Yes, I am the Pastor who attended training then outed FEMA’s plans for using ministers (Clergy). I didn’t give myself the name Pastor Revere, Alex Jones did a few minutes to air time in his interview of me.
Prior to that, Pastor Butch Paugh (Call To Decision) conducted a few programs with me where I was known as “A Pastor from Ohio”. (I say all that to verify who I am. I contacted Lisa and also spent time with her in 2014.
The Teams are alive and well. Thousands of Pastors have attended training over the years. Now that we’re in a lock down, keep your eyes & ears open. In my radio interviews in 2006-7 and again 2014 til now, I emphasized that FEMA would use the term “Social Distancing” instead of “Quarantine” as it’s more acceptable to the public.
Well, here we are, with politicians, the media, and citizens using the term as if it’s cool or the right thing to do.

My favorite quote from FEMA documents as translated by Pastor Mansfield is “we have to quell the cowboy mentality.” Here’s why: During the Lexam, Inc. campaign in my town of Crestone/Baca, Colorado during this same timeframe (2007/2008), a “visitor”/activist to our town, Katheryn Van Note (from New York City), who became involved in the Water Watch Alliance group that I headed up, called me a “cowboy” in a pejorative way. In the context of these FEMA documents, a “cowboy” is someone with an individualist mentality who believes in property rights and the rights of the individual. Incidentally, at that time I thought Katheryn’s calling me a “cowboy” was quite strange. Indeed, we have real cowboys living around here in southern Colorado, whom we respect, so in this part of the country, this would not be considered an insult.
I never understood her choice of words until now (Oct. 19, 2025). Now I surmise that she was indeed a FEMA/DHS change agent and infiltraitor of our group who was reading from this same basic government script!
