The Lords of the UNCED (United Nations Conference on Environment and Development) Conference will be the masters of who gets what and when if we don’t do something about it quickly.

Who leads the environmental movement? The Convener of the (Rio Earth) Summit, Maurice Strong, identifies Baron Edmond de Rothschild as the creator of the environment movement. Strong states that Rothschild is the positive synthesis of environment on the one hand and growth and development on the other. Strong very clearly admits that the Rothschild combination, including the Rockefellers and most world capitalists, aim to control the environment and development movement as the synthesis. Power will converge into their hands through the Rio Conference. The synthesis, the head of the power, merges into the hands of the House of Rothschild.

Another speaker at the Fourth World Conference was David Rockefeller, world energy capitalist and banker. He was named “Mr. Growth and Development” at the meeting. His counterpart, William Ruckelshaus, organizer of the EPA and creator of its laws under Presidents Ford and Reagan, was dubbed “Mr. Environment.”   “Mr. Environment,” Ruckelshaus, is the CEO and Chairman of the Board for BFI, Browning-Ferris Industries, one of the largest private environment companies in the world. The hypocrisy is that Ruckelshaus as EPA chief, made the very laws by which his waste company, BFI, is becoming rich. Hypocrisy number two is that Ruckelshaus and Maurice Strong were key investors in American Water Development, a company which tried to circumvent Colorado water laws and gain control of one of the largest underground reservoirs of water in the world…..

I did a survey of the people down in the San Luis Valley. And I asked what will happen when Maurice Strong and William Ruckelshaus and others will pull 200,000 acre feet of water/year out of the San Luis Valley? It was unanimous that their land will turn into a wasteland, will turn into a desert. So here we have people at an environment congress that are waltzing 200 miles south that want to suck the aquifers dry and turn it into a desert. The hypocrisy is so deep.

What kind of madness are these World Order Caesars afflicted with? They hope to run the lives of people for generations to come. They are the same crowd who created a Hitler, arranged the assassination of Lincoln and Kennedy, and have indicated elsewhere that they want to drastically reduce the population of the world to make environment and development more “sustainable.”

7) If you look at the history of covert special operations, it’s all about securing a piece of land that has some valuable resource. Once the resource is identified, special ops figures out the most efficient way to suppress or extinguish the population that is unfortunate enough to live near it.

The technology of “biophysical information transfer” is so advanced that it is often passed off as “alien.”  In a lawsuit filed against the National Security Agency in a District of Columbia federal courthouse (civil action 92-0449) a private citizen, John St. Clair Akwei, described the ultimate in electronic surveillance, Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM).  This device sends coded signals to the brain’s auditory cortex, he claims, communicates directly with the brain “to debilitate subjects by stimulating auditory hallucinations characteristic of paranoid schizophrenia.  Without contact with the subject, Remote Neural Monitoring can map out electrical activity from the visual cortex of a subject’s brain (on) a video monitor.  NSA operatives see what the surveillance subject’s eyes are seeing.   Visual memory can also be seen. RNM can send images direct to the visual cortex, bypassing the eyes and optic nerves.  NSA operatives can use this surreptitiously to put images into a surveillance subject’s brain while in REM sleep for brain programming purposes.

The paranormal fantasies spun by Ed Dames, a veteran of the CIA’s UFO Working Group, could be interpreted as a blind for illegal mind control experiments and the harassment of subjects or anyone falling into disfavor with the intelligence community.   In fact, the deep history of Psi-Tech is a story of a much larger movement, one that thrives on the spread of religious programming, “alien” invasions and other forms of irrational belief.   The surface of the underground movement swarms with seemingly delusional quasi-mystical savants. 

Beneath, a hidden world of terror- with origins in the waste of the war-struck Europe and the beating hearts of some of Nazi Germany’s most ruthless military scientists.  From these cold chambers exploded many of the mysteries that have since riddled the postwar world.

The CIA’s use of cult cut-outs was advanced by a visit to Elizabeth Kubler-Ross, whose knowledge of the occult underground served as the map or forging alliances.  Cults sprang up and proliferated throughout the 1960s, many with links to the munitions and intelligence empires.  The cults were on the rise.  In San Francisco, Anton LaVey’s “Magic Circle” the forerunner of the Church of Satan, was an elite society comprised of assorted eccentrics.  They enacted Egyptian rituals in celebration of Osiris, seances, black masses…. 28) John Pointdexter, ex-Admiral, convicted co-conspirator in Iran-Contra arms and drug smuggling network (aka “The Enterprise”) was creator and director of the Total Information Awareness (TIA) program, which he referred to as “the Manhattan Project for Counterterrorism.” 

From Wikipedia: Total Information Awareness (TIA) was a mass detection program by the United States Information Awareness Office. It operated under this title from February to May 2003 before being renamed Terrorism Information Awareness.  Based on the concept of predictive policing, TIA was meant to correlate detailed information about people in order to anticipate and prevent terrorist incidents before execution (webmaster: i.e., pre-crime.) The program modeled specific information sets in the hunt for terrorists around the globe.   According to Senator Ron Wyden, TIA was the “biggest surveillance program in the history of the United States”.

Congress defunded the Information Awareness Office in late 2003 after media reports criticized the government for attempting to establish “Total Information Awareness” over all citizens. Although the program was formally suspended, other government agencies later adopted some of its software with only superficial changes. TIA’s core architecture continued development under the code name “Basketball.” According to a 2012 New York Times article, TIA’s legacy was “quietly thriving” at the National Security Agency (NSA).

II. Introduction

I begin this final chapter of my extended series, “Is Crestone/Baca, Colorado, the “Vatican City of the New World Order: An Expose of the New World Religion,” with the above quotes because I believe they reveal what Crestone/Baca’s New Age-UN Agenda 2030 community is really all about.  Yes, 31 epigraph quotes is a bit excessive!   However, I ask the reader to ponder these statements carefully, as I have, for doing so can help lift the veil of deception that still engulfs this “Potempkin Village” (false-front) community of “love and light.”

“All war is based on deception,” observed Chinese military genius, Sun Tzu.   I submit that this extended series proves that America has been under “unconventional warfare” attack by “globalists forces” within the United Nations, the Committee of 300 and other foreign networks, in cooperation with local traitors, idealists, lackeys, and “useful idiots,” for many decades.   Indeed, the New Age movement itself is part of this Tavistock Institute/Psychological Warfare Division of the British Army’s unconventional-psychological warfare offensive against America and western civilization (Cumbey, 1983, 1986).  This has occurred with the full complicity of the American military-intelligence-corporate sector, i.e., “military-industrial complex.”

I embarked upon this 12-year project immediately upon retiring from a 30-year career as a university geography professor in California.  I had just moved to live full-time in the magnificent mountain town of Crestone/Baca, Colorado.   During my attempts to protect my community, nation, and myself from the coordinated depredations of these “alien forces” (that is, my forays into community activism) between about 2006 and 2013, I had already discovered that Crestone/Baca is a highly-controlled “company town” whose owners and controllers, for the most part, live elsewhere and whose politics are influenced by groups and individuals (spies, agents provacateur, etc.) that have infiltrated our community to advance United Nations-New World Order agendas.  Appendices 1, 3, 4, 10, and 30 of this series document my activism efforts on behalf of this community and nation.  Figure 1 below lists many of the most powerful institutions of the “West’s Transnational Oligarcy.”

In this regard, Operation Crestone/Baca should be seen as a hostile military operation with multiple functions.   Globalist-aligned groups identified herein include the United Nations, Maurice and Hanne Strong’s Manitou Foundation, the Crestone Spiritual Alliance, Subud, the Aspen Institute, the Lindisfarne Foundation, the US Department of Defense, CIA, MI6, local, state and federal law enforcement, and their many local minions, dupes, and lackeys.

The coordinated infiltration, sabotage, and capture of Crestone/Baca and Saguache County, Colorado were/are part of the United Nations-New World Order “globalist” plan to wrest control of America’s land and resources, overthrow the United States and other sovereign governments, and suppress, kill off, transhumanize, and/or enslave the vast majority of citizens via UN Agenda 21/2030 mandates.   Per quote #3 above, Maurice Strong stated in his opening address at the 1992 Rio Earth Summit that the ruling elite had “the responsibility to bring about the “collapse of industrial civilization” in order to “save the environment.””   Can you grasp the colossal insanity of that statement?   Maurice Strong, a high school dropout no less, intends to “save the planet” by destroying Western civilization!?   We have entered “insanityland?”  Concomitant with the Rio Earth Summit in 1992, UN Agenda 21 operatives attempted to covertly pass a Biodiversity Treaty through the US Congress that would have excluded American citizens from half of the landmass of the coterminous United States (See Figure 2).  Incidentally, Maurice Strong was also mentor to World Economic Forum’s director, Klaus Schwab, the current principle advocate of the neo-fuedalist/fascistic “Fourth Industrial Revolution” now being implemented worldwide under the cover of the Covid plandemic/scamdemic.

This extended series is now huge.  It includes 13 parts (chapters) and a whopping 174 appendices (See Table of Contents: Is Crestone/Baca the “Vatican City of the New World Order?”).   The amount of information contained herein is so voluminous that it may be impossible to present a concise summary of even some of the major points.  But I will try!

III. The Honorable Maurice Strong, UN Agenda 21, and Crestone/Baca, Colorado

Upon my retirement in the fall of 2011, I had the time, energy, and motivation to investigate some rather urgent issues raised in a 1996 speech by Tom DeWeese of the American Policy Center.  He stated:

What does Maurice Strong have to do with American property rights?  Everything.  The assault on property rights, the entire radical environmental agenda, is being driven by the United Nations.  And Maurice Strong is the number one force behind UN environmental policy.   Maurice Strong is the leader of a radical contingent of environmentalists that believe that technology and modern industrialization must be stopped.  Radical greens believe that all of man’s activities on earth are harmful and therefore not sustainable.  They believe that man is a cancer on the earth.  Their goal is to slowly cut back and finally reduce human habitat to specific areas while the rest of the world is turned into wilderness.   

