98.5%, don’t even have any concept of what is planned. So we are sitting ducks. If you don’t know what weapons are being arrayed against you, you can’t develop an optimal defensive strategy.

Many can’t comprehend that the institutions of government, the military, education, social care, health, etc. could be arrayed against us in this way.
The 2001 Space Preservation Act (H.R. 2977, 107th), sponsored by Dennis Kucinich, sought to ban the following weapons/weapons systems:
1) electronic, psychotronic or information weapons
2) chemtrails
3) high altitude ultra low frequency weapons systems
4) plasma, electromagnetic, sonic or ultrasonic weapons
5) laser weapons systems
6) strategic, theater, tactical, or extraterrestrial weapons
7) chemical, biological, environmental, climate or tectonic weapons
The bill failed to pass but did accurately describe some of the “exotic” weapons deployed by the DoD against civilian populations of the world today. Some of these technologies are framed as dual use (to help and to harm, i.e., medicine and military).
We are existing under a Space Fence, with Lockheed Martin in control of that. Our lives are being controlled by geofencing. We will be able to use our satellites to create an augmented reality layer on your world and add lots of information of various times, but it’s going to be backed by the CIA. And we will be able to create borders at will, not national borders, anything from your home to your state border.
…. It is not the immigrants that are the problem. At this point, this new version of globalization will pit every human being on the planet against every other human being. So we need to come at this from a place of global solidarity. Because the game we are in is a global game. It is the elite sociopath transhumanists against everyone else.
They are looking to create a militarized sensory environment… that is a sensor-based, spatial-based, blockchain network under militarized surveillance. This is a military engagement based on information systems. Here is a 1996 Air Force document that explains this:
They want to deny us access to the real world and force us into a dimensional metaverse, which is a militarized space, a military psyop.
They are reimagining evolution (2.0) so they can control it. this is happening through the Selfish-Ledger Program, a thought experiment of Google from 2016. They want to track every bit of data about you to build these twins. They want to create a digital system through nudges and leaderboards to make you give up all of your data to make you a digital twin. It’s all linked to the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
At 135:00: On Cybernetics and the Macy Conferences: The work of Dr. Norbert Weiner (MIT mathematician, cybernetician) in the 1940s is central to all this early work in AI and computing. The idea is engineering life. We need to look at what has been happening in lab trials with rats and mice with different biosensor technology and nanotech technologies. I have been in touch with a number of people who have been targeted by nanotechnology systems so it seems pretty clear that the trials for these technologies are happening beyond rats and mice at this point but are extending out to nonconsensual human experimentation. (Webmaster Comment: These are the “targeted individuals.”). The United Nations has looked into this and have to put on a show about caring about this.
They’ve developed humanized mice. Chimeras are blended beings. Genetic modification has been happening cross species. The biotech industry has been going down this road of bioengineering in ways that are very disturbing. The activists in the GMO space don’t understand that GMO is applied to all beings including humans. We have to look and see what’s happening to the mice. Because the plans for the mice are the plans for all of life, including the people.
This is a system where they developed a way to use light stimulation (optogenetics technologies) of neurons to get mice to crave certain objects. Most devices we are using can blink lights without you even knowing it. Unless you understand that there can be cellular engineering happening that changes how your neurons function and how your behaviors are linked to use of light and LED light and photo-stimulation, it’s pretty scary. What they are talking about is object-craving behavior. They are working on neuro-marketing in the space of advertising, now down to the neuro level. So I would argue that the billionaires see us no different than mice. We are just livestock to be managed.
… Re: the Internet of Bodies: The weaponization of health systems. Signals intelligence is about managing human life processes as dots and dashes, in morse code-type electrical signaling. Signals intelligence (SIGINT) is used both in financial markets and in military operations as well. Satellite surveillance systems can track uptake of vaccines in Africa. The IoB, Risks and Opportunities.