Maurice Strong and his buddies are the driving force behind a New Age pagan religion known as Gaia.  And it is pure nature worship.  The Strongs own a 63,000-acre ranch in Colorado known as Baca Grande… Baca Grande, Strong believes, is the Vatican City of the New World Order. 

Maurice Strong is also a director of the Temple of Understanding in New York City, where pagan rituals and earth-worshipping ceremonies include escorting sheep and cattle to the alter for blessing.  Elephants and camels walk the isles.  A soprano sax is used to create the sound of a wolf moaning its extinction at the hands of man.  Here, Vice President Al Gore delivered a sermon, as worshippers marched to the alter with bowls of compost and worms…

Was the “Honorable Maurice Strong” really “the most dangerous man on earth?”   Strong wore a bewildering number and assortment of hats.  Among them, he was Secretary-General of the United Nations Conference on the Human Environment (1972), the UN Conference on Environment and Development (UNCED or Rio Earth Summit of 1992), and UN Conference on Sustainable Development (Rio+20 Summit of 2012).  Widely celebrated in the media as “The Wizard of the Baca,” “Planetary Savior,” and “Godfather of Crestone/Baca,” Strong, along with his Danish wife, Hanne, was at the center of the New Age-New World Order makeover foisted upon our tiny community of Crestone/Baca, our nation, and our world.

I present extensive information on Strong, his UN connections, and UN Agenda 21 (2030) in Part I and Appendices 2, 5, 6, 18, 100, 101, 111, 112, 117, 133, 135, 142, 155, and 156 of this series.  “Chairman Mo” was: a) founder of the UN Environmental Program (UNEP) as well as innumerable other UN environmental agencies and initiatives, b) the billionaire CEO of seemingly countless corporations and agencies, c) friend and confidant of such NWO titans as the Rockefellers and Rothschilds, d) a world class robber baron billionaire in his own right, and, according to Dewar (1985), and e) a spy with British intelligence (MI6).  Strong joined the Board of Directors of Arizona-Colorado Land and Cattle Company in the late 1970s and in 1985 assumed ownership of one of its major properties, the 140,000 acre Luis Maria de Baca Grande Grant #4.   The next year he made a bid to extract trillions of dollars from Colorado by siphoning off the priceless water from one of North America’s largest aquifers that lies beneath the San Luis Valley in Colorado!

In “The Conspirators Hierarchy: The Committee of 300” (2006), ex-MI6 intelligence analyst, Dr. John Coleman, identified Maurice Strong as a member of the Committee of 300 that has long ruled the Anglo-American Empire.   Information presented in this series, in toto, suggests that Strong was/is a frontman for the Committee of 300/global financial elite’s interests, i.e., the New World Order.  Thus, he brought “The Committee’s” and the United Nations’ vision, connections, wealth, and resources to bear on our sparsely-populated but resource-rich Sagauche County.  According to Colemen, Committee of 300 members identify themselves as “the Olympians,” “Moriah Conquering Wind,” “the Darker Forces,” “the Magicians,” “the Cult of Dionysius,” “the Cult of Isis,” “the Cults of Catharsis, Gnostics, and Bogomils,” or simply, “the military-industrial complex.”   They are the inheritors of the Illuminati secret society.  They believe they are above God.

The list of present and past Committee of 300 members includes the British and other European Royal families, Baron Edmond de Rothschild, David Rockefeller, Sir John Rawlings Reese, Sir Winston Churchill, Henry Kissinger, Sir Aldous Huxley, Colonel Edward Mandel House, Lord Arthur Balfour, Sir Halford John Mackinder, Warren Buffet, George H.W. I never collaborated with Mr. Irvin or consulted his work during 99% of the writing of this series.  Yet these diagrams present many of the connections I made throughout my research and writings, thus helping to independently confirmation these networks of influence.  Specifically, they confirm that Crestone, CO is: 1) a locus of New World Order-UN Agenda 21/2030-world government activity, and 2) is a (CIA) MKULTRA cult!  It is no coincidence, then, that in Figure 3-J: MKULTRA CULTS, Crestone, CO is associated with many names and institutions which I reference and/or provide in-depth information about in this series.  These include L. Ron Hubbard and the Church of Scientology, Michael Murphy and the Esalen Institute, Findhorn (New Age-Intelligence Cult), Heaven’s Gate (New Age-Intelligence Cult), Jonestown (New Age-Intelligence Cult), the Church (Senate) Committee, Aleister Crowley, the Church of Satan (New Age-Intelligence Cult), “The Battle For The Mind” by William Sargent, as well as “gurus and spiritual frauds.”

In “Cloak of Green” (1985) Elaine Dewar reports that as a former British MI6 spy, Maurice Strong delighted in finding multiple purposes for his projects in a process intel agencies refer to as “function stacking.”  The evidence in this series, reinforced by the above diagrams, indicates the covert purposes of “Operation Crestone/Baca” include:

a) theft and/or permanent control of our land, water, and mineral resources, via their “swarming” our community with on-the-ground agents in support of local, regional, national, and international UN Agenda 21/2030 policies which these agents implement,

b) creating a base of operations for Manitou Foundation to help organize and “sell” the “new paradigm” (ecospirituality, religious syncretism, mother GAIA worship, green new deal, green energy, the global warming fraud, etc.) of the 1992 UNCED Rio Earth Summit/Agenda 21 (Agenda for the 21st century),

3) syncretizing/melding (destruction of) the world’s religions and their replacement with the “New World Religion” a blend of New Age philosophy, the “green new deal” (climate change-related energy restrictions), GAIA earth worship, Luciferianism, witchcraft, military-police state surveillance and repression, Judeo-Masonic-satanism, and establishment of the fourth world “wilderness of the mind” cum cybernetic/transhumanism through mind control operations.

4) the continuation and operational deployment of CIA MKULTRA mind control/cult research and experimentation upon nonconsensual human research subjects (including spiritual seekers, locals, activists, others) with the ultimate goals of:

a) total population control (“full spectrum dominance” and “Mastering The Human Domain” of the military and police),

b) “total information control” aka organized stalking-electronic harassment (OS-EH), the so-called “targeted individual program” and

c) the creation of a global (Luciferian) hive mind/Buddhafield consciousness (aka Pentagon AI-cloud hive mind) that incorporates intra-body nanotechnologies from chemtrails and Covid injection bioweapons with use of electromagnetic frequencies.

5) the implementation of the New World Order/New World Religion/one world government/British Israel World Federation/New Order of Barbarians/neo-feudalism-communism under communitarian law.  Aka “the Antichrist Kingdom,”  Jewish Utopia, “Tikkun Olam” (Hebrew for “the repairing of the world”), and the Synagogue of Satan.

I discuss all these aspects of Operation Crestone/Baca at length in this series and in my other websites.

Following is a brief synopsis of some of the other MKULTRA cults featured in Figure 3-J above.  These are discussed in much greater detail in Parts VIII and IX of this series:

1. Findhorn Ecovillage:   While meditating, Eileen Caddy, co-founder of the Findhorn Ecovillage New Age Community in Scotland, began hearing the “voice of God” in the 1960s.  She “channeled” numerous books by transcribing “the voice.”   The fact that her two husbands were British and American intelligence officers and that the Findhorn “spiritual community” was located on the northern Scottish coast adjacent to Kingloss Royal Air Force Base, suggests she was actually “channeling” human voices via synthetic telepathy weapons (aka Voice of God/V2K/microwave hearing).

2.  Another presumed “Manchurian channeler” was Helen Schucman, a Jewish psychology professor at Columbia University, a hotbed of CIA mind-control activity.  In 1976, Schucman purportedly began hearing the “voice of Jesus” and transcribing “A Course in Miracles.”  (Many Christians regard the heretical theology presented in “A Course in Miracles” to be demonically inspired). 

3. Heaven’s Gate and Jonestown (The People’s Temple) were two CIA MKULTRA cult projects that went so wrong that all members were “suicided,” that is, executed by special forces in a US Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) hit.   Work by independent researchers indicates that Jonestown was one of many joint CIA-US military mind control and enslavement experiments.   People’s Temple cult members were predominantly black and mentally handicapped.  They had been airlifted to Guyana after being released from mental hospitals in California when Governor Ronald Reagan cut the funding for California’s mental health programs.

4. The Church of Scientology is a UFO-mind control cult founded by Naval Intelligence Officer, L. Ron Hubbard.   Hubbard was a friend and associate of British occultist, Cambridge graduate, and MI6 operative, Aleister Crowley, aka “The Beast” and “666.”  Scientologists who try to leave the cult are typically gangstalked by other cult members in a process termed “Fair Game.”  In Part IX: NWO ‘Slavemasters’ & Our ‘Absolute Slavery’ Via Intel Ops, Mind Control, Scientology, Cults, Torture, 9/11, & “Voices of God”: 2 Timelines (962 – 2012 AD) of this series, we learn that (L. Ron) Hubbard “expected Scientologists to support every goal of the New World Order…. (including) a) elimination of international boundaries, b) one world government, c) one world bank, d) one world currency, and e) a one world army.  Go figure!

5.  The Esalen Institute, co-founded by Michael Murphey, “collects a huge amount of research by CIA and MKULTRA doctors,” according to reddit.com.  Esalen was/is closely associated with the Human Potential Movement which also continued MKULTRA mind control programs after the Church Senate Committee of 1977 exposed some of these nefarious CIA mind control operations.

6. Finally,  the Church of Satan was founded by Anton LaVey (born Howard Stanton Levey), who was also the “handler” of Monarch-mind controlled sex slave, Marilyn Monroe.

The pattern that emerges here is one of cults created by the CIA, US Navy and other branches of military-intelligence in order to covertly continue MKULTRA-type mind control experiments and programs after these programs were allegedly shut down.

Activities within these cults include “Manchurian channeling” (broadcasting voices to victims’ brains via pulsed microwave signals called “Voice of God” weapons), the creation of mind-control slaves through use of trauma (torture)-based mind control per the MONARCH military mind control protocols, gangstalking and “suiciding” (murder/disposal) of cult members and political enemies, etc., and tight control over cult members and communities by military-intelligence “handlers.”   Based on Crestone/Baca’s “alleged” association with these MKULTRA cults in the above figures and in information presented throughout this series, do you think any or all of these activities occur in Crestone/Baca?  Absolutely yes.

To draw out these connections further, in DoD-CIA Bluebird, Artichoke, MKULTRA and related mind control programs of the very early 1950s, it was deemed necessary to conduct “terminal experiments” on human test subjects.  Of course, this resulted in the death of some human test subjects.  Thus, “disposal” of test subjects became a necessity.  I believe that gangstalking protocols fulfill this “disposal” requirement in addition to other intelligence agency objectives.   Organized stalking-electronic torture-Satanic Ritual Abuse is “the perfect crime” because if/when “targeted individuals” (TIs) complain of being harassed by groups of strangers and/or assaulted by electronic directed energy and neuroweapons, they can be smeared and diagnosed as crazy and then institutionalized.  This “psychiatric reprisal” has been used in many totalitarian nations to discredit and eliminate political enemies, expendable human test subjects, and others over the past century.  These totalitarian states include the Soviet Union, communist East Germany, fascist Germany, the United States, Canada, UK, and others.

The following two diagrams from Nico Haupt of the New York 911 Truth Movement provide a visual timeline for global mind control operations (Figures 4 and 5 below, from “The OSS-Tavistock MindControl Cult- 9/11 Truthling Infiltration Timeline,” (http://911closeup.com/nico/911truthling_cult4.html).  These figures help to further clarify some of these cult relationships (from Part IX: NWO ‘Slavemasters’ & Our ‘Absolute Slavery’ Via Intel Ops, Mind Control, Scientology, Cults, Torture, 9/11, & “Voices of God”: 2 Timelines (962 – 2012 AD)).

The timeline begins with the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations (upper left of diagram), founded in Tavistock Square in London in 1920.  In Part V of this series, we learned that Tavistock is the world’s brainwashing center (Coleman, 2006).  Nico Haupt explains the linkages and the chain of command:

(Tavistock’s) network extends from the University of Sussex to the U.S. through the Stanford Research Institute, Esalen (George Schultz, Bechtel), MIT, Hudson Institute, Heritage Foundation, Center of Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) at Georgetown, where State Department personnel are trained, US Air Force Intelligence, and the Rand and Mitre corporations.   A network of secret groups, the Mont Pelerin Society, Trilateral Commission, Ditchley Foundation, and the Club of Rome is conduit for instructions to Tavistock…. The entire OSS program, as well as the CIA has always worked on guidelines set up by the Tavistock Institute.  Included in the OSS program is also Nazi technology, later officially used for the Atomic Bomb and NASA.

Figure 5 (below) shows critical developments in mind control programs in the 1990’s, including the Osho Rajneesh/Osho International cult, the worldwide web, hangout versions of Simulacron II, and “Urantiagate.”  The 2000’s see the implementation of Operation 9/11 as “Logic Reality Paradox,” and the Orwellian infiltration success of the 9/11 Truthling Movement “cult” by Byron Belitsos and Les Jamieson of the Urantia cult, followed by that of David Ray Griffin (CFR, “One World Government” advocate), Dr. Steven E. Jones (DOD, “exotic weaponry”), and Robert Bowman (DOD and former head of “Star Wars” project in 1980’s).

These figures and accompanying timelines help identify the “who, what, when, where, and why” of Operation 9/11.

In addition to the information presented throughout this series, reinforced in the flow chart diagrams above, support for the  assertion that Crestone/Baca is an MKULTRA cult includes Alex Constantine’s “Virtual Government: CIA Mind Control Operations in America,” (1997) (epigraph quote 8 above):

8) “… the CIA had chosen to move mind control experimentation from academic and military labs into the community.   An inner circle of Heironymous scientists experimented on cult devotees, and sometimes collaborated in mass murder to silence the subjects (Jonestown, SLA, Solar Temple).   It was a marriage of convenience.  Occult societies are secretive.   They follow direction.  They exist in corners of a society that ignores them.

… electronics are the beating heart of mind control because CIA scientists discovered years ago that any breakthroughs they may have enjoyed with hypnosis and drugs they could more easily and dependably reproduce with remote brain technology- and since the subject never lays eyes on his tormentors, they need not fear exposure.  EM (electromagnetic) stimulation of the brain and nervous system to control or punish a human guinea pig is the perfect crime…”

Statements by Hanne Strong, Director of the Manitou Foundation, and Cheyenne Mandel in introductory quotes 13 and 14 above also lend support to this conclusion:

13) “You have to do “the work.” And everything is amplified by the energy here. So it helps you with your retreat. And most people, you know, if they do not do their spiritual work… you better take a hike out to the road and get out of here.”

(Webmaster: We may speculate that “the energy here” that amplifies people’s “spiritual work” to which Ms. Strong refers consists of neuroweapons/pulsed electromagnetic frequencies, etc.)

14)  “Crestone is a vortex. It is the  “crown chakra of the planet.”  And people just get brought in here.  They just kind of get sucked in here. And there’s a saying here: ‘You either get embraced by Crestone or you get spit out.’”

IV.  My Experiences in Crestone/Baca as Possible Nonconsensual Human Test Subject and Definite Targeted Individual (TI))

Some of my experiences in Crestone/Baca are relevant to this discussion.  I am certainly an example of one who has been first “embraced by Crestone” and then “spit out” as Cheyenne Mendel mentions in quote 14 above.  In fact, my very first experience in Crestone/Baca is relevant.   I had been a friend of “the Carmelites” (aka The Spiritual Life Institute of America, SLIA) since 1968 when I was a student at Prescott College.  At that time, their “Nada” hermitage, located in Sedona, Arizona, was staffed only by Fr. William McNamara and his administrative assistant, Tessa Bielecki.  The “Carmelite” community grew in numbers over the years and, in 1983, they were the first spiritual group to be invited to join the “Refuge For World Truths” in Crestone/Baca by the Manitou Foundation.   In about 1985/86, upon completing partial construction of their new facilities, the monks and “nunks” of the SLIA hosted a celebration-party-program for friends and supporters.   I was invited, came, and was very impressed with the beautiful Crestone/Baca-Sangre de Cristo mountain area.

The principle speaker at the event was Michael Murphy, reportedly a friend of SLIA’s founder Fr. William McNamara.   Co-founder of the Esalen Institute in Big Sur, CA and a key figure in the Human Potential Movement, Murphy made a memorable presentation.  Murphy waxed eloquent about the importance of finding ways for humans to achieve “peak performance,” for example, how champion athletes can get “in the zone.”   Esalen had grown out of the 60’s counter-culture-New Age movements and was famous for hosting expensive conferences in Big Sur, California that featured hot tubs, nudity, and spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean.  Esalen also “collected a huge amount of data from CIA and MKULTRA doctors” (wikipedia) and was integrally associated with the Human Potential Movement which continued MKULTRA research and experimentation even these crimes were exposed and outlawed by the Church Senate Committee hearings in 1977.

Of course, I was ignorant of these connections at the time.  But please note that Michael Murphy and his Esalen Institute are listed in connection with MKULTRA Cults in Figure 3-J above, along with numerous other intelligence and CIA-spawned cults, including Jonestown, Heavens Gate, the Church of Satan, the Church of Scientology, and Findhorn Ecovillage.   And these same cults are featured in Nico Haupt’s 9/11 Truthling Infiltration Timeline (Figures 4 and 5).

Don’t get me wrong.  Like many others, I loved the SLIA Carmelites and greatly admired and respected their charismatic and dynamic founder, Fr. William McNamara.   Having been raised a Unitarian, however, I was not able to discern that Fr. William was actually a fairly radical “New Age Priest.”   In retrospect, I can identify at least three reasons why his community might have been invited to join Manitou Foundation’s “Refuge of World Truths” cum New World Religion:

1) “Fr. Willie” was a strong advocate of Jesuit priest-paleontologist and Darwinist, Teilhard de Chardin’s rather heretical ideas.  de Chardin (1881-1955), considered the “prophet of a “new Christianity” centered on evolution”, was “known for his theory that man is evolving, mentally and socially, toward a final spiritual unity, the Omega Point” or “noosphere” which he regarded as “an apex of thought/consciousness” (from wikipedia).   The “noosphere” “would be the result of the interactions of increasing activity of human networks creating a highly charged “thinking layer.” This idea would certainly appeal to globalists and military-intelligence people trying to create a global (AI) hive mind they can completely control.  In other words, de Chardin’s “noosphere” may be an apt description of the Pentagon-DARPA-AI-cloud (BEAST) system aka “fourth world battle for the collective mind” (per Figure 3-H above) now being constructed worldwide,  US military-intelliegenc’s demonic attempt to control everyone’s mind via asserting “full spectrum dominance” over everything and everyone and “Mastering the Human Domain” (per the Jade Helm military drill of 2015 and UWEX-16 (Unconventional Warfare Exercise of 2016) could be construed by globalist psychopaths as “the Omega Point” of history.

2) McNamara was a personal friend of Rabbi Abraham Heschel, who helped convince the Catholic leadership of Vatican II to reverse 2,000 years of doctine so as to exonerate “the Jews” of any guilt for the crucifixion of Jesus Christ.

3) McNamara authored “Earthy Mysticism” among other several other books.  His “earth-centered mysticism” was/is compatible with the UN’s worship of Gaia, the earth goddess and the Masonic syncretization of all religions into a “new world religion” headed by the “Universal Church,” that is, Catholicism, the “universal church.”  (See references to the Gaia Hypothesis in Figures 3-J (MKULTRA Cults) and 3–H (Fourth World Battle For the Collective Mind) above.)