All of this is being driven by risk analysis and predictive profiling for human capital markets. Also, the SIGINT runs to both financial markets and the military. Once you regard life as just electrical engineering signals and equations, I think you lose a sense of the sacredness of all of the life on this planet.
Microsoft is working on the planetary computer and the bar code of life. Chan Zuckerberg is donating many millions to support the development of a human cell atlas in San Francisco. They have a biohub at the University of California in San Francisco. The goal is to understand life as a machine. They are trying to engineer both the biological processes of life (the body/Internet of Bodies) and the education system (the mind/Internet of Minds).
A lot of this research is framed as longevity research. This is central to the transhumanist game. The end goal is a substrate independent mind that exists outside of your physical body. Your consciousness is captured in a matrix outside of your body. It is transformed to a digital format. So DARPA is trying to optimize our bodies to a post-human future. This is all embedded both in medical and military research. It’s all framed as “dual-use” technology. So it’s often pitched as medical advancement. But what they are really advancing is a post-human future.

The machine learning systems are always about weights applied to information as it is being processed in the mind. And if you understand that graphene, this two-dimensional wonder material supposedly discovered in Manchester, England in 2004, is being connected to neural function. And that in the quest to decode life, to create a “substrate-independent mind,” that they are looking to build a massive library of neuronal functions… the idea of how they are using graphene in our minds to crack not just the code of biological function but consciousness in this cybernetic/engineering system is pretty incredible.
This is the information about biosensor technologies and Ractors.
I need to come up with a book list. One book that has influenced my thinking is “The Diamond Age,” by Neal Stephenson (1995), which is prescient in all of these areas. The key story line is that a bespoke nanotechnology engineer designed a primer, that is actually a sentient Ipad, that is accessed with a tutor in it. And the tutor is a person who is remote and who with sensor technology like motion-capture technology, is acting out and teaching a young girl in another country. The girl is in Asia and the teacher is on the West Coast of the US. And the teacher is what’s called a “Ractor.” It’s like an actor, but in one of these simulation games.
I think, increasingly, the use of biosensors, motion-capture technology and digital twinning is about manipulating people through electrical remote stimulation to be sort of like puppets under control of the military-industrial complex. As people have reached out to me to share their stories, this is what they are experiencing and I think this is a lead up to the mass use of nano-electronic systems to compel people through digital nudges, being like literal electronic sequencing, whether it is causing pain or done in ways they may not even be aware of, to influence their behavior in ways that are either tied to impact investment deals or behavior that will allow the AI to collect the data that it wants to pursue this campaign to conquer a life.
A lot of this is about gamification and linking social impact finance to turning, with augmented reality, the whole world into a literal game and then placing people, through tracking them with digital identity systems, as players in the game.
This does connect very directly to this 1997 gathering in which the entertainment industry and the defense department industry came together and what was birthed out of that was University of Southern California’s Institute for Creative Technologies. There’s a lot going on in southern California with the intersection of Hollywood and the military and also UCLA, which is in the same area. Deborah Estrin, is a major player in the biosensor space and health data analytics, and is part of the Commons Project, and out on Roosevelt Island, the Cornell Technion, the Small Data Lab is there. So the Southern California military-entertainment (academic) nexus is really important. The ractors are in the book, the Diamond Age.
(Webmaster comment: This collaboration of the entertainment, defense, and academic sectors in California in the late 1990s helps explain the appearance of a series of movies that came out at that time which depicted some of the ways that targeted individuals are attacked. These ractors are almost like steered beings. Maybe that steering is happening through painful interventions and maybe that steering is happening in a way that is so subtle that you aren’t even aware of it yourself.
This is a diagram that helps understand how cybernetics works. The word cybernetics comes from the Greek word “kubernetes,” which is steering. In Latin, the word is “Governor.” The idea is that you have a sensor and there is a set goal and that it re-engineers based on directing the activity towards the intended goal. In the diagram, there is a course that is set for a ship. The diagonal lines are winds and tides. There’s a course that is set for that ship. There’s a harbor there. If you understand someone’s life pathway. If you understand the social impact finance deal that is connected to directing people along a certain line, of engineering people’s behavior to get to a certain outcome. And as I mentioned that hedge funds are actually placing bets on whether or not you will get to the harbor and/or get to it in the right way. The boat gets off of course and the errors get corrected.