Fr. William was one of my heroes and I do not mean to denigrate him or his efforts.  I am strictly trying to understand, via 20/20 hindsight, what happened in Crestone/Baca.  I also note as friend and associate of the Carmelites, that Fr. William spent most of his time in California rather than at the Nada hermitage during the period between 1985 and 2003.  In 2003, the Carmelite community banished him from the community he had founded in 1960, presumably for womanizing.  He denied these charges, but was nonetheless unceremoneously kicked out and “de-frocked.”   The “coup of 2003” resulted in a radical downsizing of the Carmelite community as a number of priests, brothers, monks, and nunks left the SLIA at that time.

After a few years of “wandering in the wilderness,” the indefatigable Fr. William established another Catholic contemplative retreat center, his fourth, on the border of California and Oregon.   I visited him there in about 2010 shortly before he died.  His comment to me about his friend, Rabbi Abraham Heschel:  “He never once mentioned the name of Jesus Christ.”  His comment regarding his ouster in 2003:  “It was a mutiny.”  (Knowing what I know now, I suspect this “coup” was engineered by the New World Order team that controls Crestone/Baca.)

Fr. William was extremely ecumenical.    SLIA members, including co-foundress, Tessa Bielecki, were encouraged to engage in extended “inter-faith dialogues” with Tibetan Buddhists in Boulder, CO in the late 1980s.  I attended one of these conferences.   I had already taken a trekking and mountain climbing trip to Nepal and Tibet in 1986-87 and begun reading and studying books by Tibetan Buddhist masters.  In about 1996 or 1997, I attended a Dzogchen retreat in Pagosa Springs led by the young Tibetan Buddhist teacher, Tsoknyi Rinpoche.  From approximatey the late 1990s to 2011, I studied and practiced the Tibetan form of Buddhism.   For quite a while, I made a concerted effort to hold both Christian and Buddhist worldviews simultaneously, as Fr. William’s ecumanism seemed to encourage.  However, this proved impossible for me.

Christian author, Texe Marrs, has produced audio programs, entitled “The Ways of the Serpent,” in which he asserts that the implantation of the “double mind” is satan’s principle strategy!  George Orwell referred to “double-think” as “having the ability of holding two contradictory worldviews in your head at the same time.”  His examples were: “war is peace,” “freedom is slavery,” and ignorance is strenth.”   However, implantation of the “double mind” is prelude to dissociation and the enslavement of the mind.  As James 1:8 states: “a double-minded man, is unstable in all his ways.”  Likewise, in Peter 3:8, we learn: “Finally, be ye all of one mind, having compassion one of another, love as brethren, be pitiful, be courteous.”

I certainly do not wish to attempt a comparative analysis of these two traditions here!  More to the point of relating my relevant experiences in Crestone/Baca, when I attended mass with the Carmelites, a man from Scotland named Martin Maccauley generally occupied the front row on the far right side in the church next to the wall.   I mention this because Maccauley often acted a lot like, well, an MI6 spy… which I suspect he was/is.   As per introductory quote # 22, Maccauley reportedly stated:  “The important thing is to keep things stirred up.”   I saw him in “downtown” Crestone one day while I was walking my two dogs.  “Nice cats,” was his only greeting.  In Part XII of this series I report that when I tried to run for the Baca Grande Property Owners Association Board of Directors, Maccauley wrote a smear piece about me that appeared in the Crestone Eagle’s letters to the editor.  Entitling his letter “Dr. Karlstrom and Mr. Hyde,” Maccauley listed some of the valid, truthful conclusions on my websites, but cast them as ridiculous lies.   He concluded by admonishing locals not to vote for this, you guessed it, “anti-semitic conspiracy-theorist.”

And when I attended Tsoknyi Rinpoche’s Tibetan Buddhist teachings, another Brit named Mark Eliot, said to have MI6 connections (i.e., MI6 parents), generally sat near the right front of the students, often glancing around the room and surveying the meditators.  At a local restaurant, I overheard Eliot confide quietly to Hanne Strong, “they are the kind of people we want here.“   What kind of people do you want in Crestone, Mr. Eliot, British MI6 spy and community handler?  And who are “we?”

I wonder now whether these British blokes, who apparently have been monitoring and handling our community, were especially monitoring and handling the Buddhist meditators and Catholic parishoners and probably other local spiritual groups as well for nonconsensual, noninvasive mind control/behavioral control experiments.   If indeed, Crestone/Baca is/was utilized for covert mind monitoring, mind reading, mind mapping, or mind manipulation experiments, as I suspect, British intelligence (MI6) may well have been involved in the operation and these two may have been doing a lot more than simply their own spiritual practice!

Now fast forward to about 2008.   I’m still a fairly serious student, meditator, and practitioner of Tibetan Buddhism.   By now, I have a considerable library of both Christian and Buddhist books.   I have notebooks full of “teachings” from Buddhist masters, including the Dalai Lama himself.   My house is within very short walking distance of Tsoknyi Rinpoche’s retreat land and teaching facilities.  I’m still a Full Professor of Geography at California State University, Stanislaus in Turlock, CA, but I have been granted a sabbatical leave to conduct research and I’m spending that time in Crestone.

There are only 6 houses on Peaceful Way, the long, winding street where I live.  But that particular fall, a Swedish lady, “Trillium Seafyre” (real name: Jenny Larson), who was formerly employed as a banker in London, had rented the house immediately downhill from mine (973 Peaceful Way).  “Trillium” had taken time off from her banking career to meditate with a Buddhist group led by Alan B. Wallace, a University of Massachussetts, Amherst professor and author.  The house across the street from mine (940 Peaceful Way) was simultaneously occupied by a young Jewish-Buddhist couple from New York City, Nick and Michelle, who were also part of Wallace’s group.   Nick was a stock broker on Wall Street and one of Al Gore’s “global warming-climate change” ambassadors/evangelists.   They were all embarking on a “silent retreat” so I talked with them only briefly.

Please hang in there, dear reader, this is going somewhere.  Dr. Alan B. Wallace, Nick, Michelle, and Trillium’s teacher, is author of a number of books on the relationship between Buddhism and modern physics, neuroscience, science,etc. including these listed with the Santa Barbara Institute:

These titles demonstrate Wallace’s orientation towards the scientific study of Buddhist meditation.   How do you scientifically investigate meditation?  Standard procedure utilizes remote measurement of brain waves by electroencephalography (EEG), Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), and a variety of other noninvasive methods well known to the medical, academic, and the military-intelligence establishments.   In fact, studies that focus on monitoring, measuring, and manipulating brainwaves have been conducted by military and intelligence agencies, medical facilities, and academic institutions since 1955 at least!  Indeed, electronic methods of mind influencing, monitoring, mapping, and manipulation have been the predominant focus of the CIA-military-medical establishments’ MKULTRA and related programs since about 1960!  Moreover, the Dalai Lama’s Life Sciences Foundation has long been conducting similar experiments on meditaters.

Now we can begin to connect some dots and experiences…. What do MKULTRA cults (Crestone, CO), the Esalen Institute, the Human Potential Movement, the Dalai Lama’s Life Sciences Foundation, and Alan B. Wallace’s team of Buddhist students, meditators, and academics all seem to have in common?   Among other things….. the study, monitoring, harvesting, and manipulation of brain waves.

Parenthetically, during that fall, I noticed that a UPS truck delivered an inordinate number of large boxes and packages to Nick and Michelle rented residence at 940 Peaceful Way.   Might this have been equipment for brain monitoring?   If so, whose brain(s) was/were being monitored?  Since they had all moved immediately next to and across the street from my house, might they have been capturing and measuring my brain waves?   Or might they have been targeting the meditators at Tsoknyi Rinpoche’s nearby retreat center?    Or both?  Might they have been involved in the sale or “trading” of my (or our) brain waves to a variety of other institutions?

Incidentally, the UN term for organized stalking-electronic harassment is “cybertorture.”   Per the diagram below, “cybertorture” is “the mining of brain data.”   The people who are subjected to “cybertorture” and “the mining of brain data” are called “targeted individuals.”

As a “targeted individual” (TI), I am in contact with many other TIs.  Many of them believe that they (we) actually have “owners” and “renters,” i.e., we are “human trafficked” into secret brain, behavioral, and torture studies which are highly lucrative for the contractors involved.

Trillium (Jenny), Nick and Michelle seemed like nice people.  They wouldn’t be involved in enrolling others into nonconsensual human experiments that involve 24/7 surveillance, targeting, torture, and covert brain monitoring and manipulation would they?  I don’t know.  But this is exactly how the “TI program” works.

As a practicing Buddhist, and then Christian, and, indeed, a scientist myself, I surely wouldn’t object to the scientific study of the brain waves of spiritual practitioners would I?   If this research includes nonconsensual human experimentation, torture, and removal of civil liberties of human test subjects, as is the case for millions of “targeted individuals” around the world, (including myself, and perphaps many other Crestone/Baca residents for decades), I most certainly would object.  And I definitely do not grant my consent.

So.  What are the odds that three members of an academic-scientific-Buddhist meditation group who also happen to be representatives of Wall Street and the City of London banking and/or brokerage institutions would simultaneously move into homes immediately next to my house on a tiny street in a tiny town at the same time that I’m there?   I’d say the probability of this happening by chance is very low- indeed, approaching zero.

Again, many targeted individuals are aware that they/we are trafficked.  To highlight the revelations of Dr. James Giordano, “neuroweaponologist” and neuroscientist at Geogetown University and consultant for DARPA (the DoD’s Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) and the European Union’s Human Brain Project (in epigraph quote #29 above):

“Neuroscience captures $175 billion dollars annual market space…. The brain is the next battlespace…. We are targeting the brain…. We need to recon (the) target area (i.e., the domestic population) in order to: 1) acquire viable targets and 2) avoid collateral damage. Like (in) any race, the morbidity and mortality, going at this speed… is real.