I want to make this strong point: As we understand the idea of the universal empire, of breaking the code of life, of steering human beings through that selfish-ledger, the Google, Larmarckian code breaking the intelligent design of life to become God that they are going to start, and increasingly through AI, that they will put all living beings on courses that will let them get the data that they most desire. And that they will be aggregating that data not only through wearable technology but through bio-sensor technology that is learning you at the level of your own neural function. It’s creating that neuronal library that the creates the substrate-independent mind. that they can then feed into the singularity to trigger this code breaking.
It’s really important to know that you’re not going to get to pick which harbor you go to. The course is set. The course is set through the lockdowns and the overall surveillance state that’s being imposed and through the digital currency and through the biosensors, the course will be set for you by someone else. Whether that course is education, mental health, health behaviors, housing, food resources, you are being steered as a puppet.
Re: This infographic: This article from Nano Energy is entitled: “The Development of Neural Interfaces and Energy Harvesters Towards Self-Powered Implantable Systems For Health Care Monitoring and Rehabilitation Purposes” (2019). And again, this is always framed as dual use. (Medical and military, help vs. harm). They will use these technologies that help people with neural-muscular issues, people with Parkinsons, with strokes, diabetes, other medical issues that sound very legitimate. But what happens when you implant these self-powered sensors into people who are perfectly healthy for purposes of social control?
This is the implantable system (per above diagram).
1) This is how the system can be stimulated: electrically, optically (through light), chemically, magnetically (pertains to graphene oxide and magnetism), and ultra sound frequencies.
2) The data can be transmitted through: ultrasound, wires, or radio-frequencies. (This is about inputs and outputs, information theory.)
3) The power source for the system can come from: its own energy harvesting, batteries, through EM frequencies and ultrasound, and by energy harvested from the person themselves with how the biosensors operate within them.
4) What kind of data can it take in? electrical, information (neural function), pressure, biomarkers, and temperature.
If you understand that the bio-surveillance state is linked to health systems engineering and the goal is to have lots of us with lots of sensors. The more sensors, the more data, the faster their code breaking will happen. The whole idea of of the dangers of asymptomatic people who are perfectly healthy who also need to get these sensors. You can never tell that you are healthy. This will be increasingly determined by the experts and that is all electrical models and stimulation models. Using algorithms, they can essentially recreate the world to be whatever they want. They can engineer it in virtual space and have those virtual worlds have direct consequences for our own material world. I think the sensors are for building out the digital twin and that the electronic records and blockchain are part of that.
On Dr. James Giordano, Biosensors Dual Use Cyber Torture
Dr. James Giordano, University of Georgetown professor of neuroscience and DARPA consultant, is sort of the front face for the military use of neuroweapons and the ethics of neuroweapons. But no one is saying that we shouldn’t have neuroweapons. But information warfare is down to your neural function. we are thinking about. When we think about cyber warfare we are talking about hackable human beings down to a nano electronic level that can be used to cause harm and to engineer people in ways that they have no idea that they are being engineered.
The UN General Assembly Human Rights Council in March, 2020 was gathering evidence and information in a special report about torture and punishment. I don’t harbor expectations that anything will come of this. All this could just be a fishing expedition to see what information people are willing to share about this. But the document does document cyber torture.
It says: “A particular area of concern, that does not seem to have received sufficient attention, is the possible use of various forms of information and communication technologies (“cybertechnologies”) for purposes of torture. Although the promotion, protection, and enjoyment of human rights on the Internet has been repeated addressed by the Human Rights Council, torture (has not).”