We are tracking neurological or brain signatures of key targeted individuals that are thought to represent whole groups. If I understand how his or her brain works and do this on a broad enough scale, I can develop patterns and I can use this in ways that informs my intelligence; this force multiplies and synergizes my human intelligence (HUMINT), my signals intelligence (SIGINT), and my communications intelligence (COMINT). NEURINT (Neuro intelligence) coupled with assessment and access gives me these capabilities….”

Similarly, in quote #30 above, Dr. James Canton, CEO of Globalfutures, Inc.,states:

“Neural nets at the core of AI involve over a trillion dollars of financial trading… So neuro is likely a game changer, and it has much larger impact domains when it’s in the wild (webmaster: i.e., secretly used against “targets” in society)…. Neuronal self-assembly and nano-technology…. one of the factors of neuro-science – The dark side is the weaponization of these technologies… These (Cuban and Chinese) embassy attacks are directed, purposeful, and targeted at a particular population that is targeted and chosen…” Neurotechnology will drive the next “hybrid war,” which has already started… Everything that can be made can be hacked. Neuro-hacking includes the ability to create thoughts and blend it with AI. These devices that we think were used externally or possibly internally (in the Cuban embassy attacks). Or they are are tied to other sensors, or flyables, drones… Neuro-hacking allows us to adjust memories at the nano-scale.”

Hmmm.  Giordano says “neuro S/T” (neuroscience and technology) is a $175 billion/year business while Canton says it and related life-extension studies involve over a trillion dollars of financial trading…… That’s big money!   That kind of money could certainly bring Wall Street and City of London fianciers to Crestone/Baca.  It might bring them to Peaceful Way in Crestone, CO, the street where I live, especially if I were the target of the brain study!

Do these factoids factor into the explanation(s) for how and why I have been targeted?    The 2013 movie, “The Flame” has this subtitle: “Finding Gold In Crestone, Colorado.”   Yes, people used to mine gold here.   But what is the gold today?  Is it the priceless water in the San Luis Valley aquifer, reportedly worth trillions?   Or is it free access to nonconsensual test subjects’ brainwaves so these can be sold, monitored, manipulated, degraded, enhanced, altered, and/or destroyed at will?  I suspect it has always included both of these “commondities.”

Fast forward to about 2019.   The Carmelites (SLIA) finally found a buyer for their retreat center in the Baca:  The Center for Contemplative Research (CCR) (Center For Contemplative Research).  Amazingly, this group is headed by the aforementioned Professor Alan B. Wallace.  I visited the former Nada Hermitage soon after the new occupants moved in and talked with a psychology professor from UC Santa Barbara named Robin who was on sabatical leave there.   She explained to me that EEGs and other brain wave patterns (from local meditators and residents?) are gathered and analyzed there and shared with academics and medical people all over the world!    These expert neuroscientists, psychologists, cognitive researches, etc. have zoom conferences to discuss the data.  CCR’s Board of Directors include the following scientists and neuroscientists:

Are some of these people involved with research contracts to study (targeted) individuals associated with the European Unions’ Human Brain Project?   Or perhaps with contracts to study brainwaves take from (targeted) individuals associated with DARPA’s B.R.A.I.N. (Brain Research Through Advancing Innovative Neurotechnologies®) Inititative?

So, we seem to have come full circle.  What seems to have begun as a covert extention of MKULTRA mind control experiments under the auspices of the Esalen Institute-Human Potential Movement-Spiritual Life Institute of America complex has now come out into the open with the Center for Contemplative Research.   One more factoid, dear readers.

As I stated earlier, I had great respect and affection for “the Carmelites” and was shocked and saddened by the breakup of their community during “the coup of 2003.”   I talked to different members of SLIA that left the community.  And I was very surprised to hear Tessa Bielecki, the co-foundress of SLIA, tell me that all the members of the community needed therapy for PTSD for at least five years after the breakup!   PTSD is “post traumatic stress disorder.”  It used to be known as “shell shock,” a term applied to soldiers who psychologically shut down after exposure to traumatic battle conditions.   I could scarcely believe this revelation from individuals that I thought were so spiritually advanced that they must have been living very close to God and Jesus.

Now that I have put the pieces together, I have a possible explanation for this phenomena:  Were the Carmelite priests, monks, and “nunks” also guinea pigs and “targets” in the Crestone, CO MKULTRA cult mind control experiment.   Were they traumatized via “the program” of “cybertorture?”   If so, this suggests, but does not prove, that either our entire community, or our spiritual groups in particular, may have been targeted with electromagnetic frequency (nonlethal) weapons for many decades.

It is worth repeating introductory quote #8:   “the CIA had chosen to move mind control experimentation from academic and military labs into the community.   An inner circle of Heironymous scientists experimented on cult devotees, and sometimes collaborated in mass murder to silence the subjects (Jonestown, SLA, Solar Temple).   It was a marriage of convenience.  Occult societies are secretive.   They follow direction.  They exist in corners of a society that ignores them. (From Constantine: “Virtual Government: CIA Mind Control Operations In America,” 1997)

These activities have been carried out by medical and academic professionals since before World War II.  It seems that neuroscientists, in their zeal to attain financial rewards and prestige, forget that the brains they are studying have owners. And that, in all likelihood, the brainwaves they are examining are coming from the tracking, targeting, torture and traumatizing of nonconsenting human test subjects.  In their passion to advance the science, they may forget that the brains’ owners are human beings with God-given civil rights and Constitutional guarantees of beingable to live free of “cruel and unusual punishment” and torture.  Torture and “cruel and unusual punishment” are certainly apt descriptions for the “targeted individual program.”  I would add two more synonym/descriptors for the TI program here:  “satanization” and “remote transhumanism.”

Webmaster’s Comment: Targeted individuals are essentially society’s lab rats; human sacrifices to Moloch and the gods of war, scientific progress, the CIA-academic-medical complex in partnership with the DoD (Department of Death) and NIH (National Institutes of Health).  Each TI is a “covert operation” subjected to nearly continuous covert psychological, physiological, and neurological operations (attacks) carried out by the military-intelligence-corporate-academic-medical complex in cooperation with large segments of civilian society, including organized crime. In “The CIA As Organized Crime, How Covert Operations Corrupt America and the World” (2017), Douglas Valentine observes that “to the CIA, we are all either cannon fodder or lab rats.” Millions of people, including the 400,000 “atomic soldiers,” the nearly 500,000 victims of “Gulf War Syndrome,” and military personnel that have been required to take the experimental gene-therapy jab, function in both capacities (lab rats AND cannon fodder).

Here is another of my relevant experiences in Crestone/Baca.   On about July 1, 2106, I was standing in my own living room facing north when I felt a powerful blow to the back of the head that knocked me to the floor.  BTW, I’m a 6’1, 230 pound former mountain climber and active hiker.  I am strong and have good balance.  I spent the next couple weeks on my living room couch, unable to walk, eat, or function normally.   I had to crawl on my hands and knees to go to the bathroom.   I did not go to the hospital or call anyone for help because I had experienced similar but less severe attacks previously and this time I had a pretty good idea I had been hit again by a directed energy/neuro (aka “nonlethal”) EM weapon.

At time, I was contacted via email by a woman, a stranger, named “Tiara Lusk” who claimed she lived in Idaho,  She wanted to talk to me on the phone, supposedly regarding some topic I had raised on one of my websites or radio interviews.  I was so weak that it took me two weeks to recover to the point where I could talk to anyone on the phone.  When I was finally able to talk again, my voice was extremely weak, soft, and hoarse.   I had needed two weeks to regain the strength to talk on the phone!   (I now realize, of course, that most probably Tiara Lusk’s “assignment”/job was to monitor me after the DEW attack.   Interestingly, when I talked to her, I noticed her caller ID stated “Brigham Young University”!  I speculate that she was a student, employee, or somehow otherwise affiliated with the BYU psychology department.   I make this connection because I have observed that other pscyhology students have also appeared in my life at strange times to monitor me and my movements.  Perhaps this is considered an “assignment,” a project, or extra credit for them?!  (Don’t forget they have 24/7 uberveillance on TIs and know where we are at all times.))

That summer, I experienced a suite of symptoms consistent with the symptoms of mind control victims documented in my gangstalkingmindcontrol.com website (Microwave Mind Control Symptoms & Published Evidence (by Cheryl Welsh, 2003)).   It may not be a coincidence that directed energy attacks on US and Canadian diplomats in the Cuban and Chinese embassies occurred a few months later in that fall of 2016 and throughout 2017.   Based on the now officially-documented suite of symptoms produced by these exotic weapons attacks at the embassies, the government devised a new term for this phenomena: “Havana Syndrome.”   However, I regard this as a sort of a “limited hangout” operation, a tactic by the CIA-military establishment.  After all, these kinds of covert electronic attacks on innocent civilians have been occurring since 1955 at least, with the full knowledge and participation of the US government!

I did not go to the hospital after this event (actually two events) in the summer of 2016.  Rather, I stayed home alone without any help whatsoever.  I did not inform anyone of the event/attack or reach out for help.  Nonetheless, two of my “friends,” Thad Englert and Don Tullos, dropped by at separate times to check on me the following week.   I now believe that some unknown person or persons with direct knowledge of these attacks must have coordinated my “friends'” visits to my house as well as Tiara Lusk’s phone and email communiques as a means of monitoring my response to the attacks.

Did these electronic attacks constitute attempted murder?  Was it an experiment to “inflict and measure traumatic brain injury to learn how the brain heals” as TI E.C. states above?   Were they testing new forms of exotic directed energy/neuroweapons on me?   Was this the “terminal” part of my “terminal MKULTRA experiment” to dispose of the nonconsensual human test subject, me?    It could be all of the above.  I regard it as attempted murder.