So they are acknowledging that this kind of torture is a real and present danger. Continuing from the report:
“In practice cybertechnology already plays the role of an “enabler” in both physical and psychological forms of torture, most notably through the collection and transmission of surveillance information and instructions to interrogators (webmaster: i.e., torturers) through the dissemination of audio and video recordings of torture or murder for the purposes of intimidation, or even “live streaming” of child sexual abuse “on demand” of voyeuristic clients, and increasingly, also through the remote control or manipulation of stun belts, medical implants, or conceivably, nanotechnological or neurotechnological devices. Cybertechnology can also be used to inflict, or contribute to severe mental suffering, while avoiding the conduit of the physical body, most notably through intimidation, harassment, surveillance, public shaming and defamation, as well as appropriation, deletion or manipulation of information.”
Here they are acknowledging the existence of this. This is becoming almost a game, like a gig economy where civilians are integrated into the game where they engage in harassment of targeted individuals in conjunction with these augmented reality sensing systems, which is pretty terrible.
This is a letter to this UN Report in June, 2020. There is a group in Spain called Victims of Electronic Torture (VIATEC). They represent some 145 TIs but we know there are many more than that out there. So we have to understand the cybernetics and the neurowarfare and the neuroweapons as graphene and the digital twinning become more and more wrapped up in the conversation.

Alison: We know that recently the whole Edge net computing around Amazon that can ring doorbells and how they are all being integrated so if we imagine that as a frequency weapon that’s important. And this person, as part of their colonization by these technologies, which I believe are both nano-electronic and fungal, they talk about a metamorphosis happening to them:
Alison: So there are very specific physiological things that are happening that are part of the continuing of the human-computing interface, there’s humanizing the robots and robotizing the people. Internet of Body systems that present in different ways. I believe that Morgellons is a manifestation of that.

What does it mean to have an outside force governing you, to engineer your social/emotional life? If you are experiencing cybernetics, you cannot be the you you were born to be.
Pierre Olmidyar- is a real player in all this. He has advanced the idea of a universal world digital identity…. Good identity. The UK Ministry of Defense documentation is talking about all kinds of human augmentation. Sensory augmentation.
Many TIs have had their senses hijacked and these technologies are used to cause pain in them. Remote neural stimulation, navigating all this through an augmentated reality framework. The electronics programs in alignment with your genetic material (biome) and tuning the brain interfaces at the nano-level, whether that is done through nanowires or nano-computing systems or associated pharmaceuticals that go along with that. Many of these programs have already been undertaken by the military in the supersoldier program.
They are about engineering the whole world. They imagine augmented reality as different layers of GIS (Geographic Information Systems). That they would create interfaces for our neurons for how we process our emotions. They are talking about digitizing all levels of life and reality. Time is being coded into this.
Everything discussed here has in fact been my observation in my targeting where I have come to the ultimate conclusion I am being held in a tightly controlled electromagnetic prison where they can interrogate, torture and brutally subject me to vicious accusations and entrapment schemes every day in order to keep me held in this prison until they eventually kill me. I am terrorized the moment I leave my home, the entire patented Emergency Matrix system activates once I set foot outside the home no matter what it is that I am doing and now it seems this takes place with my children and pets too, I could be doing yard work or simply taking the trash out and will be responded to with beeps from nearby cars at homes and businesses, aerial flyovers, zooming cars, etc. I have been stalked by every type of aerial vehicle and every kind of emergency vehicle, the thought reading technologies being employed are used to carry out the asymmetric warfare day to day where anonymous people who do not know me act as if they have access to my thoughts and happily act those out with smiles on their faces much of the time unless I am the one who is winning and that is when they become more rude, vicious and violent. The more and more that my family has been pulled into this, what began as harassment and stalking over the years gradually increased to more and more connectedness to electronics being linked up to my body and by electronic warfare of every branch of military intel and public health emergency responders all linked to the patented kill box system and to this full blown contracted human trafficking terrorism tied to human experimentation and human harvesting of all creative life potential that is directly linked