I have not yet told the entire story of my targeting to anyone anywhere.   Suffice it to say that after these electronic assaults I was very weak and my blood pressure was abnormally very low for an extended period of time.   I eventually got a medical checkup later in the summer, at which time my doctor referred me to a cardiologist in Alamosa, Colorado.  Despite the fact that I had a whole suite of symptoms not related to heart issues, the cardiologist suggested that I start taking Coumadin, an anti-coagulant or blood thinner.   Having developed a profound distrust of all medical people and indeed, people in general as a result of the targeting, I did not try to find Coumadin.   However, when I mentioned the cardiologist’s recommendation  to my primary physician later, he was startled, stating:  “If you take Coumadin with very low blood pressure it could kill you!”

Such is the life of a “targeted individual.”  You live in a perpetural “war zone” in which others are instructed to abuse you because you have been “blacklisted” as a “potential terrorist threat” and are smeared in your communities by retired FBI-types as a pedophile or drug dealer, or some other lie.  You learn from experience that nobody can be trusted.   And as I noted earlier, the stalking perpetrators, i.e., the “mind controlled patsies” as Dr. Rauni Kilde calls them, are reputed to celebrate with wild, festive parties when one of their targets commits suicide.   In Catholic doctrine, suicide is “an unforgiveable sin” which sends a person to hell.  Obviously, the stalking perps are satanists and this “program” is from the pit of hell.

V.  What Are These Ongoing MKULTRA Mind Control Projects For?

We should probably just acknowledge that the USG-CIA-DoD’s mind control programs comprise their multiple-purpose and sacred so-called “family jewels.”  Electromagnetic frequencies are used to manipulate and control individuals’ groups’ behavior, moods, thoughts, etc.  Ex-CIA neuroscientist, Dr. Robert Duncan (2010), states that the elite would rather see humanity destroyed than give up these technologies.   Think of the many types of control over others “the technology” affords them:

1) “The technology”/”the program” is used to create Manchurian candidate assassins, mass-shooters, sex-slaves, and controllable bio-robot slaves in all fields of endeavor.  In this post (WHAT, WHO, WHY, and HOW Of Weaponized Radio Frequency Surveillance System (partial transcriptions of 5 ‘Lookoutfa Charlie’ videos w/ BONUS videos On US Air Force’s “Chart of Coercion”)  Lookoutfacharlie notes the following infamous mass shooters/programmed assassins/serial killers complained of “hearing voices:” David Berkowitz (Son of Sam), James Holmes, Nicholas Cruz, Seung-Hui Cho, Aaron Alexis, Myron May, Nathan Gale, Mark David Chapman, Stephen Paddock…. Get it yet?

2)  “The technology”/”the program” can be also used to create mind-contolled patsies, many of whom may form a large contingent within the ranks of gangstalking perpetrators.

3) These so-called mind control “experiments”/programs can be used to eliminate (i.e., destroy the lives of) any and all opposition to the New World Order in a selective depopulation purge of intellectuals, activists, enemies of the state, veterans, mind control victims, inferior races, Christians, veterans, and other “deplorables.

5) “The technology”/”the program” can be used to program an army of New World Order slaves for the political elite and an army of supersoldiers for Satan.

6) Voice-of-God and Remote Neural Monitoring/Manipulation weapons can be used to drive people crazy, defeat foreign enemies, create “Manchurian Channelers”, simulate fake spiritual experiences, manipulate cult beliefs, create cults, destroy cults, destroy societies, etc.

7) These technologies can and are being used to influence thoughts, moods and behavior of large population groups by sending subliminal messages from cell towers via 450 – 700 MHz EMF signals (Figure 7).

9) Taregeted Individuals are apparently the unwitting test subjects for the EU’s Human Brain Project and Obama’s BRAIN Inititiative programs.

10) TIs are also probably the “beta tests” for the development and implementation of Bill Gate’s (Microsoft’s) Total Enslavement 060606 patent.  (See (Bill Gates’ Total Enslavement Patent) 060606 – Cryptocurrency System Using Body Activity Data (& videos); Plus H.R. 666 (Anti-Racism in Public Health Act) & H.R. 6666 (COVID-19 Testing, Reaching, And Contacting Everyone (TRACE) Act))

11) Futurists like Ray Kurzweil and his billionaire friends’ place the highest priority on their “Immortality Project,” hoping to augment their consciousness by linking them together into neural networks via brain-to-computer and brain-to-brain interface.   This process no doubt involves stealing and transfering digital versions of victims’ minds and souls for their own use.  (As the serpent promised Eve in the garden, “surely you shall not die,” and “ye shall be as Gods.”)

12) Crestone/Baca and other military-intelligence covert operations scattered around America and the world may also be providing nonconsensual test subjects for military-intelligence’s remote viewing and/or Gateway Process programs and for the testing of military-grade “non-lethal” (directed energy/neuroweapons).

13) Targeted individuals also apparently provide prurient entertainment for psychopathic elites addicted to ‘torture voyeurism’ via closed circuit TV, more or less as shown in the movie, The Truman Show.

15) Based on the testimonies of numerous “targeted individuals,” DOD-CIA MKULTRA-Nazi mind-control experiments and mind-behavioral monitoring have been conducted on many since their births.

16) In this regard, knowledgeable TIs believe that their targeting via directed energy-neuroweapons is being used to degrade their spiritual bodies, or auras, in order to destroy their connection with God and covertly induct them into Satan’s kingdom.

17) Another obvious goal of the targeted individual program is to drive victims/targets to commit crimes of passion and/or suicide, again, so they will join Satan in hell forever.

18) “The technology” is used to install satanic “New World Order Programming” through satanic ritual abuse/torture-based mind control that is the DOD’s Monarch programming.

There are many more possibilities and realities.

These are highly satanic Illuminati projects.  Are governments and military contractors are conducting these satanic projects in concert with demons?   This seems probable to me.   Many believe that Nazi scientists cut deals with devils in order to gain advanced technologies.   And thousands of imported “Operation Paperclip” Nazi scientists formed the core of post-World War II CIA and DOD mind control experimentation and implementation programs.  Indeed, the core of these Illuminati trauma-based mind control systems is the Jewish Kabbalistic system of black magic satanism.

VI.  Excommunicated From Crestone/Baca!

In 2013, I became aware that I was being targeted via “organized stalking-electronic harassment,” not only in Crestone/Baca, but everywhere I went… even when I drove across the country!   My friends and neighbors in Crestone/Baca evidently supported and participated in my targeting.  In epigraph quote # 18 above, former fellow Carmelite Ruth Pulver informed me via email in 2014: “Now Crestone is going to take you down.”  In quote #17, former Metropolitan Opera singer, Sue Vaughan, explained to me in an email in 2014: “You can’t criticize the Jews or even use the word.  That’s why nobody wants to know you.  Jews created the world.”  

My community-based, government-supported shunning-stalking-stoning in Crestone/Baca was also presaged in epigraph quotes #13 and 14, respectively, wherein Hanne Strong, the Danish woman who heads the Manitou Foundation, proclaimed that those “who do not do their spiritual work… better take a hike out to the road and get out of here” and Crestone acupuncturist, Cheyenne Mendel, observed: “you either get embraced by Crestone or you get spit out.’’  And in quote # 20, Marvin Mattis declared: “We don’t want people to live here full time.”   (I’m still trying to figure that one out, but it is a theme I’ve encountered several times.)

In 2017, I finally felt compelled to flee the pervasive hostility of the Crestone/Baca community and America and I relocated to Mexico.  I still retain my house in Crestone/Baca, however, in hopes it may once again become a normal American town.   I believe that many others have also been “spit out” of Crestone/Baca one way or another over the years.   Quite a number have committed suicide and/or gone missing in our satanic little berg.  Indeed, I knew some of these unfortunates.

My experience indicates that a considerable number of people in Crestone/Baca and Saguache County participate and/or have participated in “the program” as stalking perpetrators (“perps”), surveillance role players, sheriff’s informants, citizen spies and informants, crisis actors, etc.  I feel the term “fake people/spies” accurately characterizes these individuals.   Living in a fake community such as Crestone/Baca is much like living in say, “The Truman Show,” where “they’re all pretending,” as the girl who loves Truman tells him.   Dr. Rauni Kilde refers to the perps as “mind-controlled patsies.”   Regardless, these pathetic losers evidently operate within a chain-of-command system para-military system to injure others who have been “blacklisted” as “the enemy.”   These are modern “death squads” and this becomes a passion and a lifestyle for them.  They are paid via gift-cards, bitcoin, and various creative off-books methods, including receiving new cars, new homes, a new roof, etc.

So much for our “love and light” community, the “land of the free and the home of the brave,” and the Golden Rule.  It seems our “Neighbors Helping Neighbors” charitable endeavors in Crestone/Baca have morphed, under the cloud of fear produced by the phony Global War on Terrorism and the influence of our local satanic groups, into “Neighbors Ratting On Neighbors,” “Neighbors Smearing and Slandering Neighbors,” “Neighbors Harassing Neighbors,” “Neighbors Stalking Neighbors,” and possibly, “Neighbors Zapping Neighbors.”   The Hindustani death pyre rituals carried out locally by our “End of Life Project” suggest another term: “Neighbors Burning Neighbors.”

VII.  Is Crestone/Baca a “Potempkin Village” (facade/false front/cover story)?: 

Chip Tatum, former Special Operations whistleblower, states in introductory quote #11:  “Just like there are “safe houses,” we also have “safe communities.”  We have communities where we know it’s safe for (sleeping agents or retired agents) to be and to operate. They’ll often have every day jobs. But there they are awaiting orders.”

And in introductory quote #12: Ed Eavenson of Eavenson Surveying in Alamosa, Colorado, told me (Eric Karlstrom): “Based on my experience as a surveyor here over the years) 80% of the homes in the Baca are owned by Trusts.”

Potemkin Village (From Wikipedia):  “In politics and economics, a Potemkin village is any construction whose sole purpose is to provide an external façade to a country that is faring poorly, making people believe that the country is faring better.“

I’m sure there are many, many more examples.

My conclusions, based on my many years of research and experience:

1) Crestone/Baca is a Potemkin Village/false front/facade for multiple purpose military-intelligence operations.

2) Part of the mission of Operation Crestone/Baca is to continue MKULTRA cult-mind control experients on nonconsensual test subjects, including me!

VIII. The “Targeted Individual Program”

What is it like to be surveilled, tracked, targeted, abused, stalked, and harassed 24/7 in your house, in your community, and wherever you go?   It seems to me that the “spirit of gangstalking” is well described in the “Excommunication of Spinoza by Amsterdam Synagogue, Jan. 27, 1656, found in Douglas Reed’s “The Controversy of Zion” (1976):

“cursed be he by day and cursed by night; cursed when he goeth out, and cursed when he cometh in; the Lord pardon him never; the wrath and fury of the Lord burn upon this man; and bring upon him all the curses which are written in the Torah. The Lord blot out his name under the heaven. The Lord set him apart for destruction from all the tribes of Israel; with all the curses of the firmament which are written in the Torah. There shall be no man to speak to him, no man write him, no man show him any kindness, no man stay under the same roof with him, no man come nigh unto him.”

Covert intelligence-community neutralization/elimination of “blacklisted” political enemies, commonly referred to as “organized stalking-electronic harassment” (OS-EH) or “the targeted individual program,” is so widespread today that a silent genocide (democide) is now occuring.

IX.  Government Crimes Against Minds and Bodies:

Dear Reader: let’s recall that Dr. Josef Mengele, the “Auschwitz Angel of Death” of Nazi Germany, was a scientist who had the full support of his government as well as major international institutions such as the Rockefeller Foundation.  There are certainly thousands to millions of modern Josef Mengele’s today, scientists whose “research” and “experimentation,” at least from the viewpoint of their nonconsensual test subjects, are indistinguishable from torture, attempted murder, murder, and indeed, treason.  Drs. Giordano and Canton and possibly some of those affilitated with Center for Contemplative Research, etc., may qualify as modern-day Josef Mengeles.   Depriving an American of his Constitutionally-guaranteed civil liberties is treason.

Is this what Crestone/Baca is really all about?  A satanic mind control operation cloaked by a New Age “love and light” ecospirituality?    Yes. I believe brain-mind experimentation has always been one of Operation Crestone/Baca’s main functions.    We have now connected the dots between MKULTRA, the Esalen Institute, the Human Potential Movement, The Spiritual Life Institute of America (now the Center for Contemplative Research), the Dalai Lama’s Life Science Foundation and my own and others’ experiences here.  Local resident, Cheyenne Mandel, accurately states:  “You either get sucked in or spit out from Crestone.”   I believe the intelligence agencies and their surrogates, lackeys, and “useful idiots” are capable of accomplishing both these results.  And in the interval between being “sucked in” and “spit out,” I suspect that many are utilied as nonconsensual human test subjects, as I believe I have.  When individuals are no longer deemed useful for experimentation, many are then processed through the FBI-DHS Fusion Center system, watchlisted as “potential terrorist threats,” and covertly attacked, harassed, tortured and terrorized, and disposed of via the “targeted individual program.”  Rich (2008) refers to “the program” as “a cleverly disguised system of torture and murder.”  All this amounts to tortore of nonconsensual human test subjects, which is in stark violation of the Nuremberg Code, the Geneva Conventions, innumerable laws at the federal, state, and local level, not to mention the laws of God (See:  Laws of God and Man (US, States, UN, and International Treaties) Violated by Organized Stalking/Electronic “Information Operations” Against Civilians)

X. The Luciferian Conspiracy and The Master Cult

An honest researcher follows the data where it leads.   So we come at last to the “Luciferian conspiracy” of the Bible.  Certainly, the implementation of the Antichrist kingdom would be accomplished by connecting all human brains to the Pentagon Cloud-Hive Mind, a project now well underway and for which, I suggest, we “targeted individuals” have been beta test guinea pigs since 1955 at least.  1955 was the year that Dr. Norbert Wiener, the MIT mathematician, invented the autocorrelator computer program that could generate and interpret EEG patterns that could be sent to and from the human brain via computer along 12 channels.  I submit that many, many millions of innocent civilians have been and many millions more are now targeted in this manner and for this purpose.

Dr. Norbert Wiener was a Jewish math genius and major contributor to the Macys Conferences from 1942 to 1953.  His books include:

1948, Cybernetics: Or Control and Communication in the Animal and the Machine. Paris, (Hermann & Cie) & Camb. Mass. (MIT Press) ISBN 978-0-262-73009-9; 2nd revised ed. 1961.

I believe the titles of these books reveal that Dr. Norbert Wiener understood very well that this research:

1) would lead to the creation of cyborgs (cybernetic organisms) which is to say, bio-robot slaves, and that

2) these bio-robot slaves could and would be used as “Golems” by the Jewish people against their enemies, which is to say, all non-Jews.

Golem (definition): In Jewish folklore, an artificially created human supernaturally endowed with life.

In his article, “The Golem is at Hand,” Texe Marrs states:

“The Golem, simply put, is a Beast; perhaps he is The Beast. He springs from the satanic mindset of ancient and modern Jewish rabbis. The Golem, according to the Jewish holy books, is a hero. He is a monster, true, but once conjured up through supernatural black magic, he kills and destroys on behalf of the Jewish people. The Golem is the frankensteinian monster whom the rabbis unleash on the enemies of Israel. In fact, the medieval cabalistic lore of The Golem inspired Mary Shelley’s classic tale of Frankenstein.”

In: “The Human Species Is On The Precipice Of Becoming A Race Of Mind-Controlled Cybernetic Slaves.” TI and MKULTRA survivor, James F. Marino, sums up our grave situation today:

“It is Rothschild Zionism’s control over the U.S. Military Intelligence complex, and its total subversion of this complex, which the American citizenry must collectively be made aware of. Especially since this Orwellian complex is being used in secret to brain map the entire U.S. population in the interest of ultimately reducing us to a cybernetic race of beings, whose state of consciousness will come from a neural network of artificial intelligence driven computers.

When I first began this research, I wondered if this article was too alarmist.  Now I believe it is accurate.

III. My Activism in Crestone/Baca

Appendices 1, 2, 4, 10, and 30 and throughout Parts I – XIII of this series document my experiences as an activist in our community.  This information provides a data bank repository and timeline of local events and exposes the highly-organized, well-funded groups and individuals that have essentially captured our county culturally, politically and economically.  During my political activism, I continually ran up against the “invisible hand” of this global, UN power structure, which is the primary focus of this series.

By 2013, having completed Parts I through VI of this series, I realized I was being viciously targeted and gangstalked by individuals inside Crestone/Baca and indeed, wherever I went across the nation!  In 2014, I began doing radio interviews and podcasts on the topic of organized stalking-electronic harassment (OS-EH), determined to expose this modern Stasi-Zersetzung/COINTELPRO – 2.0/Global Phoenix Program and help save the lives of other targeted individuals (TIs) and educate the public about this demonic state-sponsored domestic terrorism-torture program.  By January, 2015, I had completed Part XII of this series (Part XII: Summary, Hypotheses (142 – 333), and Conclusions: What On Earth Is Going On In Crestone/Baca? (Part B)).    I then made 10 xerox copies of Parts I through XII and Appendices 1-13.  The resulting two volume soft-bound book included 1198 pages of single-spaced 8 x 11.5 inch paper with 12-pitch type.  In fact, there were/are many, many books’ worth of material within the “Vatican City” project.  The current (2023) version of this project includes 13 parts (chapters) and 172 appendices.

As I was duplicating the 2015 version of this 2-volume, soft-bound book at a copy shop in nearby Alamosa in 2015, a number of hostile, zombie-esque thugs “swarmed” around me.   (Gangstalkers/perpetrators carry out this type of “street theater” or “psychological attack” in order to intimidate “targeted individuals” (TIs)).  The “psy-act” attacks did not prevent me from making the copies, however, or from donating them to various local libraries.  Some libraries accepted them, while others, notably the library in Salida, refused to accept my new “magnum opus” – which I regard as the most important work I have done in my lifetime of scholarship.

The intensity of the stalking operations against me derailed the progress I was making on the “Vatican City” series.  I felt compelled to understand and explain the phenomena of “organized stalking-electronic harassment.”  Like most others, I had been completely ignorant of the targeted individual program.  As of today (Feb. 27, 2023), I have compiled some 2240 posts on my gangstalkingmindcontrolcults.com website.   My ten years of research on and experience with this odious and loathsome topic suggest:

1) this for-profit program is carried out by governments under the pretext/cover story of prosecuting “counterterrorism” to wage the Global War On Terrorism, when in fact it IS state-sponsored domestic terrorism.

2) As federal authorities have admitted that over 97% of the individuals on the “terrorism watch list” have no connection to terrorism whatsoever, “counterterrorism” may also be a cover-story to conceal human trafficking and nonconsensual human experimentation.

3) “the program” has vastly expanded to include many millions of targeted individuals (TIs) worldwide.  And

4) “targeted individuals,” as a group, are far better educated about “the program” than previously.

We realize now, for example, as ex-FBI agent Ted Gunderson stated, that: “gangstalking is a self-harm term for what is actually a secret, government no-touch torture program.”  Indeed, the USG and other governments are waging hybrid-cognitive-5th Generation warfare on their own citizens.  (See: Appendix 173: Fifth-Generation Warfare (articles by Corbett Report, March 27, 2022 and Dr. Robert Malone, Jan. 16, 2023))

While researching (and experiencing!) this new form of “unconventional” warfare, I also had to come to terms with the techniques and technologies that military-intelligence agencies and their private and public sector accomplices utilize to target and destroy innocent civilians.   A “silver lining,” I suppose, to all this is that having a basic understanding of so-called “non-lethal weapons” and neuroweapons is probably critical to understanding Crestone/Baca’s true purpose as well as to answering the fundamental questions raised in this series. Let me tackle this complex subject next because I failed to spell out some of these connections during the first twelve parts to this series..