to my thoughts, words, actions, dreams, plans, ideas that over time I began to understand after thoroughly researching this that my brain waves were being connected to everything in real time in the FAA PFN TRAC patent that as illustrated in the above summarized interview mentions things like wireless sensing methods tied to block chain and or cryptocurrency leading one ultimately to understand has links to the state of Israel and most likely all tech companies. Sometime after my divorce from a military serviceman I was thrusted headlong into the punishment and or elimination phase of my targeting where I had been from time to time over the years shown that I was under complete and total invasive surveillance though I could not conceive all those years the level that it has gotten to today. I had bouts of what I would say is entirely what has been mentioned by people like Dr. Robert Duncan, Dr. James Giordano, and a long list of whistleblowers and targeted individuals, this went on for years not really changing or accelerating much until about the year 2007 at which time I believe that very sophisticated high level CIA DARPA Pentagon methods were being used on me that led me to have a nervous breakdown and that took me some years to recover from, one of several actually that I have had to take care of my own health with no insurance coverage to attempt to recover from while continuing to endure the targeting that includes being interrogated and held in a mind prison where I am constantly being accused of being a criminal while not being allowed to have any type of normal existence. The first episode, I feel was the first time I was subjected to things like Voice to Skull, Dream Manipulation and Synthetic Telepathy, that I had no idea could be done electronically, this led me to have sleep deprivation for a period, induced hallucinations and severe cognitive and executive decline followed by severe memory loss that combined with various synthetic supernatural capabilities testing that pushed me nearly to the point that I thought I was losing my mind. Sometime in about the year 2009, as I was still recovering from the earlier attack I had been subjected to while living on base in Kentucky, I began to realize that people were increasingly following me around at another post located in another state in Louisiana, and not just at doctor’s offices but now to other public places mocking me saying things I had said in the home, but I also slowly began to realize that they were now also mocking my internal monologue, saying things more and more that I had thought of rather than things I had said. This took quite some time for me to understand what was happening. This was not full blown at first and others have also made these observations about the slow escalation, this was as others have pointed out done in subtle ways so as to be perfectly deniable, a part of the gaslighting I later learned that I was being subjected to for many many years as it turns out. It was around this time of my epiphany, that I began to feel that there were people who were letting me know they were watching me at all times in my home and could see me in my most intimate moments and including my children as well; though this still was not as overt as it is now, and I should say many crimes have been committed using the technological capabilities in this regard. Most of it has been in a very cat and mouse way and always perfectly deniable that as it happens comes along with a very relentlessly organized and systematic discrediting campaign, so much so that I finally understood this tactic of gaslighting was also an integral part of the terrorism. Around this time though I had a few instances where I began to notice strange happenings with electronics and these were occurring more and more frequently to the point that this began to make me feel that it was directly connected to me and my body personally, things like draining batteries, phone and computer malfunctions, strange interactions with other electronics in public places, etc. that began to feel were all weaponized against me causing me financial, psychological, physical, social, and spiritual pain and harm that after my divorce reached a very deeply traumatizing level. I began noticing that much of this was happening on demand such as helicopter and jet flyovers and things like that to the point that some of these were overtly flying at a very low level to make their presence known to me, this has even occurred with military jet aircraft and the NASA Super Guppy a few times. When we were transferred to the area of West Texas near the border in about the year 2012, that is when things really accelerated to the point where they are now. I was having all types of aircraft making their presence known to me on a regular basis including a number of different types of drones that I now understand have a weaponized capability to direct frequency energy at my heart and head organ specifically and it is done to my children as well, these are able to locate me anywhere that I go regardless of any device that over time I learned did not require me to have any device with me at all causing me to feel that I must have had some type of implant or there there was something far more sinister going on. At some point in my targeting, I began increasingly having