II. Human trafficking and nonconsensual human experimentation, brain mapping, monitoring and manipulation.   Brain-to-computer and Brain-to-Brain interfaces as modern extensions of the CIA’s MKULTRA and DOD’s MONARCH mind control programs. 

Here is what I didn’t know about the Spiritual Life Institute of America when I came to help them celebrate re-locating to the Baca Grande through their association with the Manitou Foundation:

I believe the year was 1986:  (The year that Maurice Strong purchased the Baca).    Michael Murphy, Esalen, co-founder of the Human Potential Movement, and supposedly a “friend of Fr. William McNamara,” founder of the Spiritual Life Institute.   Murphy delivered the keynote address at the celebration, focusing on “peak performance,” how athletes can “find the zone”, etc., which did not seem very related to Christianity or Catholicism.

A couple years later (1988, 89): Fr. William encouraged Tessa Bielecki, co-foundress of SLIA, to engage in an extended series of interfaith dialogues with Buddhists in Boulder, CO.

However, first let’s examine the bigger picture.  I can now combine the information and insights of my five websites (see above) to conclude that:

1) the 9/11 false-flag, state-sponsored, synthetic terror event,

2) the man-caused global warming false-flag domestic terror fraud,

3) the phony global war on terrorism, and

4) geoengineering/weather warfare/spraying in our skies by government and industry

5) organized stalking-electronic harassment of “targeted individuals”

6) massive and mandatory rollout of bioweapons (so-called Covid-19 vaccines)

ALL amount to state-sponsored terrorism against domestic populations!  State-sponsored terrorism is a form of warfare!   Thus, the US government and America itself have been infiltrated and captured by fifth column enemies.   (See: Appendix 170: Enemy Fifth Column Groups Behind New World Order World Takeover & Organized Stalking-Electronic Mind Control/Global Operation Phoenix 2.0).

The importance of this “Vatican City” series is that it provides historical documentation of how these fifth column enemy groups, including the UN, the US military, CIA and British and Israeli intelligence and allied corporations, think tanks, foundations, public-private-partnerships, and elite wealthy individuals, etc., infiltrated and now control our sparsely-populated, but resource-rich, Saguache County, Colorado.

 

While a spy (intelligence operative) might typically operate under a false name and fabricated cover story, so, it seems, entire communities may function in like manner.    In brief, I submit that under the guise of the “Refuge of World Truths” and “eco-spirituality” is more a false front cover story being used by UN and military-intelligence groups to advance UN Agenda 2030 objectives in the small mountain town of Crestone/Baca, Colorado, which actually has an altogether different mission.  I submit that Crestone/Baca’s real mission includes “religious syncretism,” the blending and destruction of the world religions into a “One World Religion” and mind control operations to help achieve one world government under UN auspices.

In 1596, during the reign of Queen Elizabeth I, Sir John Harrington poetically opined (prophesied?):

Perhaps even more to the point is this conversation between an angel and the devil about truths and half-truths:

In my opinion, restoration of Constitutional law and order in the United States requires that many of those named here be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and punished accordingly.  The cancer is extremely advanced, as many of these traitors belong to our own military, intelligence, and law enforcement.

If ever there were “wolves in sheep’s clothing,” they include: a) Maurice Strong, b) UN Agenda 21/2030, and c) the CIA, MI6, Mossad and their sayanim (Jewish secret citizen spies)!   In fact, I believe the Bible sheds much light on Operation Crestone/Baca:

“And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light.”  (2 Corinthians 14:11)

The objective of my research, writing, and activism has been to help expose these lies, crimes, and criminals.  This response to evil has Biblical support:  “And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.”  (Ephesians 5:11).    Not coincidentally, at this moment in history, these criminals are now completely exposed for those with “eyes to see.”

I will finish up by by relating some of my personal experiences in Crestone/Baca that specifically relate to information presented in the appendices of this series, specifically:

When I embarked upon this research project in 2011, I believed that due process of law and protection of citizens’ inalienable civil rights were extant and guaranteed by our federal, state and local governments.  This “social contract,” guaranteed by America’s founding documents, stipulates that government’s purpose is to serve its citizens.   However, beginning in 2013, my civil liberties have been secretly stripped without due process and I have been “excommunicated” from Crestone/Baca, stalked and harassed by neighbors, vigilantes, and strangers wherever I go, and permanently enrollment in the Kafka-esque nightmare DHS-CIA-FBI-Pentagon-DARPA-Mossad-New World Order black project known as the “targeted individual program” (see gangstalkingmindcontrolcults.com website).   This program of totalitarian repression combines elements of the East German Stasi’s Zersetzung (“decomposition”) program with the FBI’s COINTELPRO, CIA’s MHCHAOS, MKULTRA, and Phoenix Programs, and the DoD’s MONARCH program.

‘Targeted Individuals’ (TIs) are subjected to 24/7 “active” surveillance, tracking, targeting, psychological and electronic (psychotronic) attacks, abuse, debasement, and harassment as well as assaults by so-called “nonlethal weapons” (directed energy and neuroweapons).  It is a human disposal system.  Street “perpetrators” who carry out the harassment protocols are said to throw wild parties to celebrate when/if their victims/targets commit suicide.   Clearly, these people are demonically-possessed or obsessed.   My my experience and research suggests that the “perps,” or “mind controlled patsies” as Dr. Rauni Kilde calls them, belong to interlocking Satanic cults.

When I began this project, I was still relatively unschooled and naive about covert intelligence ops, plain-clothed spies/change agents, “safe communities,”  “Potemkin Villages,” handlers, informants, nonconsensual mind control experimentation, and electromagnetic frequency weapons.  I having now lived in a world controlled by “lies, spies, set-ups, and psyops” for the past 10 years I have subsequently gained an education in all these matters.

Bottom line, the US government has torn up the social contract with its citizens and is imposing totalitarian “full spectrum dominance” over the world.  Surveying the universally widespread corruption and criminality of government, perhaps the only “crime” one can commit in degenerate America today is to expose the crimes of and criminals in government.   American citizens must wake up to the fact that when government, through its agencies and private subcontractors, breaks the social contract with its citizens and conspires to deprive them of their civil liberties, Constitutional government has been overthrown.   Our founding documents declare that when/if this occurs, it is the right and duty of the citizens to “alter or abolish that government.”

Although my academic experience was in physical geography, the principles of scientific investigation can be applied widely.   A good researcher follows the data wherever it leads.   This series proves that Crestone/Baca’s New Age persona of “eco-spirituality,” “peace and love,” and “The Refuge of World Truths,” and  etc. are actually false fronts for multiple-purpose DoD, CIA, MI6, and United Nations intelligence mind control and human experimentation operations.  These warfare operations support the global, national, and local implementation of the UN Agenda 2030-transhumanist/post-humanist “world takeover project.”   The covert and overt (criminal) intel and human research operations in “Illuminativille” (Crestone/Baca) are directly related to the current UN-World Economic Forum-sponsored communist-fascist global revolution which launched into overdrive with the Pentagon’s Covid scamdemic/Frankenshots and concomitant UN-directed economic shutdowns of all the nations.  These operations comprise the consummation of the “World Revolutionary Movement” (Carr, 1956) and indeed, the “Luciferian conspiracy” or simply “Jewish conspiracy” documented in the Bible.

Some of my Crestone neighbors would certainly protest:  “But you can’t say those things!”  (See quote #16).    To them, I reply, “I’m saying these things because they are true.  You go ahead and do thousands of hours of research and disprove me!”

 

But please allow me, dear reader, to roll back the clock to the fall of 2011 when I began this tortuous and exceedingly treacherous 12-year writing-research journey.   During my tenure as a geography professor at three universities between 1981 to 2011, I had already exposed innumerable intelligence operations as criminal frauds in my naturalclimatechange.org, 911nwo.com, and sanluisvalleywaterwatch.com websites.  These websites each comprise huge university-level data repositories for the public.  Thus in 2011, I already understood much about the perfidious methods and sinister goals of “the Honorable” Maurice Strong and his New World Order (Committee of 300) associates .  And undoubtedly my teaching and research activities would already have drawn the attention of (and possibly retribution from) intelligence agencies.   Indeed, I suspect I was already secretly “blacklisted” by government agencies prior to the year (1994) when I purchased my lots in Crestone/Baca.   For FBI and CIA have been maintaining lists of “activists”/”dissidents”/political targets, including the Main Core list, since the 1950s and before!

At any rate, my websites prove unequivicably that:

4) Maurice Strong’s personal bid to control and sell off the priceless San Luis Valley aquifer in the middle 1980s revealed the “Mr. Planetary Savior” himself was one of the greatest and most crooked robber barons in history.  Committee of 300.  Aspen Institute,

6) Strong and the UN have hi-jacked the environmental movement and cynically used it to advance their one-world government agenda.

7) Pointdexter’s Manhattan Project For Counterterrorism.   American taxpayers fund extraordinarily cruel US government black projects, including the “targeted individual program,” to neutralize, destroy, and kill innocent American citizens.

In other words, these fundamental “informational” pillars of American domestic and foreign policy are all Machiavellian deceptions, indeed, bald-faced lies.   All but the stupidest of American politicians are aware of these deceptions and collaborate in them.  Can a nation predicated on such bald-faced lies persist for long?   No, I don’t believe so.  We return to infamous Joseph Goebel’s Nazi axiom:

 

A little more about myself.   The Unitarian church in which I was raised presents a mainly humanistic worldview.   Generally, Unitarians do not believe in the divinity of Jesus.   My search for Truth led me to thoroughly explore and practice different branches of Christianity, including my approximately 15-year association with the Carmelite (SLIA) Catholic community in Sedona and then Crestone.  I watched this community grow and then shrink between 1968 and the time when they sold the SLIA monastery in 2019.

 

They (globalists) are trying their damndest to destroy the character and fabric of our nation.