a list of health symptoms to the point that military doctors persistently gaslighted me about though they still diagnosed me medications for every one, but at one point it seemed that my questioning about this long list of symptoms prompted them to carry out a systematic campaign to attempt to diagnose me with several mental illnesses including a somatic disorder, the worst of these was the campaign to diagnose me with bipolar disorder that included an elaborate effort to libel and slander my character by accusing me of uncontrolled sexual promiscuity that involved my male doctor implying I was coming onto him and another doctor then testing me for STDs, this when I had been married to one man for more than 15 years. There were all throughout my targeting a number of strange manufactured paranormal experiences such as frequent deja vu, prophetic thoughts and dreams, clairvoyance, etc.that ultimately ended with having the Voice to Skull and Synthetic Telepathy to become permanent where I now understand that I am being communicated with by the perpetrators by way of silent means though there were a couple of times where I did distinctly hear their actual voices, once the perpetrators realized I knew this was taking place from a remote location and by my harassers and not inside my own mind as though they could diagnose me with a schizophrenia disorder, that is when the sound was quickly turned off entirely, but I understood that it was still taking place only by silent means and later on I realized that I could also communicate back to them by these same means. I have been, since arriving in this area of Texas, subjected to staged accidents, flat tires, broken windshields, road run offs, vehicular mobbing, and stalking. It is most vicious is when I am attempting to do things to improve my life or to leave and or to prolong it like fixing vehicles, attempting to get jobs, food assistance or any kind of government assistance and or taking my kids to appointments is when there will be staged efforts to use that in order to punish and or criminalize me. Usually, if I take my kids to any doctor I will be subjected to torture carried out by way of a local GWEN tower nearby or I will have sabotage efforts that will be later on used for various entrapment scenarios and false accusations of crimes I am supposed to have committed, I can honestly say there is never a time when that is not taking place. This has been with my vehicle as well; and this also takes place repeatedly where the evil malicious stalkers read my thoughts and then use that to sabotage my vehicle repairs in some way often to ensure that I cannot make use of any warranty coverage I might be entitled to that has also occurred with things in the home that I must care for, they are also able to do things to the vehicle like flatten the tires and make the check engine light come on any time they want, usually when I am set on getting a number of things done, I will have the entire Emergency Matrix kick in including with weather warfare and staged accidents and the whole entire system activates to use me for crises simulation scenario operations that has a dual purpose to keep me being tortured for their profit, and they have also in the past when I had a vehicle with satellite GPS capability been able to manipulate the entire vehicle remotely to cause me daily torment in the vehicle including when i had children in the car with me. This was done to make it nearly impossible for us to get from place to place when I had to take all of my children to school, sometimes to different schools and was also used to prevent me getting them licensed in a timely manner to later be used for their false accusation entrapment scenarios. I would have rocks thrown at the windshield, brand new tires flattened, other vehicles would run me off the road to damage brand new tires, I have had manufactured police pullovers, and countless instances of being boxed in so that industrial vehicles could be used to cause vehicular damages, often this was also used to stage the police pullovers as well. I have a constable living across from me who with his cohorts relentlessly abuses me with the thought reading technologies, noise harassment, street acting, etc this he does in order to accuse me of horrendous crimes while his teams are staging their sabotage efforts and psychological warfare terrorism on me in a tightly controlled satanic ritualized fashion while I must still care for my young twin children, this while many crimes are being committed against each of us. I have documented many other crimes going on for about 9 years in this area in El Paso Texas, an area where this system was most likely created being the site of Operation Paperclip and not too far from Los Alamos Laboratory where there were several Non Lethal Weapons Conferences in the early 1990s. I now believe this was linked to the Satanist Lt. Col. Michael Aquino who I also strongly believe used MKULTRA methods and merged that with the psychotronic weapons to cause traumatic satanic ritual based mind control. I honestly believe that aspect has been integrated into this program to carry out spiritual warfare on those being targeted, it is in fact project soul catcher and is a kill system that the perpetrators are using to take lives in order that they may be able to live.
